the hotel room was very dated,kitchen cuboards were very old with paint comming off. tv was 14" with very little channels to choose from

The front. reception and bar are lovely with the outside pools and complex great for everyone and would probably be a 4 star but the bedroom we stayed in was a 4 star in the 1980's, really dated with a poor shower. The fridge had to be unplugged at night for the noise off it. If you like a long lie you won't get one in this hotel as the cleaners are […] round 8.30am and are really noisy with moving furniture and hovering in the rooms around you! The bar is quite expensive aswell, we never tried the restaurant. The hotel is in a good location as its between the old town and the new town Lisateave

Easy to find (if you are driving)-w/in the main thourougfare. Hotel furnitures are somewhat outdated. Very helpful staff. wifi is not free and house computers in the lobby (fees).

Hotel was very clean and well situated. Fairly quiet and seems to be family friendly. Room was cleaned every day the apartment was well equipped and beds comfortable. Our apartment was a little too near the hotel bar. The staff all seemed friendly both in the hotel and its shops.

Hotel itself is lovely, perfect location directly between the old town and the new town (strip)! I stayed in a spaceous 1 bedroom appartment which had 2 full bathrooms (one of which was en-suite). The outdoor pool is beautiful and the indoor pool/jacuzzi was just as nice. The major let down for me was being ripped off when using the hotel telephone […] booth in reception. On the phone it says 20cents per unit - which i thought to be fairly reasonable... turned out a call for 13 mins to the UK cost me 34 euros which i obviously wasn't too impressed about. When I spoke to the reception desk they could not even tell me what 'a unit' is and how the call come to that amount. The reception staff wasn't very helpful and would not/could not explain why they did not advertise the prices of telephone calls accuratley so that holiday makers could make an informed decission. Furthermore, my sister who lives in Portugal and speaks fuent Portugese tried to speak with the Hotel Manager to explain what the problem was! She was told to 'think about starting a discussion with him as she needed permission to even visit me at the hotel'. Basically he wasn't threatening to deny her visiting me at the hotel if she continued to persue a conversation about the mis advertisement. All in all it gave me a sour taste in my mouth for the remainder of my stay. Everytime i walked passed reception the staff were smirking and whispering under there breath! Very disappointed in this hotel as we booked it as a 4* rating but would only give it a 3* at most, it is in need of refurbishing. The videos & photos of the hotel must have been taken a number of years ago. We were self catering which was just as well as comments from the "All inclusive" guests were not good, in fact people were eating out. The restaurant […] on the ground floor was situated right next to the indoor swimming pool & therefore smelled damp all the time. The outside pool was a good size but the grassed area around it was in a poor state. There were not enough parasols to go around & those that were there were very dilapadated & a mismatch. You also had to pay for the use of a mattress for your sunbed. The TV in our room was broken which we reported but this was not fixed during the week we were there. Now the good points - the hotel is in a good location, our apartment was very well equipped for all self catering needs & the cleaners were excellent with towels changed daily. However, we would not recommend this hotel & we will not be returning to this hotel. Lisateave

nice clean hotel.staff were very efficient .tv in room was a bit small and dated but it worked .we had our little boy with us and there was plenty to keep him occupied.2 outdoor swimming pools and an indoor one .we were booked in for board only and found that the price of breakfast was a bit too much.it was not worth it.however there was lots of places […] to eat very close by including mac donalds.the local train was cheap and stopped near our hotel every 20 mins and that would bring you to the main strip or the old town which was beautiful.lots of restaurants and bars and a really beautiful beach.it was a nice clean and safe place for holidays and i would recommend the paraiso for its convenience and for its cleaniness Lisateave

Alot of hidden extras, had to pay to use the gym and even for the hotel to call a taxi for us. Its rated as a 4star, but more like a two star, bathroom was dirty, outdoor pool was dirty, indorrt pool and spa out of order at one stage. photos are very misleading, wouldn't recomend

Super duper service og hotellet har mange faciliteter hvis der er dårligt vejer. Fantastisk udsigt fra 6 sal over byen og havet, men hvis man fået lejlighed på andre siden hade man kigget ud på en gade og parkering. Værelserne holder standard til et 3 stjerne hotel. En lille seng for at kaldes en dobbelt seng. 60 kvm der var godt planeret. Stor altan. […] Køkkenet hade godt udbud af gryder, skåler, tallerken mm. Kaffe bryggere, mikroovn og et komfur med ovn. Surt man skal lægge depositum for at få en fjernbetjening til TV:n, der kunde opdateres, en lille "låda". Kunde være mere udbud af internationelle kanaler. Savnede fri internet adgang. I feb-mar da der ikke er mange turister er det perfekt at bo her trods 500-600 meter til havet, for her har du busser, det lille tog, en kæmpe stor super market der hade alt du ønsker på bare et par minutters gang. Det var helt dødt og stille på hotellerne nede ved stranden, men her hade vi underholdning næsten hver aften og der var fuldt med folk fra flere hoteller der ikke tilbyder dette. Finns også restaurant og en stor bar på hotellet, man kan kaste dart osv. Det tager kun 5-10 minutter at gå ned til den gamle bydel der også har 2 store torv med restauranter osv. Fri parkering til bilen og nemt at finde når man lære at kende byen lidt mere. Personalet på hele hotellet er super venlige og søde til at hjælpe til med alt det man har brug for ! Vi er MEGET tilfreds og vil gerne komme tilbage igen! Lisateave

Hotellet er meget stort, men ses ikke som en ulempe. Gratis parkering lige foran hotellet. Gratis bus fra hotellet til den gamle by flere gange i løbet af dagen inklusiv retur. Gåafstand til den gamle by samt til The Strip (restaurant- og bargade). Glimrende poolområde. Levende musik hver aften i baren - og ikke mindst en portugisisk musiker fik folk […] på dansegulvet. Большой курортный отель.в центре Албуфуйры. есть анимация и крытый бассейн -требуют шапочку. До пляжа идти 15 мин. рядом магазины в 150 м Пинго досе континенталь .лидл подальше 1 км. Брали апартаменты с одной спальней с видом на бассейн-море .студии выходят не другую сторону. большая площадь хорошо укомплектованы не было только кофеварки .Уборку производили […] ежедневно .но чаевые не брали.В отеле есть завтрак 8.5 э и ужин 16 эвро но питались сами. Van de buitenkant en de lounge maakt het hotel een betere indruk, dan de indruk die je van de kamer en zwembad krijgt. Schoonmaak laat hier en daar te wensen over en zeker voor een 4 sterren hotel. kamers zijn zeer gehorig (plavuizenvloer).

Väldigt bra hotell. Man blev lite orolig av de dåliga recensionerna.. Det var faktiskt över förväntan. Visst var hotellet lite öde pga av lågsäsong men det var fint och fräscht. Trevligt bemötande... Poolen var fräsch men självklart drar man ner till stranden istället som var fem minuter bort. Det var en del extra som kostade bla madrass till solstol, […] pingisrack, kassaskåp, internet... Men det är sånt man får räkna med. Rummen (317) var riktigt fräscht med utsikt mot poolen. Klockan 08:00 hade man soluppgången mitt i ansiktet när man låg och drog sig i sängen. Apropå sängarna var helt ok dock lite hårda. Vi åt inte på hotellet så jag kan ej uttala mig om deras käk. Annars så fanns det goda utrymmen för att laga mat själv i rummet då köket var välutrustat. Varje kväll fanns det aktiviter för vuxna och barn i hotellet. För oss ungdomar var det fem minuters promenad till "the strip" där det var fest hela natten lång. Lisateave
