The hotel was safe and clean and the staff were wonderful. It is the only place that I would stay when returning to the area. We were treated with care and respect and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Cannot say enough good things about the hotel and its staff. Excellent service.

The hotel is close to the consulate which is a plus. The staff for the most part are friendly. Rooms are small prices are high. Not enough computers in the business area.

I arrived at the Holiday Inn Express 8 hours early after a 14 hour bus ride and the staff declined to do anything to help make me comfortable or accomidate me. In the U.S the check in time is 12 noon , however their policy is check in is 3 pm and check out is 12 noon which I believe is a rip off cause technically I would not be getting all of my money's […] worth. But other than that the room was very nice, comfortable and clean. I would recommed this hotel if you are going to the consulate for anything it is walking distance. Shuttle service is not round trip. They only take you to the airport but do not pick you up and it is available starting from 6am.

The room was very comfy and all the little extras you get during your stay here will keep you happy. The only complain I have is towards the receptionists. They were somehow rude and not very helpful at times. Everyone else in the hotel was nice.

For the amount of money you spend on the hotel you would think they would at least be nice at the front desk. They treat you like if your not worthy of their time. I had stayed there once before and it was actually ok but this time the GUY at the front desk was rude every time I would go up there. I payed up front for two rooms for 5 nights so I couldn't […] leave but if could I would have left. Even though it had been requested to have the rooms on same floor and close together they said that it didn't matter they didn't have to follow it. We stayed here for our appointment at the consulate and it was conveniently located. We were able to walk to the clinics which were about 2 blocks away and the consulate was straight down the next block. We felt comfortable walking during the day because there are lots of people walking to and from the consulate area for the same reasons. The hotel […] is nice, breakfast is OK just don't get there during the last 30 minutes or you won't find much, rooms are comfortable, the area feels safe, and you are able to walk to the places you need to do business at. We had no major issues with the hotel, just that the front desk staff was not welcoming during our stay. When ever we walked to the front desk it would take them a couple of minutes to respond. We would not stay at this hotel again. They did have hot breakfast everyday.

Rooms were in good shape and hotel very convinient to the consulate. whish it was cheaper. we stayed 5 night but could not efford 5 more night we had to be in Juarez, so we moved to another hotel.

It's location is very good but the buffet its average, the only thing I did not like is that you can order food from local restaurants and the deliver man will deliver it straight to your room without going throught the front desk, and according to people around this has been the reason of some robbery in the area.

Well like all other guests in this hotel my stay here was for immigration purposes, this was the second time staying there within 3 months, I think that this hotel was one of the best in the area It is in fact very expensive, especially if you only book for a certain amount oftime and then you have to book for more time. Although the situation in Juarez […] is critical at this time I felt very safe at this hotelk there is 24 hr security and the staff was both very polite and helpful, willing to fullfill anything requested. It is within walking distance to the consulate which is very good, you dont need a taxi. For distraction there is a mall right across the street that has a casino, a play area with bowling and pool tables, there is also a very nice movie theater so that the time will go by faster. The room was very comfortable and clean and spacious.The breakfast buffet was satisfying. Two different kind of eggs, and two other hot dishes, plus cereal, fruit, bread, juice and coffee. Very close to the embassy, the area was very secure with a nice size mall right across the street; buffet breakfast was very good, rooms very clean and staff very nice including people at the front desk. The hotel staff was very friendly and professional, the hotel was very clean, neat and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was ok it needed more American style bacon and eggs, still had good continental offerings. We had an issue with the request to change our room on the third day because of maintenance they were going to shut down the whole […] floor to clean carpets so we had to move, very inconvenient especially we did not pack light so we had to move our luggage ourselves, i am sure we could have asked for help but they should have offered. The hotel sits right across from a very nice brand new Mall, with a great VIP movie theater and food court, be very careful crossing the street. We arrive around nine or ten, but we didn't have any problem with our reservation. The two rooms that we reserved were ready to be used when we arrive. My family and me were happy that everything were fine because it was nigth and we knew Juarez is a dangerous city, so we were glad that this hotel managed everything to have their customers happy and […] safe at night. We received excellent service, but the transportation that the hotel offer is arranged by their own schedule not when we need it. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was excellent and they have a different food every day and the personal was very helpful. The hotel has wireless internet, and the consulate and the clinics are to walking distance even when I had my father in law in a wheelchair. The Liverpool mall is in front of the hotel and has food court. We stay one whole week, and we were safe all the time because the hotel have security on night and day. lo unico que se necesitaria mejorar es el horario del comedor ya que la mayouria de las gentes que lo ocupan entran muy temprano al consulado americano y no tiene chanse de tomar el dasayuno ya que este cominsa muy tarde y termina muy temprano el servicio gracias

Este hotel es perfecto para todos que tengan negocio con el consulado USA. Esta el hotel a pasos de las clinicas y el consulado. Los empleados son muy amables y nos ayudaron bien y rapidamente con todo lo que se nos ofrecio. Las habitaciones estaban muy comodas y limpias. Definitivamente recomiendo este hotel.

El hotel en excelente estado, desayuno satisfactorio, habitaciones amplias y limpias, recomendable sobre todo si tienen que hacer sus tramites en el consulado. Ademas esta un centro comercial enfrente y existan varios lugares de comida a lo alrededores, para no moverte de la zona si es que no se requiere.
