Myrtle Beach Resort by Beach Vacations - Surfside Beach

Overall this was a great place to stay the only thing we didn't care for was that we had a friend come visit us and they had to pay a $5 fee to park. Had to be cash paid up front before entering the grounds. Not many people carry cash with them and we already paid enough why pay for a guest.

the 70s called they want their brown paneling and shag carpet back.condo was very clean, badly in need of remodel. beach view only from top floors

broken items and they wouldnt fix them or move our room at all. Durty and smelly room. there is no housekeeping service durning your stay at all either. paperwork they give you at check in tells you that.

This was actually a privately owned condo and the kitchen area showed some wear (Garbage disposal stopped working) and one of the mattresses felt like a box spring. One thing we did not like was the 10:00am check out with no exceptions rule. We still had an event to attend in Myrtle Beach at 4:30pm and it was pouring down rain. we were not given specific instructions on how to check in to the facility. when we arrived at the resort, they told us that there were no reservations. the lady at the desk was not very helpful on check in. however the mgr heard our discussion and gave us the phone numbers of two co. that made reservations at the resort. he then assisted us in making […] contact with these co,s and gave us directions . we finally got our keys and went back to the resort and were able to check in. very time consuming and frustrating. My stay was very nice, the rooms were clean and there was alot to do with the family. I would stay again. I really enjoyed it.

We loved the condo. Our two older kids day a room and so did my husband, I and the baby. The only down side was I did not care for the view of the parking lot but we did not spend really anytime inside because we were down at the beach.

These are privately owned, and you have to drive to a management office that is not close by to check in and out. Room was NOT clean, it even had bags with dirty diapers left from the previous guest in the room. No costumer service available on site, only at the office in Myrtle Beach with limited operating hours. We will not be staying here again!

The location of the hotel was nice, buy the hotel needs to make improvements with the latest items such as flat screen TV's. Having access to extra towels would also be nice.

It is an older hotel, but was very convenient and enough room for families. Not enough elevators for the size of building and needed some maintenance work on the hotel, but the condo itself was fine.

It wasn't the worse nor was it thwarting best....needs to be cleaner and more updated tv and appliances...needs better upkeep....dirty bathrooms...had to clean myself

The hotel has everything right there in the resort. You dont need to leave the place for anything!

Best place I have ever stayed, they thought of everything, fully stocked kitchen, 3 flat screen TV's, Really nice furniture in all rooms. We stayed in the 2 BR condo. Several pools, weight room, saunas, game room, tennis court, basketball, too many things to name. I was really surprised that we really got all the stuff and everything and everybody was […] so nice. It's ok place to stay for adults and kids however it's difficult to find a parking lot. The swimming pool hours is not good (open to late in the morning-9:00 AM and close early in evening-9:00PM) There're a lot of motorcycles on the street which my nephew was scared of the noise.

Was promised a queen bed, it was full size. Also the mattress was awful. You could feel the springs. The room was clean, but dated, very seventies. The hotel overall was nice. Very close to the beach. The staff was nice and the pool was very clean. The hotel has a very nice bar on the beach as well.

The accomodations were nice but the room was advertised as having an ocean view. You could just about see the ocean from one corner of the balcony. Other than the view, all the ramps were located in the back of the building which no one advised us of. The kids enjoyed all of the pools and th ocean. I would return again.

The sign in clerk was cheerful and helpful. Our room was ready so we were checked in hours before the posted time of 4:00. Surprisingly, our 1 bedroom had become a 2 bedroom which was perfectly OK. The resort was clean and comfortable. The location was great. Easy to get in and out of at all times. Great security at the gate. Beach was beautiful and easy to access. Pools looked nice--we spent our time on the beach. Unit was well appointed and maintained.
