it is a bit challenging to find the hotel off of the highway, but worth it.... Very comfortable and clean. Good breakfast as well. We have now stayed in the King Standard, and the King Suite rooms,,, ,and both are very nice.

My wife and I stated in the King Bed Studio Room (Single King). The room was expertly clean, fresh and extremely roomy. Hampton Suites is setting a new standard in what to expect for a mid-priced hotel. The breakfast bar in the morning was typical. However, it had a large selection and fresh!We will stay again!!!

The room was clean and attractive; the bed very comfortable. I had no difficulty with wireless. The bathroom was roomy with a great shower. The front desk personnel both day and night were very willing to answer questions and were respectful and friendly.

The hotel was new and modern looking. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable, the shower was great and the location was close to several restaurants. HVAC controls were confusing, there was a wall thermostat but I had to use the unit and still temp was hard to regulate. Other than this the hotel was awesome!

We had a really great stay at this hotel! The front desk was very friendly, the hotel was clean and updated, and the bed was SUPER comfortable! The only things I had a problem with was the very low-flow flush on the toilet, which was barely able to flush anything down, and you had to hold the flusher the whole time, there was also some noise problems, […] I could hear everything that was going on in the hallway. I also couldn't get the fan on the air conditioner to stay on all the time, which made it difficult for me to sleep, because I need the noise. The fan kept shutting off, and our room got up to 80 degrees at night and I had to wake up several times to turn it back on. The location was also pretty far from downtown, it cost us about $30 to get a taxi downtown in the evening, and $30 to get back. Next time I think I will just spend the extra $100 and get a hotel downtown, because I'm practically spending that in taxi fares anyway. However, if you're looking for a more relaxing, family-friendly stay, this place is great! Close to the mall, and plenty of places to eat. Not to mention an awesome pool that kids will love! What can I say? This is perhaps the best hotel that we have ever stayed! The room is clean, the swimming pool is super fun, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is excellent. Coffee and tea are always avaliable and free! What more can I ask for?

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The decor is up to date and everything we encountered from the room, to the bathroom, to the breakfast area, to the pool was spotless and clean! I've not had that in a long time at hotels and was very pleased. The beds were very comfortable, great pillows too. Breakfast was outstanding as well as the staff […] attending it. There were donuts, muffins, bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt, as well as oatmeal in a crock with fresh fixings for on top, waffles, scambled eggs (not the powered kind either!), sausage, breakfast potatoes, and french toast sticks as wells as two huge bowls of fresh fruit! The kids throughly enjoyed the pool area as there was a splash pad type area with a small waterslide (think large little tykes size), waterfall thingy, small dump bucket, fountains to play in, a water basketball hoop, and more. There was also a nice size hot tub for the adults to enjoy. Please note that this pool area is for playing, not a small traveling business person type pool. It gets quite loud in there with all the running water and kids. We did not use the fitness room, but it looked very nice with great gear and machines. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant and professional. Great stay and will stay again if in Madison. Lisateave

Very nice hotel located a in very convenient area on the West Side of Madison. When the staff realized there was a group of guests there for a bike race who needed to leave early in the morning, they arranged to open the breakfast area at 5 AM instead of the normal 6 AM. A nice touch that was very appreciated.

Our whole family was impressed with the whole experience. Our room was very clean, great location, wonderful service. The breakfast buffet was a dream come true. Terrific hotel, the breakfast was fresh and the area was kept immaculate. The pool was fabulous - a basketball pool and a small area with some water park like items for kids to play on, and of course a hot tub.

Good room, though we needed to get changed after the first night as it was next to the elevator shaft, and noisy, and had no privacy shade so people in the parking lot could look right into our rooms. We stayed here for a much-hyped football game in Madison. This hotel was near another, much more expensive hotel where our extended family stayed. The Hampton Inn was nicer, cleaner, friendlier and better appointed than the other hotel. Hot and hearty complimentary breakfast. Attractive pool area. The only thing that was difficult about this hotel was the relative lack of pedestrian activities. This hotel is GREAT for families with young kids. We have 4 children 5 and under and I was a bit nervous about having us all stay in a hotel. The pool was perfect for small children as it has a :children's area" with a small slide and water features that started out inches deep and gradually got deeper. It also had a great continental breakfast that […] included everything from yogurts, cereals, and bagels to waffles with all the fixings and eggs scrambled with steak and cheese. My greatest concern was how quiet the rooms would be and how sound-proof. With 4 kids, 1 that is 3 mos old and still getting up at night I was concerned that we would disturb the guests in the rooms. The rooms were great. There were children in the room next to us and we didn't realize it until we met them leaving the next morning. So I'm assuming since we didn't hear them they didn't hear us. Lots of positives here. Although it overlooks the beltway, our room was amazingly quiet. Excellent breakfast and ambience of the dining area. The cleaning staff does an outstanding job.
