The room was overall nice. For the positives, it was very clean, the tv was great, the bed was super comfortable, love the location (next to Stein Erickson), very quiet, pretty decor, friendly staff. For the negatives, the bedroom was a little small, there weren't any black-out curtains which meant no sleeping in for me, the fireplace didn't work and […] we didn't want to bother with calling maintenance at 10pm, and the shower head was horrible. Overall it was nice - but not perfect. We live close by and only went for a one-nighter away from the kids. I was really looking forward to sleeping in but the lack of black-out curtains made that difficult. Lisateave

Wonderful hotel with top notch service and facilities. The rooms were beautiful, spotless and very comfortable. The shuttle service they provided to downtown Park City was reliable and easy. The only glitch was a contractor who started hammering at 7. We will certainly stay there again if we can avoid the hammering. We recommend it highly!

The hotel is very nice but pricey and tiny. Did not have room to even open our luggage on a luggage stand. No floor space. I also had a terrible view. facing a wall. The hotel employees are very nice, but being so cramped put a big damper on our vacation. We were three in a room w two queen size beds.

We really loved the room with two fireplaces, a top of the line kitchen, great bathroom. TVs were a little quirky. Otherwise, fantastic experience. If we could guarantee the same room again, we would book again for next year!

My wife and I had an excellent stay at The Chateaux. The Hotel staff is dedicated to pamper you in every way. It has been the best ski trip we have ever made. In fact very few hotels (regardless of the ski part) have this level of service. We are already planning our trip next year to The Chateaux!

Rooms are pretty ordinary and on the small side. Location can't be beat. Concierge service was great.

The service was wonderful. The staff was available and eager to provide whatever was asked for, and the free rides around Park City were perfect. We did not need a car. The location, mid-mountain at Deer Valley was great. We were literally steps from the lodge (although not ski in ski out).

The hotel was clean and staff extremely friendly. The room did not have a chair or sofa other than the small desk chair. The desk was already crowded with stuff so was not inviting to setup a laptop. The bed was very comfortable and the ameneties top notch. Snow clearing activities in the parking lot across the street woke me at 5:30AM and went on for […] a good 20-30 minutes. Park City is beautiful and I found it worth the drive to/from my Salt Lake meetings just to see the mountains in the morning. Great night life even early in the season. Lisateave

This was perfect for a quiet romantic getaway. It is the slow season, so we did not have any problems with crowding or having to wait for anything. The staff was extremely helpful and even insisted on driving us over to the Troll Hallen Lounge because it was dark and could be confusing to find. Troll Hallen Lounge was perfect for our dinner needs and […] was essentially right across the street. Cena is still closed for the season and Glitretind's menu items just didn't do it for us this evening. No other restaurants are available for dinner within walking distance to the hotel but the shuttle will drive you anywhere and pick up. The grounds and surrounding hotels all have their christmas lights/decorations up and it is such a festive environment! We had a king room. It was very comfortable, nicely appointed and very clean. The fireplace was wonderful and the jacuzzi was good too. My only complaint, if I were to stay for a longer time, would be that the room is very dark. Great for sleeping in but if we had the children the lights would have needed to be on during the day. Also the air was blowing so loudly under the door that it made a whistling sound. We finally put a towel at the bottom of the door that stopped the sound. Not sure that this is a normal problem but due to extremely high winds that also blew off the garage door the day before. I loved this hotel! The staff was extremely helpfull and friendly, they gave us great directions and recommendations of where to eat. The room was gorgeous! We had a romantic getaway with my husband away from the kids, the studio was lovely, really nice kitchen, cool tv with lots of movies to watch in front of the fireplace. The only problem was the toilet getting clogged easily, but overall it was great!

We enjoyed our two-night getaway as a couple to the Chateaux Deer Valley! It was relaxing, comfortable, and inviting. Soaking in the hot tub while a light snow fell was a highlight. We can't wait to return!

We had trouble finding the property in the dark, but once we had checked in all that was forgotten. The staff at the front desk were so helpful and made us feel really welcome. Once unpacked we decided to lengthen our stay by 4 nights. That must be a compliment !!! The bedroom and sitting room were beautifully furnished and with a fully equipped kitchen […] is was difficult to leave the accommodation especially as it was snowing heavily outside. The Chateau at Silver Lake in Deer Valley, Utah was beautiful. The staff was friendly, very informative and went out of their way to make our stay very pleasant. My husband and I just went for a little weekend getaway and we had a great time. The hotel staff is very friendly. The room we stayed in was a studio with a murphy bed and it was spectacular. There was a full kitchen that was beautiful and a personal balcony. It was a very comfortable stay.

Great deluxe suite. Perfect location for skiing in the winter or hiking in the fall. The hotel's shuttle service to Park City was terrific, enabling me to take advantage of excellent restaurants and galleries.

We had a good time. Our room was nice except the carpet was worn out with tears in it. The parking garage smelled like a garbage can which also made the inside of our car smell. We stayed in a studio room with a Murphy bed that folded down from the wall. I thought the bed was fine but my wife was uncomfortable. The pool is only 3 1/2 feet deep. Overall […] we had a good experience. If the parking garage didn't stink so bad and if the carpet wasn't worn out, it would be a really nice hotel. Lisateave

Enjoyed our stay. Very elegant place away from the rush of Park City Main Street. Only a couple minor complaints: the restaurant is closed during off season, part of spring and fall, which was during our stay. Also, the ten cup coffee pot was only supplied with a packet for two cups of coffee. Otherwise a wonderful couple nights.

I was really impressed with the staff there. They helped us out with booking our horse back ridding even before we stayed there. The room was cozy and cute, the restaurant was amazing and the location was great. Loved loved it!!

The quality of the service was excellent; the staff were extremely helpful and very kind. The room was wonderful; loved the bathroom/kitchen set-up and the refrigerator was a good size. Loved the location even though we had to shuttle to Mainstreet each day. They have a nice shuttle service that was free. Would definitley stay there again.

The complimentary shuttle service to Main Street was SO nice. The drivers were so nice and it was great not having to deal with parking. The beds were so comfortable, the shower and bathroom were nice and they even include a good-sized refrigerator that they don't fill with stuff for you to buy (leaving no space for your own stuff) like most places.
