Amazing concierge and service

Wonderful stay at the Trump. Arrived late at night from Toronto and was instantly taken care of by very pleasant staff. ordered pizza from room service ( excellent ) pool is great my goal is to stay at all the Trump hotels stayed at the Trump in Chicago 2 summers ago and loved it!! I really enjoyed the wonderful customer service they gave they new us by name and always accomadated our ever need!! Very professional servive and quality rooms..The best thing was the bathroom I love the jacuzzi and the tv in the mirror.. My husband loves Donald and so do I!!

An excellent place to stay in Vegas if you want to get away from all of the hubub of the casinos. It is a relief to be able to stay somewhere which is like any other good quality business hotel in another city. The frequent shuttle to the Wynn and Caesars is excellent if you need to get to either although the Wynn is an easy walk.

Hard to describe, Great experience from A to Z

We had a great stay at Trump. If you don't want or need a casino downstairs, then this is your hotel. The Fashion Show Mall (Nordstrom) is straight across the street. The free shuttles to Wynn and Caesars were great and the drivers were cool. We went to the Super Bowl party put on by the hotel and had a great time. Not too big and not too small. There's only valet which is inconvient since it's so far away from the strip to walk to. Trump's room service menu is not much to select from. And there's not much to do at that hotel. If you choose to drive around or to go to just sleep then this hotel is for you.

Everything else was excellent exept the train going by several times a day and being loud.

Excellent value. Great location with free shuttle service. Would not stay any where else in Vegas.

Not really a strip view very nice but misses the feeling of Vegas nothing to do at hotel

We were disappointed in our stay at Trump Las Vegas. There was a dirty towel left in the bathroom behind the door. The shower drain was clogged. Slushing around in your shower water isn't fun. There also wasn't robes (as it was stated)-just 2 white plush hangers. The floors weren't vaccumed. We just expected better from a 5 star hotel...especially Trump! […] I know Donald Trump wouldn't be happy with what we experienced. Lisateave

There were 2 problems: The entry door needed to be adjusted because it wouldn't lock. That was taken care of very quickly and of no significance The second problem was that in the back of the toilet tank someone had stuffed a blue patient underpad that was filled with feces and rolled into a ball. When I went into the bathroom I noticed the tank top […] was ajar. I tried to move it and called my husband because it was heavy. When he lifted the top up I knew immediately what was stuck back in that tank. I am a health care professional and we use these blue chux all of the time. We phoned the front desk and the call was answered immediately by maintenance and housekeeping. Lisateave

Very nice place , no casino though, resort fee is bit high!!

Spotlessly clean. Everything that you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Don't bother about other peoples reviews mentioning a train that would wake you up - it's actually nowhere near the hotel and could probably be heard from half of the hotels in Las Vegas.

I would say there are better 5 star properties than Trump hotel on the strip for the same price. The best thing of the room is bathroom. They did not empty the trash from previous guest stay. The bed is not that comfortable and lot of wind noise. We could not sleep well also the rail noise. We went and stayed there for the strip view. It was okey. This hotel would be so perfect if it weren't for the fact that it's near a railroad crossing. I was situated on the 52nd floor on the Wynn side, and I still heard that blaring horn! It woke me up in the middle of the night every night. Additionally, the fact that I could hear the traffic on Las Vegas Blvd and fireworks from the Treasure Island show […] lead me to believe that these rooms don't insulate outside noise very well. As much as love this hotel, I'm not sure that a repeat visit will be very likely. Sorry Trump. Lisateave

A new and very nice hotel, although the decorations and public spaces seem unnecessarily "glitzy". Just across the street from the Fashion Mall, which is very convenient. However, the nearest casino, the Wynn, is almost two blocks away. But this is mitigated by free shuttles to the Wynn and to the Forum Shops at Caesar's Palace. Great Hotel. The pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable for the kids though. After several attempts we were able to get some extra bedding however. Very close to the Fashion Show Mall.

We were not given the room described. We were expecting to have a one bedroom suite. However we were given a one room studio suite. When I asked about it I was told that Hotel.com had the wrong description for the room. In spite of this it was still a lovely room and friendley, helpful employees. This was our forth visit to the Trump Las Vegas hotel. We have greatly enjoyed our visits in the past, and looked forward to staying in the Trump our visit this time didn't quite meet out expectations. We found the bed to be firmer than usual in thke center and softer on the sides making it fill like you are going to fall out of the bed unless you are […] in the dead center ofbthe bed. Hard to do with two people. The bed linens were not as nice as we had remembered. Before we had high thread count hotel style over stuffed duvets and silky sheets. This time it was a waffled duvet and sand paper sheets. The valet took for ever to get the car and didn't give it there all. Didn't open other door for passenger, didn't ask if we needed direction also didn't stay around for a tip. The room overall was nice, but a little worn down. It is still a very nice hotel, just not what we've come to love and expect. You can't beat the nice bathrooms. We will definitely stay again if we can find a good price. My mother and I loved this hotel! It was quiet, smoke-free and upscale. The bathroom was extremely spacious. The view was incredible. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help us. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

This is a beautiful hotel with all the bells and whistles. Great room service, spa and gym. I was awakened by the train a few times so I didn't get the best sleep. I would return with a very loud spa/wave machine and ear plugs.

The Trump in Las Vegas has spacious and nicely appointed rooms. Service was great and I liked the fact that there is no casino (probably personal). Only negative is the inadequate noise attenuation in your room. Even on the top floors the horn of local freight trains comes through very loud and clear.

I recently stayed three nights (Sat, Sun, Mon) at the Trump Hotel with my girlfriend, and we came away impressed. My thoughts on different aspects of the hotel: Resort fee – When you check in, you’ll be charged a “resort fee” of $20 per night. I was expecting it, so I wasn’t upset, unlike the guy in front of me in line. I understand almost every Vegas […] hotel has these fees now. Location – It’s very close to the Wynn and about a 5-minute walk to Las Vegas Blvd (the Strip). We walked along the Strip the first day, but that got tiring fast. From then on, we found ourselves taking the free shuttle to Caesar’s Palace when we wanted to go shop or gamble. Hotel basics – There’s no casino in this hotel, and there’s no smoking. Actually, I found it very refreshing to come back to a nice, clean, quiet hotel after a smoke-filled evening at the casino. Shuttle – There are two free shuttles that run every 30 minutes. One goes to the Wynn (which is awfully close to begin with), and the other goes to Caesar’s Palace, which would otherwise be about a 30-minute walk or a $10 cab ride. The shuttles were mostly empty, the drivers were friendly, and I don’t think we ever waited more than 10-15 to catch one. They stop running at midnight, though, so you’ll have to catch a cab if you’re out late. The Room – I didn’t make any special requests about the room, which was their basic “studio” room. We were placed on the 20th floor with a view to the south, which overlooked the pool and a good portion of the Strip (Treasure Island loomed prominently). The bed was king-sized and very comfortable with lots of pillows. I don’t know why people are complaining about trains, but we never heard any. The room had lots of closet space, a large (empty) fridge, and some silverware and dishes in the cabinets. The radio next to the bed had an iPhone dock, which was nice. The flat screen TV was adequate, and the wireless internet was fast enough to watch a ballgame on ESPN3. The bathroom is huge with m Lisateave

We WILL stay again at Trump! Very clean, very nice, not too far from the strip, convenient to shpping at Fashion Show Mall, loved no smoking, loved no gambling in the hotel. Thank you, all employees were top notch!!!!!!

We loved this hotel, we upgraded our suite for a small fee, the suite was amazing. There was a musty smell in the room which was more prominent when we first entered the room. But we grew accustomed to it. We were disappointed with the evening meal we had in the restaurant (stale bread, poor service), especially as the bar food and breakfast food was […] of a very good standard. I was not aware that there is no casino on the premises, after all, it is in Las Vegas. It was alright for me since I am not a gambler, but for real gamblers, it is an inconvenience. The feature that I love the most is the bathroom. It is very roomy compared to other luxury hotels that I had stayed at. That is a big plus for me. Great location if you have a car. Valet service excellent and all staff great. Try the DJT restaurant while there. Highly recommend as just a little out of the strip.

we come back to the Trump Hotel as often as we can. The location directly across from Fashion Show Mall is perfect for us and the propery is very, very nice. The staff is always very helpful and professional. The only issue I've ever had is that this last stay we used the sofa bed and it leaves a lot to be desired, I was a bit surprised for such an […] upscale hotel. Other than that, everything else was absolutely perfect! Easy acess on an off the freeway too, if you are driving and they have a shuttle down to the Ceasar's Forum Shops if you are not! Lisateave

room was great, jacuzzi tub was great. no safe in room was rather odd. hotel staff was great and very helpful with directions . valet service was slow it took roughly 15 minutes each time to have them deliver the car. roomservice was remarkable . i ordered a dozen chocolate strawberries for my boyfriend and he loved them. i would stay there again.

Excellent hotel! One of my favourites in the world! Shuttle service to Caesars very handy due to the location. I would definately recommend this hotel.

non smorking, clean no casino good for family hotels... reasonable price

Wow. That is all you need to know. The rooms are big and very luxuirous. I was actually sad that I had to leave.

The location was convenient. Excellent service. It's a non-gaming and no smoking hotel which is what I needed in Vegas. The kitchenette was convenient especially if you have kids. I'm glad hotels.com offered a special rate. Will definitely use this website for future bookings and will go back to the Trump Hotel.
