Selles 3,5-tärniga majutusasutuses korter puhkekeskuses on kõikides külalistetubades kööginurgad ja keeduplaadid, mikrolaineahjud, külmikud ning keedunõud/lauanõud/kööginõud. Lisateenuste hulka kuuluvad triikrauad/triikimislauad ja avatavad aknad. Majapidamisteenust pakutakse iga päev.

"Outstanding accommodation nestled in the mountains"
We upgraded from a deluxe room to a two bedroom suite upon check in. The suite was beautiful and very comfy. Front desk personnel were very helpful and friendly.

Great room, really enjoyed the balcony with BBQ and a couple nice chairs to sit outsite and enjoy the view. Really nice fireplace and bathroom, all the ammenities we needed and then some

We had a one bedroom suite. It was a very nice room, and the layout of the room was easy to get around. The bed was very comfortable except for the sheets/blanket on the bed. It was a pretty good value for the money! We would recommend this hotel?

"Almost Great"
Bed and pillows were too soft, we sunk into the bed and we're very light people. The temperature control in the room was not very efficient and took several hours to lower the temperature to a comfortable sleeping temp. Other than this everything was very clean and tidy! Lots of available amenities within the room like washer and dryer.

"beautiful"
This hotel is really nice and my room had a great view of the 3 Sisters mtn range. My only complaint is how thin the walls and ceiling are - I could hear the people next door pretty clearly and the kids above me were running a marathon. I know this is out of people's control but maybe next time the builder can put a little more stuff inbetween the […] walls. Lisateave
"Nice family hotel-few minor issues"
Just stayed for 3 nights at the Falcon Ridge. Lovely hotel with huge bathrooms. The granite counters are a nice touch. The fire place was lovely too. My only real complaint is that they give you very little dishes and stuff to cook with. Our kitchen had only 2 little pots and exactly 4of each dish (4 plates, small bowls,mugs, spoons, etc.). If you wanted […] to cook an actual meal, you are out of luck. If you used a spoon for coffee and then wanted one for cereal and there are 4 of you staying there, it's inconvenient. Minor complaints: My kids complained that the sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable. You do hear the trains going by at night, as you are near the railway but it's not too bad unless you have the windows open. And the hot tubs are clean but tiny. You do get a great view of the hotel next door which has a huge outdoor heated pool, which we can't use, much to my kids' dismay. We might stay at that hotel next time. Lisateave

My wife and I stayed at the Falcon Crest Lodge recently and the stay was wonderful. The staff is very courteous and helpful. We wanted to stay in a room that we had stayed in prior and they happily made the arrangements for us. We highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed.

Good solid hotel, the only reason we would not probably stay here again was because of the location of the hot tub. There was a small hot tub and it was located between the lobby and the parking lot, not much a view. Other than that I would like to state the customer service was outstanding. "loved this hotel"
it was a beautiful spot and the room was very nice. If your staying in Canmore, bring earplugs if your a light sleeper as there are trains through the town all night. There is no way around this even for the most expensive hotels. I loved this place and will go back.

This is a great hotel for a great rate!! I will definitely stay there again! We went for a ski weekend with our two kids and got an adjoining room with our friends (and their child). The room itself is clean and well-kept, the hottub is wonderful and the service was also amazing! I highly recommend this hotel!

"I love this hotel"
The room we had was so awesome. It was clean, huge and better than my actual apartment at home! We had such a nice view of the mountains (we didn't even have to pay extra for it - we just lucked out) and we had a deck that was sort of hidden in the building so we didn't freeze when we went outside to BBQ our steaks. The only negative things about the […] hotel was that the couch in the living room was the worst and most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat on, the TV was so old I couldn't connect my computer to it, and it was relatively small and the one more private hot tub was so dirty (we actually stunk so bad that we had no choice but to shower to wash off afterwards). Asides from that, it was such an amazing place. The bathroom was so awesome and I love that there was a washer and dryer and the bathtub was enormous! I loved that there was underground parking for free as well. It was slightly hard to find this hotel as there was no sign that actually had the hotel name on it. Lisateave
Front desk and hospitality staff were friendly and very helpful. Hotel is in a central, convenient location. Had to call the front desk twice for maintenance on a three day stay. Room had a connecting door to the next room which made it noisy.

Wonderful suprise when entered the room. Very nicely set up for bedrooms and bathrooms. Loved the kitchen/great room. Thoroughly enjoyed the Hot Tub.
"Very Comfortable"
Spend 1 night Feb 18th at Falcon Crest. Very friendly at check in, comfortable room with a fridge and microwave. Did not use the hot tub. I have no hesitation recommending Falcon Crest to friends.

"Falcon Crest Lodge Canmore Alberta"
Overall very pleased with the hotel and its room. However, watch the underground parking entrance and exit. It is as tight as is absolutely possible. It is really only not a issue for cars. My pickup had to make a 3 poijnt turn just to get in or out. The height clearance was fine but way to narrow. As well, the room was nice but for the 'Deluxe" with […] a kitchenette and living room, they should at least have a king size bed. Great and friendly staff and very clean. Lisateave

"Great Getaway"
Wanted to get away from the big city, decided on Canmore. The Hotel was just outside of the downtown area - nice and quiet. The room was great. We stayed here once before a number of years ago, and will definitely be returning.

We were 8 nights in this hotel, very confortable and specially for families with kids. All we need we got and we are very happy to have chosen it.
"Falcon Crest, Canmore AB -Good but could be better"
We had a one bedroom suite and the size was fine for two but my biggest issue with the room is that it was poorly soundproofed. We could hear everything from the hallway, the room next to ours and from outside as well (I didn't sleep well both nights because of that). The bedding was also not very comfortable (one blanket even had holes in it...). […] The room was kind of clean but in need of a good dusting session. The shower was nice and the bathroom was a good size with both shower AND bath. We also had problems with keeping the temperature comfortable in the room, it was either too hot or too cold no matter how we set it. TVs were outdated. Overall ok but needs some improving (especially for the price they ask). Lisateave
"What a relaxing week-end!"
The Falcon Crest has been our favorite for many years. We enjoy our stay everytime and are never dissapointed. We have stayed at many different hotels in the area but always go back to the Falcon Crest. The rooms are top notch and the staff who are long term employees (which speaks for itself) are very accomodating and pleasant. "Good time"
My only problem with the resort is that the only restauarant on site is Vietnamese. It would be nice to have a pub on site. Not everyone likes or can eat Vietnamese food. So we left the hotel to hang out elsewhere.

"Very pleasant stay"
Great getaway place to stay, away from the hustle and bustle of the town of Banff, but still within a reasonable distance. Hotel staff was courteous and accommodating, and the rooms are very pleasant. Love the full kitchens and amenities provided. Wish we could stay longer!

This hotel room was more than I expected. I had a room with two double beds and a small kichenette (fully stocked). There was also an electic fireplace which was a nice touch and also a deck that placed the pool with a grill! The location is very convenient as Canmore isn't a big town and the hotel is close to just about everything. "3 D's Dull, Drab & Dreary"
Booked in for two nights but left after one. Hotel was in pleasant surroundings but the interior was antiquated and very dull. Room was drab with dull paintwork, bed was hard and pillows lumpy. Carpets were stained and upholstry on sofa bed needed cleaning. BBQ was dirty and also the balcony was very dirty, hadn't been cleaned for a long time. All in […] all the whole place needs revamping and lightening up. Carpets throughout the hotel were filthy. NO AIR CONDITIONING. A generally scruffy hotel. Lisateave

Falcon Crest provided a relaxing weekend away, yet only needed to travel an hour from Calgary. Comfortable room, with all the necessary amenities. we would go there again!

"Upscale condo; fine accommodation"
This Canmore condo is very much in the genre of similar condos that you see in BC ski villages like Whistler or Big White. It is beautifully designed and furnished and very comfortable accommodation. We were only there for a night and didn't use the kitchen, but it would be great if you were there for longer. Highly recommended.

The hotel was very nice and well maintained. The room exceeded our expectations, the staff was pleasant and helpful, and the location was close to the town center.
