The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. A child was having a birthday party on my floor, so the management moved me into another room within 2 minutes of arrival. I will be back next month and stay here again.

The only complaint I have is that the beds were too hard for me and made my back hurt and the pillows were way too soft. Great location for shopping and food.

Everything was great, from the service to the breakfast to the cleanliness of the room. And the shower was the best I have ever stood under!

We stayed at this hotel November 21 thru November 23. The air conditioner would kick on and make a loud noise. This happen every time it kick on. We did not sleep well that night. They replace the unit the next morning. The second night there was a lot of road noise. We did not get a lot of sleep that night. Also, in the front of the hotel there was […] an awful stinking odor as you walk in to the hotel. It smelt like a sewer problem. Always in the past we have stayed at this hotel and really enjoyed our stay. That is why we would always stay at this hotel year after year. I don't think we will be coming back again. Lisateave

Very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel in general! The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were spotless, which is one thing I check out as soon as I get to my room. I was very satisfied with my stay and will stay again.

The hotel was clean but the curtains did not block the sun from coming in the room and the bed was middle of the road. The decor was nice but this hotel, which I was told 3 different times by three different hotel employees DOES not have the executive suite that is on the web. It has an executive suite but the only difference between it and the leisure […] suite was it was up one floor. Overall, pleasant stay.. Lisateave

My wife and I were visiting Nashville on vacation and found Mt Juliet to be such a great location. The hotel was very nice with an adequate complimentary breakfast. Hotel was only 15 minutes from dowtown Nashville and the airport which was a plus. Overall, great hotel for the price. Highly recommend.

GREAT LOCATION. GREAT RESTAURANTS AND OTHER SERVICES. HOTEL STAFF NOT VERY ATTENTIVE TO BREAKFAST. HAD TO WAIT WHILE THEY RESTOCKED. HAD TO BE TOLD THAT THERE WAS NOTHING TO EAT. NO ONE WAS WATCHING. LARGE, CLEAN ROOMS.

Have stayed at this particular location several times and it is always an enjoyable stay. Safe area, many stores and restaurants, movie theater etc...You won't be disappointed with your visit.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at your hotel. It was everything we hoped for and more. The room was big and clean the hotel as a whole was clean and neat. Just when I thought I had found the perfect hotel, I had the atypical experience. Wifi was terrible, if not non-existent, realized this hotel has NO Sprint service (which I needed for a conference call), called for an early check-in (one hour) and received no help other than "call back later". Very disappointing.

I always stay here when I am in the Nashville area. Clean hotel, great staff and fantastic breakfast. I really appreciate a hotel that has a chair in the room as I travel a lot and don't like to sit on the bed. Great area that is close to shopping and nice selection of restaurants. Love the cinnamon rolls!!!

definitly one of the best hotels in the area, the rooms were big and they were clean and smelled good unlike other hotel chains, nothing could have been better, forgot a few things at the house and the front desk gave them to me free of charge, the air conditioner was great it actually had a real thermometer unit, i put it on 40 degrees and it was 53 […] when i woke up it was great, good job holiday inn express. Quiet housekeeping staff, well insulated rooms for sound proofing. Brand new hotel--bathrooms a bit small but very clean and new. Beds very comfortable but the duvet cover is a bit less than I am used to snuggling with so don't expect a cushy comforter. Flat panel tv, microwave & a fridge that actually works! Pretty good WiFi signal too for business […] travellers, but their fax machine rarely works. Lisateave

We loved staying at this hotel. Everyone was great. Great location. Close to great restaurants, shopping, grocery stores. This hotel was in a great and safe area. The next time we are in this area we will stay here.

Has it all, if you just want somewhere to stay for a couple of nights. The whole family enjoyed it, and it's not far from Nasville shores. The hotel will provide you tickets and we can, and will recommend it.
