Easy access from the freeway, very close to Mall and Sizzlers. They had a simple free continental style breakfast and a easy to access store where you could buy food to use in your room. Our stay was awesome and the price was excellent. Everything was clean and we loved the room. Pillows!!!! the pillows were perfect and it was very quiet. I slept very well. Thank you. When I am traveling through Boise, I will be staying here again.

The hotel itself was really nice and I was really pleased until the night time. I could hear everything all of my neighbors were doing and some of them were up ALL night. None of them were being ridiculously noisy it's just that the walls are SO thin that you can hear everything. I could hear my neighbor across the hall talking on his cell phone and […] his kids playing with both of our doors shut and I was in my bed the farthest spot away from the door. I had gone out into the hall because I thought they were playing out in the hall way. The door to my room had no seal so I could see through the crack to the hall way. I could hear my neighbor upstairs taking a bath at 3:30 in the morning. I could hear the water running and splashing super loud in my room and they would fill it up every 10 minutes or so. I heard my neighbors having sex in the room next to me. As you can see, it wasn't just one neighbor. It was a bunch of neighbors because there is no insulation whatsoever in these rooms. I would never sleep here again. Also, they are right down the street from the jail and their are Bail Bonds places all over and there was a bank robbery just down the street from the hotel while we were there. You can have a nice looking place but if you can't sleep then it's not worth it. Lisateave

We stay at different hotels through the year. This was the best they got us in as quick as they could when we showed up early. The room was so clean usually u find mold in the sinks but n this place there was no mold in any sink the showers anywhere. The stay was great and. Lose to so many Places to shop and places to eat. Excellent stay

The front desk computer was not working so the person checking us in had to go back to the office behind the front desk, but that didn't take much longer. The room was a good temperature when we got there. Our room was quiet and we slept well.

We drove 5 hours and got in around 10:00. The staff were very friendly and the room was beautiful. However, we woke up at 4 a.m. to the guests above us stomping around and banging drawers closed. I could literally hear the lady upstairs taking a bath and splashing in it. The pipes in the walls sounded like a actual waterfall in the hotel room...a water […] feature you couldn't turn off. People walking down the hallway talking "quietly" could be heard in surround sound in the room. There was absolutely no soundproofing to our room. I usually use a fan to block out any noise however, I recommend taking your own since theirs is on energy saving and turns on and off when it wants to. My 15 year old sleeps through everything but could not sleep through all the noise we encountered. When we explained all this to the staff at check out we only received a polite "We're sorry". Very disappointing. I told them that maybe it would be a good idea for the manager to get some staff to sleep in the hotel above and below each other in different rooms and make as much noise possible and see if they could sleep through it........ This hotel fit all our needs for our quick overnight stay. Extremely clean. Kitchen had full refridgerator so we were able to refreeze items in our cooler. Pet friendly. We would strongly recommend this place and not hesitate to come back when our travels take us to Boise again.

When you see the word "suites", think "decent sized room with a kitchenette". The room was comfortable but had no sofa, just a recliner and a desk with a chair. The bed was comfortable--neither too soft nor too firm. It's probably ten minutes or more to the airport. They didn't have a shuttle but arranged a taxi for $10 which conveniently went on the […] bill. I hate paying for a ride to the airport but it worked okay. There is a small store next to the lobby that has a lot of supplies, drinks, and snack food. The prices were airport prices so not cheap at all, but great if you're stuck there and need some food or cokes. All in all a good hotel for a good price. Nothing spectacular but a cut above a typical budget hotel. Lisateave

This is the second time I've stayed at Candlewood. It's in a great location and has a very friendly staff and nice rooms. You could stay here long-term as well, they have a full refrigerator in their rooms... They also allow my dog.

When we got to our rooms, we had only been given one bed. The hotel staff worked tirelessly to fix the problem and when they couldn't the made arrangements for us to stay at another hotel!! The hotel manager, Crystal went above and beyond! VERY impressed with the service!!

An extended stay hotel. Only real negatives were stairwell smells like smoke and the bed was very close to the wall making it nearly impossible for a second person to get in and out of bed without crawling in from the other side.

I have stayed at this hotel 22 times now for at least two nights each time. It feels like home. This hotel is very nice and great for a family. The one room suite has a sofa and two recliners. The sofa comes out to be a couch. Flat pannel tv's with DVD players in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen is very nice and has all of the things you need […] (salt, pepper, sugar). The towels are thick and unlike anyother affordable hotel chain. The room price is terribly small for all of the things you get. High speed is really high speen. Donnell the night attendent is a very nice guy and talks with the guests while they sit in the lobby and watch television. This hotel allows you to check out movies and has a little mini store inside with icecream, milk, juice and many more items. Additionally.... FREE LAUNDRY! and a gym. Very well managed hotel. If you want to BBQ... no problem. Go on the padio and invite your guests. I don't think any hotel can top this one... even has a business center. Seriously, you simply can't go wrong here! Lisateave

I really like the Candlewood suites concept. They clean the rooms once a week, so no noisy cleaners in the halls at the crack of dawn. No need to put out the do not disturb sign or worry that your belongings are safe. If you want new linens, you can exchange at the front desk. Easy enough. The kitchen is furnished with a toaster and a few dishes/pans. […] I'd much rather have a kitchen than an extra bed to lay my suitcase on any stay. It is like a small studio apartment, brilliant design, even for a short stay it works well. Everything I thought I needed I found right away. This is a nice place to stay and they accept pets. It was clean and comfortable. We got the room with a bedroom that was seperate from the rest of the room. It was a great place to relax and visit with family. It is close to the freeway and next to the mall which is nice! Rooms have a little kitchenette which was handy. Staff was very nice.

I wasvery pleased with the hotel exceptional for the price. Had a fair breakfast. Not alot of choices but I didnt expect to have a breakfast said it wasnt included. Room was very nice, bed comfy and was very quiet. Would have no problem staying there again the next time were in Bosie.
