Holiday Inn Express Hotel Dublin Airport - Dublin

We loved the location of the Holiday Inn Express across from a beautiful park, complete with a swan, and so close to the bus stop. Having a free shuttle to the airport was definitely a plus, too.

Overall, this hotel was great. It was 5 minutes from the airport via their free shuttle. It had some great amenities such as an ice machine and an American electrical socket which I did not see at any of my other hotels in Ireland and the UK. My only complaint was the timeliness of breakfast. They said it was available at 6:00 but they were still putting […] it out at 6:15 which made catching the 6:30 shuttle to the airport tight. The hotel was great for what we needed...a last night before returning to the US. The only inconvenience was that we had to sleep in twin beds. The wifi worked great and staff were friendly.

We enjoyed our time at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel Dublin Airport. The accommodations were clean and very nice and the breakfast bar was wonderful. The hotel provides good, basic accommodations close to the airport. Beds weren't overly comfortable, but rooms and public spaces were clean and well maintained. The free shuttle to the airport is a real plus. It runs frequently and was on time.

Close to us stop to get into the city. Takes about a half-hour to get there. Actual free wifi in your room! I had just stayed at the holiday Inn Express in London Stansted that made you pay for wifi, so this was exciting to me. Also, had three different kind of electrical outlets so you could charge anything you needed. Gave us a bagged breakfast since […] we were flying out early. I had arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport through the front desk. Found out too late that the front desk never called and we had to find alternate transportation at short notice. Left us in a time crunch at the airport. That is a big mistake to make. Especially for an airport hotel. Lisateave

Rooms clean but very small. Great location to Airport, provides shuttle service upon demand, Full Irish Breakfast,set out in typical Hotel fashion, tasteless. Room was clean and comfortable. A full Irish breakfast came with our room that started at 6 AM which was good for an early morning flight. There was complimentary pick up at the airport to the hotel and return to the airport. A lovely park was across the street.

Staff is very good. Free shuttle but one shuttle seats only 7 with no standing so if full you must wait 30 minutes for return. Room is good value except mattresses (in two rooms) needed to be replaced. Overall would stay again.

JUST WHAT WE NEEDED.SLIGHTLY FURTHER FROM AIRPORT THAN EXPECTED BUT COURTESY BUS MADE THIS NOT REALLY A PROBLEM.NOT TOO MUCH IN THE SURROUNDING AREA BUT HOTEL BAR NEXT DOOR WAS VERY PLEASANT.WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

I know the area well so it was a no brainer to stop here for one night when getting off a late flight. Just 5mins drive from the airport and situated in a nice location about 20mins or so from the city centre. Ideal hotel for late arrival or to catch an early flight when traveling to the airport the night before. Breakfast was good with a mix of continental […] and basic cooked- typucal of HIE. Staff were all chirpie and helpful. Only drawback is the €6 charge for the car park. Bit steep and should be free as the hotel is fsr enough from the airport. In saying that it's not the end of the world. Didn't see or hear of the free wifi which would of been handy but only spent 8hours here. Note to future bookers, ask for the free wifi at check in. We booked this hotel as an overnight stay before heading for home the next morning. The shuttle service to and from the airport was a huge bonus! The staff was very helpful in answering our questions about going through customs, and timing needed to get to the airport. This suited our needs perfectly and the price was just right!

Our stay was just everything we needed. The room was ideal for myself, husband and two children aged 4yrs and 6yrs. The morning breakfast was good and had a good selection of fresh foods and drinks. We arrived happy and left happy.

We stayed in this hotel the night before flying out of Dublin. The room was excellent, clean, etc. The staff was so accommodating! We had to leave the hotel before the free breakfast began so the staff prepared take away breakfast for us at 5:30am. It was their idea :-) We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for a night in early March. The hotel is very near the Dublin airport and near a main bus line that goes into the Dublin city centre. Our room was neat and tidy. The free shuttle provided was useful, but the drop off point is a bit of a walk to the terminal.

This hotel is ideal for access to Dublin Airport. Complimentary shuttle to/from Airport. The hotel is 2min walk to bus stop to Dublin City Centre €2.40 single fare. Breakfast is adequate and free for all guests. I'd recommend this hotel if Dublin City hotels are too expensive.

Loved the blue lights in the bathroom, and the modern new feel to the hotel. The breakfast was very nice as well =) The only problem was I didnt sleep more than an hour because people were constantly slamming the doors, I heard every door shut through out the night, which woke me up , and caused anxiety.

Perfect for someone who has an early flight out the following morning, the Holiday Inn Express Dublin Airport provided a great experience for a very reasonable cost. The free airport shuttle makes the trip between the hotel and the airport in just minutes; the friendly drivers could not have been more welcoming. Room wasn't ready for check in when we arrived at the hotel (about 6pm) wo we had to wait for 20 mins in the reception area (rather annoying with 2 small children) - but in general we had a very pleasant stay and the staff were very friendly.

Excellent value. Breakfast included in the price was first class and exceeded expectations. I would, however, point out that hotel bus shuttle isn't clearly marked "Holiday Inn Express", and all we saw was Crown Plaza on the bus, so missed the first shuttle from the airport and only got lucky in seeing the next one.
