We loved this hotel for the price. It was fairly clean, and well maintained. The hotel staff was not the most accommodating we have ever run into, but it was still ok. Booked the hotel for a family ski weekend at Bristol Mountain. The hotel is about 8 years old and it shows signs of wear a tear, and is soon due for a refresh. Overall the hotel was clean. The staff was very accommodating. They delayed our check out time to accommodate our schedule. Coffee and tea was available 24/7. Breakfast was very nice. The only part we didn't like is that there is no fan in the bathroom. "Quality Hotel, Convenient and Comfortable"
The room was clean, light, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had up-to-date features with a large shower. Overall, the temperature control in the room could have been better -- the AC seemed to shut off at times, however that was easily remedied. "Great time"
Excellent stay, they make it simple but provide what you need with benefits. The staff was. Informative and friendly. Room and hotel were clean. Pool was fun, along with a pretty nice jacuzzi. The only problem I could possibly find is that the towels and toilet paper could use an upgrade in softness but would never stop me from using them again.
