Rinno hotel - Vilnius

I was overall very satisfied with this hotel. Very comfortable, clean and quiet. Friendly, helpful staff. Very nice decor though a bit too old-style for my taste. Very good breakfast. Great location close to city centre and rail/bus stations. That said, the very immediate surroundings were a bit isolated and downbeat. The hotel was generally quite nice, like a small family hotel, with friendly service. Room had window on the roof, with no curtain, so the room got bright very early in the morning. One of the mid-aged ladies serving the breakfast, was very sincere and cautious, lighting up the days for the guests. English is spoken by all the staff at the reception […] desk. Lisateave

Spent 3 nights at the Hotel Rinno. It is just on the brink on the Old Town so within easy reach of all the main attractions. Also not far from the Train/Bus station so not a hike when we went on a day-trip to Trakai (would highly recommend that!). The staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was good and plentiful. One odd thing - one of our rooms […] was decked out like a conference room with a boardroom table and chairs in it! But apparently the bed was fine, and the bathroom was bigger than ours. Overall, I would have no hesitation in recommending the Hotel Rinno. Lisateave

Everything was great about the hotel until we checked out. Having booked the hotel through Hotels.com of course the room was paid for. I do believe though that the desk clerk did try to scam us in trying to make us pay again. When we checked out, we were told that we must pay for the room. We argued until I produced a copy of the receipt from Hotels.com. […] Very dubious. Correct me if I'm wrong but all the hotels I stay at ask for payment up front when checking in. I would be careful. On the good side the attendent at the breakfast buffet was very helpful. Great location. Because of the previously noted incident I find it hard to reccomend the hotel despite all the other plusses. Rinno hotel is in a convenient location five minutes walk to bars,restaurants,nightclubs etc.Reception staff very helpful (english speaking).Rooms a bit dated but overall very comfortable.

Good Hotel, friendly and safe. Good breakfast. Internet access. Huge bathroom. good location, just outside city centre, within walking distance of bus and train stations. Surrounding area looks a bit run down, but thats because its surrounded by history (Old Jewish ghetto not to far away)and despite look it feels safe.

Overall a very pleasant stay. Rooms were spacious, staff was friendly, and it's located right between the old town and the main bus station, perfect for those arriving in Vilnius by bus. A few things to keep in mind: - No lift (so you might have to carry your luggage two floors up) - You leave your key with the reception as you go out, and when you […] come back, you just state the room number and get it back. This made me a little uncomfortable leaving valuable items (computer etc.) in the room. - There is currently construction going on across the street, as well as a loud alarm coming out of a car that parks outside Sasha Song's Jazz Club next door every time someone walks by. If you're a light sleeper, I'd recommend sleeping with the window closed and the air conditioner turned on. Lisateave

Area around hotel looks a little seedy but never felt unsafe walking the 4-5 blocks into the old town. The hotel does not have air conditioning so our room would have been too warm but there was a pedistal fan and the windows tilted in from the top so we were very comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. There was a small buffet with bread, cheeses, lunch […] meats, yogurt, cereal, tomatoes, fruit and there was a chose of fried eggs, scrambled eggs, omelet, oat meal or pancakes with various fillings and of course coffee and tea. The personel in the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Airbaltic lost our luggage and the lady at the desk was kind enough to call the airline in Latvia and ask when our luggage would be delivered. We would stay at this hotel again. Lisateave

This was a great little hotel, the standard room was very large and airy with large windows looking over courtyard. We were on the ground floor but there was very little noise: I am a light sleeper and only needed ear plugs on 1 night of 2, even with the window open. The bathroom was very luxurious for a 3 star, it had a large corner whirlpool/jacuzzi […] bath and separate shower. Rooms were very clean. No tea/coffee in the room but I think that is standard in Lithuania, even in 4 star hotels. The staff were friendly although we didn't need to ask much of them. The breakfast was a really good buffet, vegetarian friendly, with also hot dishes to order. The location was good - midway between the train/bus station and old town - the old town is actually just across the road and maybe a 5 - 10 min walk to the main square. Отель расположен очень удобно ! Пешком от отеля до всех достопримечательностей 5 минут и вы уже в центре , на площади старого города. Завтраки просто чудо ,особенно блинчики !!! Обслуживание на высшем уровне и вообще советую этот отель . Перед поездкой нам его посоветовали наши друзья , они там были ,им понравилось и нам тоже . В центре шумно , а придёшь […] в отель после прогулки 5 -7 часовой и попадаешь в покой и тишину . Lisateave

Hyvällä paikalla. kävelyetäisyydellä vanhasta kaupungista. Siisti, tilava huone. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Erinomainen aamiaisbuffee, jonka lisäksi erilillis´ toiveen mukainen lämmin aamupala; omeletti tai pancakes tai ... , jopa puuro tms.

Nulla da ridire, è proprio come ci aspettavamo, veramente tutto ok abbiamo passato tre giorni con tutte le comodità. La colazione è ottima e abbondante il servizio di qualità la sig.ra Zita gentilissima e molto disponibile. Lo consigliamo.

Отель очень понравился, честно, я даже не ожидала, что настолько:-)Уютно, тихо, что немаловажно - доступный интернет. Единственное, будьте осторожны в ванне, т.к. очень чистая, то достаточно скользкая (но это тем, у кого в номере ванна, а не душевая кабина).

Soggiorno piacevole in un hotel arredato con gusto, il personale molto gentile e disponibile, colazione ricca e buonissima.La posizione ottima per visitare la città a piedi anche se vicino c'è una fermata di bus per chi vuole risparmiare qualche passo. Non c'è ascensore ma tanto le scale fanno bene !Lo consiglio vivamente.

Very good hotel, excellently located, very friendly and helpful staff. Bread selection in the breakfast is limited to toasts, but, considering the price, we can't ask for more.

the room is cozy, clean, stuffs are kind. just its not easy to find the hotel. very quiet location.
