BEST WESTERN NORMAN INN STES - Norman

Convenient location when we visit family in Norman. Very courteous and happy staff and that always makes the stay more enjoyable. Room was very comfortable and clean Will definitely check availability there first in the future.

This was my second visit to this hotel. My room was reasonably clean - although the floors and the ottoman were heavily stained and the room never lost its "stale" smell. The coffee pot did not work. There is no phone in the room - and when I tried to call the front desk with my cell, I got no response. My experience was not so horrible that I would […] not stay here again IF the rates were much less. Had I made reservations elsewhere further in advance, I could have gotten a much nicer room for about the same price. It is extremely close to campus and far from the traffic of I35. Breakfast is primarily doughnuts and access to a waffle maker. Sausage, eggs and biscuits available - but are not restaurant quality. Lisateave

I'm the mother of an OU student and booked a suite at this hotel for myself, my daughter and my mother as part of a big football weekend treat. I booked a suite so that each of us would have our own bed. The sofa bed was not even functional. When pulled out, the foot of the bed dropped almost to the floor. It was a miserable night. While the sheets […] seemed OK - the comforter and blankets did not appear particularly clean. The shower head fell off during my shower. Breakfast was disappointing - not particularly fresh or inviting. I told two of the front desk employees of my issue with the bed and received blank stares and a half-hearted "I'm sorry." - but no offer to rectify the situation. It was reasonably clean - the woman setting up the breakfast was very nice - but I would stay here only if nothing else were available. Lisateave

This is a nice hotel for the price. It is fairly new and close to my daughter's apartment. I have never gone to the breakfast, which is included, so I can't comment on that. Clean & quiet, decent workout room.

The young lady that worked the night shift was a VERY GOOD representative of your company !

Better the most Best Westerns, actually it is the best Best Werstern that I have ever stayed in. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

I had an interview on the Norman campus of the University of Oklahoma at 10am and decided to go up the night before so I could be well rested. The hotel was very close to campus and very reasonably priced. I had an unexpected delimma the night before and wasn't able to get to the hotel until 11:30pm Thursday night. I called ahead and was able to "pre-check-in." […] When I arrived everything was ready and I was able to be in bed within 15 minutes of my arrival. The hotel is not close to hwy 35 but very convienient to campus. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for university business. Lisateave

During our recent visit to the Oklahoma City area we stayed in the Best Western off hwy 9 and 77. Our room was very comfortable. We did not require a handicap room, but if you are in need of a handicap room, this room was very accessible. The bathroom had plenty of turn space, a fully handicap shower with a large padded transfer bench, the isle in front […] of the bed was wide enough and access to the bed was easy to transfer to. During my travels with my husband who was a double amputee, I only wished all the rooms we stayed in were accessible. I would highly recommend this Best Western to travelers.
