The hotel was very quiet. Breakfast was good. No hot tub in pool area like another Best Western we stayed at before. (I was really looking forward to that.) Service was great. The front desk attendant changed our room very quickly when I mentioned the chlorine smell in it. (The room was nowhere near the pool.) Overall, a very good stay.

The hotel was clean and the service friendly. Only issue was a wedding party that came in around 2 am in the morning, yelling profanities and rapping on people's doors. Not the hotel's fault but would have liked to see them respond to the disturbance (don't think the hotel has any kind of security though). Was satisfied with the extension on checkout […] to 12:30 so we had time to return from the Buffalo Marathon and shower. Not a far or difficult drive at all to get into the city. Lisateave

We enjoy the hotel, the breakfast was great. The staff were friendly.. The only bad thing was the rollaway bed. The hotel didn't charged us $10 for it.

HOTEL ROOM WAS LARGE . THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE. HOTEL WAS NOT A FAR DRIVE FROM DOWNTOWN BUFFALO. BREAKFAST WAS INCLUDED, WAS OKAY, STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

Good hotel...the area wasn't the greatest but if you have transportation you're not far from civilization...also not far from a great breakfast joint...Nathan's Ridge...try it. The Red Velvet Pancakes are awesome.

The hotel staff were all helpfuland friendly. The breakfast supplied many choices and the attendent was always ready to resupply as needed. The pool is small but perfect size and depth for our grandsons to enjoy. Quiet location. Resturants a short drive.

The Best Western Inn in Lackawanna was friendly, clean and new.It is well-situated for travellers going through the Buffalo and Route 5 area. The hotel and hotel room were very clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was surprising good. We weren't expecting everything that was offered because it was called a continental breakfast. Would stay here again.

All the personnel we had contact were warm and friendly. The hotel was being remodeled but was clean and no dust from the construction.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It is a quick, straight drive to downtown Buffalo. My only complaint would be that there is not much insulation in the walls so you can hear everything. If you are a light sleeper, take some earplugs! Other than that, I would recommend this hotel!

I'm used to being disappointed in hotels, but this time my wife and I were surprised to see how nice and clean the hotel was. The outside, lobby, and rooms were all impressive. No trace of smoky smell in the room. Comfortable bed and nice shower.

A hidden gem we booked online not knowing anything about the area. What a wonderful surprise considering the surrounding area. We were greeted warmly by the person at the front desk on arrival. We were pleasantly surprised, as it wasn't advertised that there was a continental breakfast that included make-you-own waffles. Our room was beautifully appointed […] and the mattress was great. Bathroom was large. Obviously the rooms were newly renovated and our room was quite large. Only down-side of our stay was the pillows. They looked great but were way too soft. I would stay here again but you need a car as cab service is unreliable. It's relatively close to the McKinley Mall. It's minutes away from the Peace Bridge so easy to get in from Canada. Everyone was very friendly, the location was perfect and the price was GREAT for what it is. I know it doesn't have a very great star rating, but it worked well for us. We were on an adventure using public transportation and it worked well!

I came for a 1 night stay with my wife and baby. It was very comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was good. Clean rooms and having a Tim Horton's nearby was a nice surprise.

After spending one night in a different filty hotel for the same price, we were so relieved to find a clean, welcoming hotel. Tastefully done. Rooms were spacious and very clean.
