The hotel is located directly outside Dupleix metro station on line 6. I was concerned that the rooms may be noisy because of this (Dupleix is an over ground station) but we heard no noises at all. the area of the hotal is bustling with good restaurants and is only 15 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. We booked as a room only deal, and thought the […] breaksfasts were expensive, so walked 20 metres to Au Dernier Metro, where you could have a great breakfast at less than half the price. The reception staff were pleasant, the room was comfortable and warm. All in all, a great place to weekend. Lisateave

I'd say an above average hotel for Paris, with a great location. Walk to the Eiffel tower and some other attractions, plus you're literally across the street from a metro stop. Good bed, clean room, great location...

Very good location, situated only 10 minutes walking distance from Eiffel Tower, the personnel is friendly, willing to help you with any queries, myself personally i would go back there.

Hi we are very happy with the Mercure ParisTour Eiffel hotel all the employees were very helpful and they made our stay in Paris as comfortable as home, the room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was close to most of the sight seeing such as Eiffel tower ets. We recommend the Hotel to any body who is going to Paris.

We stayed at Mercure Tour Eiffel 4 years ago and loved it, so we decided to stay here again. I'm not sure if the management changed, but things were not the same. We reserved two rooms. When we arrived shortly after the check-in time, there was only 1 room available, so they told us to come back later, which was fine because we went out for sight-seeing. […] When we arrived later in the evening, they had given away our non-smoking room to another guest and gave us a smoking room that had a strong smoke smell. Luckily they were able to give us another room the following morning. The room was pretty clean, but not as spotless clean as it was 4 years ago. Also, the breakfast was not as good as I remember, but still decent. Very expensive: 19 euro per person. It's better to pick up a baguette and croissants from a nearby bakery/cafe. Moreover, the front desk staff were not as friendly as before, but they were still helpful. Overall it was a pleasant stay. This hotel had lots of charm, which is a big reason you come to visit Paris of course. Reasonable rates (when booked through hotels.com of course) and central proximity to the sights were what drew us to the hotel along with positive feedback from prior guests, and we were not disappointed. One last thing to mention - there are TONS of restaurants, bakeries, small shops for fresh fruits, cheeses and wine. That was one part of this particular location we really enjoyed. Great location, near Eiffel Tower and literally next to the M. Comfortable and inexpensive place to stay in the heart of the action. Short stay.

A/c boken and did nothing to fix it.

This Mercure is located right across from a metro station, so all major sites in the city are easily accessible. It's a 15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, the Invalide and the Seine. Hotel staff is extremely helpful. Didn't try the breakfast, so don't know if 20Euros for it was a fair price. This was our first visit to Paris and the hotel didn't let us down. We arrived by metro to the Dupleix station which was across the road from the hotel which was a relief as we arrived to 38C heat! The room was clean and air conditioned. The only criticism would be that the shower head holder was broken but we managed to work around this. The local area was nice and didn't feel too touristy, we really enjoyed the food at the Brasserie next door to the hotel and there was a great Patisserie on the road behind the hotel. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and Seine. The metro is so cheap and reliable that we used this to go to sights further afield, so being opposite a station was great! If you are going to use the metro I would recommend buying a carnet of 10 tickets. As we all know the Exchange rate isn't great at the moment and we found Paris to be expensive in comparison to London but bearing this in mind we found our Hotel to be good value for money! A very nice hotel near the Metro Station. Good service, good breakfast, the price was on the high side for the condition of the hotel.

We changed rooms three times, safe not working in first room, a/c not working in second room, third room was fine. My parents first room the a/c was not working and the second room the safe did not work. Staff moved around and tried to be helpful but we just did enjoy our stay.

Don't be fooled by the 4 stars. The rooms are VERY small, all carpet, the bathrooms have pipes all over the place. BUT, location is good, right in front of Dupleix metro station and the breakfast is delicious. A lot of money for what it is, but it is Paris, be ready to be broke :)

The location of the hotel was very convenient and close to the metro and Eiffel tower and grocery stores nearby. On the other hand, the hotel has not been renovated in a long time. The room was not well maintained and the housekeeping was not responsive. The elevator was very slow in responding and breakfast is not included.

The staff was friendly and efficient. Helped us get around Paris & arranged for trips & transportation.Location was great. We had access to all of Paris via metro. Breakfast was very nice - a bit expensive if not included in price of room. Hallways could use updating. Enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again.

This hotel is located directly accross street from Dupliex metro station and walking distance to Eiffel Tour. Room was great - clean, comfortable. Only downside is price of breakfast - extremely expensive.

hotel room was clean but, extremely small. bath room was mini secure bkfst @ i9.00 euros was out of the question. View from room was looking into another hotel.

The room was small but this appears to be standard across Europe. We chose this hotel for the location and it is a short walk to the Eiffel Tower which we could see from our room. Ecclectic neighbourhood with plenty of food places and a subway station out the front. Windows are sound proofed so no outside noise. We stayed three nights and on the first […] night the hotel put us in a room and the air-conditioning sounded like a plane landing. They swapped us the next day and the next room was fine. I do suspect however that they were well aware about the A/C problem in that room. This was the only disappointing aspect of the hotel. I will recommend this hotel mainly for the location, The hotel itself is functional but rooms are small and we had a crib in the room which left next to no space. Lisateave

This hotel was comfortable and the service was great. The location was just a few blocks from the Eiffel Tower which we could see from our bedroom. I enjoyed my stay there and would stay again.

I do not like to write reviews, especially negative ones, however in this case I have no other choice. I chose this hotel due to the location and the reviews stating it is 4-stars. Lets start off, that this is a 1-star hotel even compared to other hotels in the Paris area. The room was terrible. Nothing worked, they tried 2 times to help me and each […] time they gave me another room which nothing worked. Finally when they gave me a room, it still was terrible, since it smelled and the TV did not work! During my stay, the hotel personnel was extremely rude and even made negative comments in an undertone about Americans! I left in the morning and usually came back around 5pm, the room was never cleaned by then. I had to always ask them to clean it and then had to leave for 1hr for them to clean it. One day I left for the evening, only to come back at 11pm and the room was not cleaned! I went down to the lobby and they stated sorry, we thought it was cleaned. A terrible excuse! In addition, almost ever day the elevator was broken. which forced us to take 3 flights of stairs. As you can see, this is a terrible hotel. Terrible! Lisateave

Room was very nice, bed super comfy, large bathroom (with bathrobes!), TV, small refrigerator and instant coffee in the room. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great -- close to Metro and Eiffel Tower. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others.

Dørhåndtaket i rommet var av en slik konstruksjon at min hustru måtte ha hjelp hver gang hun skulle åpne døren innenfra, enten av meg hvis jeg var tilstede, eller ringe resepsjonen for å få hjelp defra. Det manglet kluter på badet.

Bom Hotel, limpo, cama confortável. Os pontos fortes são a localização - em frente à estação de metrô Duplex - e a proximidade da torre, apenas 10 min. a pé. Ponto fraco a necessidade de renovar os quartos e o preço do café da manhã.

Mainostavat hotellia 4 tähden hotelliksi. On voinut joskus olla sitä. Nyt vähän nuhruinen ja kulunut. Tosin remppaa tehdään. Rauhallinen paikka lähellä Eiffel tornia ja Seineä. Kävelymatkan päässä myös riemukaaresta ja isoista bulevardeista (mm. Champs Elysees). Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Aamiainen (19€) ihan kohtalainen, eli ei kannata lähteä katukuppilaan. […] Ranskassa muuten puhutaan englantia, mutta se edellyttää, että ollaan itse ystävällisiä ja kysytään puhuuko toinen englantia tyyliin: "boncuur, baar le vuu angleese" ja jos vastapuoli vaihtaa englanniksi, niin lopuksi on hyvä sanoa "mercii boku". O hotel eh muito proximo das principais atracoes turisticas em Paris. E para quem quer o metro como meio de transporte eh fantastico, estah localizado em frente a uma estacao de metro.

Hotellet var super hyggeligt og bestemt et sted jeg kunne finde på at komme igen. Vi havde bil med, så endnu mere fedt med parkering i kælderen. Jeg kan varmt anbefalde det til andre.

チェックインが12時からだったので、12時過ぎにチェックインしたところ、部屋の準備がまだだったのか、すぐに鍵をもらえず少し待たされた。部屋に入って休んでいたら、客室係が鍵を開けて勝手に入ってきた。「ミニバー・チェック」と言っていたが、それはチェックイン前の作業ではないのか、と思った。その客室係に「セーフティボックスが壊れている」と訴えたところ、彼女がフロントに電話したが、従業員がなかなか部屋にやってこないので、直接フロントに出向き、「セーフティーボックスが壊れているから、部屋に来て、見ててほしい」と訴えたが、「フロントに自分一人なのでここは動けない」と言われ、「部屋に戻っていろ」と言われたので部屋で待機。電話で、「技術者が2,3時間後に直しに行くから」と言っていたが、来なかった。夜にパリ在住 […] の友人にフロントに言ってもらい、やっと「明日10時か11時頃直しに行く」と言ってくれ、申し送り帳みたいなものに記入してくれた。翌日約束通り技術者が来て、直してくれたが、このホテルに決めた理由の一つにセーフティボックスがあるからということだったので、少しがっかりした。部屋はポットやお茶のセットがあり、ドライヤーや冷房、冷蔵庫もあり、快適。朝食のブッフェ高額なので利用せず。ポットがあるので部屋で食事したりした。ダブルルームを一人で利用だったからか、カップを一人分に減らされたり、お茶のセットがなかったときもあったが、メモ用紙に要求を書いたら、一応聞いてくれていた。フロント係は人によるが愛想がなく、自分の仕事を優先し、感じは良くなかった。サービスに関しては満足しなかったが、部屋の快適さと交通の利便性はよかったので、また泊まることも考慮に入れるが、サービスの向上を期待する。 Lisateave

Apesar de eu ter pago a tarifa maior para ter direito ao café com antecedência,junto à reserva do site no check out eles queriam cobrar novamente por este serviço. Ao verificar no meu voucher nada constava. Somente após ter insistido que a tarifa […] paga já previa por tal serviço eles checaram junto ao site e confirmaram minha versão. Lisateave

On y a passé trois nuits. L'état général de l'hôtel est assez moyen. Les chambres sont propres mais la moquette dans les couloirs est hors d'âge! service moyen. Notre chambre a été faite vers 17h et le personnel n'est pas des plus aimable. Bien situé dans le XVème arrondissement, proche tour Effel

El hotel queda frente a la estación del metro Dupleix que está a sólo diez metros. Además se ubica a unas pocas calles de la Torre Eifel. Las habitaciones son un poco más grandes que el estandar europeo pero no tan amplias como las de Latinoamérica. Me hospedé por 8 noches y tomé el plan de desayuno incluído. El cual, era un desayuno bufete completo […] y con opción a alimentos orgánicos si se desean. La atención del personal fue muy buena. Mucha amabilidad y todos hablaban inglés. Lisateave

C est un Mercure 4 etoiles qui presente l avantage d etre tres bien situe devant une bouche de metro dans un quartier tres vivant notamment les jours de marche. Notre chambre donnait sur la rue et pourtant elle etait tres calme. L insonnorisation est tres bie faite. Il est dommage en revanche qu a ce prix la, le petit dejeuner ne soit pas compris.

Super Hotel; Metro Station "Dupleix" direkt auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite; sehr zu empfehlen

パリの有名な凱旋門やエッフェル塔への歩いていけます。 また、ベルサイユ宮殿へ行く電車の駅も近く、３０分ほどでつきます。 レストランも近くに多く、まったく困りません。

L'hotel bénéficie d'un emplacement privilégié mais pèche par manque d'adaptation aux besoins de voyageurs internationaux ex. pas de bonnet de douche (déjà demandé dans plusieurs courriers à la direction), un ascenceur unique et aléatoire à partager avec le personnel d'entretien voire les maçons et autres corps de métier.
