We come to this hotel every time we visit RI. The staff go above and beyond to assist with any matter, they are friendly and talk to you anywhere you see them in the hotel. The room is very spacious and comfortable, and clean. Breakfast service is amazing. Convenient location to all newport attractions. Indoor Pool is a little small, but it was perfect […] for evening swims with the kids after being outdoors all day. Hot tub is nice too, and towels are located right in the pool area. We were looking forward to relaxing weekend away for our 30th wedding anniversary, and this place was perfect for that. A little shopping, nice restaurants, and a nice drive to look at the water.

Great place to stay, extremely clean! Close to everything, well maintained, rooms are nicely decorated. Breakfast was excellent. Very pleasant experience would highly suggested this hotel!

Excellent ... I would stay here again. The staff was very friendly and very helpful with directions to Foxboro and various hotspots. The lobby, grounds, and rooms were extremely clean and room service was friendly. Wifi and parking were FREE. Breakfast buffet each morning was great. Hotel and room were very clean and updated. Bed and furniture in room were in good shape. Hotel provided more than adequate free breakfast options. Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpfull. Would recommend this hotel to friends.

The management staff were very helpful, my husband and I came in on a Red-Eye flight and I had a marathon the very next morning so they were very gracious in letting us check in early so we could sleep. They were always so helpful and friendly, I would stay again in a heartbeat!

This hotel was a little hard to find off the main road-it's tucked away behind other hotels and a shopping center. But the location itself wasn't bad. It was just a short drive into the downtown area of Newport. Overall the hotel was well kept and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel if you were visiting the area.

Most difficult part of the this hotel was finding it through all parking lots. Otherwise it was great. Able to get into the room early and the staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast had lots of options and well stocked.

This was my third time staying there and I have loved it every time. It is comfortable, clean, good sound proofing, friendly staff. Breakfast is so-so but adequate, convenient and included. Pool was lovely and clean and the gym facility was very nice as well. I had no complaints and would certainly go back there.

We had to change our hotel plans last minute and this was the only one available so I was worried. Although I wish it was closer to the beach it was much better than I expected. We got the 2 bedroom suite and there was plenty of room for 4 of us. The breakfast was good and everything in the hotel appeared clean. The only negative thing I can say is […] that the check in is at 4:00 and I called to see if we could check in early and the women said yes and to come at 2:45 but when we got there they looked at me like I had two heads but other than that I was pleased. We stayed at this hotel while attending a wedding nearby. We found it to be a great value for the features provided. The suite was clean, stocked with what we needed and a great option for families. The free breakfast was also nice and a convenience for people on the go.

Doors to interior hallway would slam closed on all rooms up and down the hallway. This would be a problem when other guests would go into and out of their rooms at all hours. Also, we were on the 3rd floor and could hear people in the rooms above and next to us as well as anyone in the halls talking. Sound proofing in this hotel was terrible.
