THE ACCOMODATIONS WERE GREAT....THE ONLY THING I WOULD RECOMMEND IS THAT YOU BUY MORE COMFORTABLE MATTRESSES...EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GREAT...VERY NICE PLACE

Il will recomendó anyone, it is a clean place very confy and plenty of room for a family, not clóset to all amenities but is worth for the time you are going to spend on the rd.

Loved the resort. Room was spacious and clean. Pool is beautiful! Plenty of local restaurants and attractions.

Attended cheerleading competition at Disney Wide World of Sports. Great value. Rooms spacioius and clean. Mattresses could be updated. Facility as nice as the pictures. Hotel location very convenient to restaurants and parks. Would have liked to know about cleaning charge up front-but still reasonable. Would recommend to freinds!

Everything was fine, but the one-time resort fee was not well advertised... It was not worth staying there for only one night.

The "resort" charged us an additional weekly resort fee even though we were only staying one night. This doubled the cost of our stay. Otherwise, it was ok. The condo space is large and clean. There is not much else in the "resort" beyond a pool that closes at sunset.

everything was awesome, great customer service at the hotel, clean and an awesome amount of space espcially for the price! customer service over the phone was kind of rude, and there was an 80$ cleaning fee? now for only staying one night that nearly doubled the cost, still affordable though, but definantly took me by suprise, cleaning is generally […] included in the cost of rental.. My biggest disappointment was being charged 80 dollars at checkin. Resort charges 65 dollars for cleaning and 15 dollars for resort fee. So I think this is very dishonest because their room price does not really reflect actual room price. The room was smelly. Beds were really hard and uncomfortable. Even […] though rooms are 2 bedroom, they are connected by a strange air conditioning system so you can hear exactly what is being talked in the other room. I would never stay in this hotel again. Upon arrival you are charged arround $120 for cleaning and service fees. I knew this but many people don't, so be aware. Hotel is pretty far (20 mins from everything). For the total price (rate+fees) you can get something better (westgate lakes is a good comparison of level/rates, thus much better location).

Excellent place to stay. I had poeple in my party and the room was very spacious. The only thing you need to be aware of is the $75 cl;eaning fee and the $6/day resort fee.

Nice size rooms and screened in porches. More like staying in an apartment than a hotel.. Good for a family that doesn't mind cleaning up after themselves, as housekeeping adds a hefty daily charge if you opt for it. Mattresses are old and not so comfortable, but other than that, no complaints about the room. It was very nice. The pool area is small […] for the number of units at this property. Went down around 11AM on a Tuesday and there were no available chairs. The pool itself is nice, and there is Sauna and Steam Room (although the steam room was out of order while I was there).. Our stay at the Caribe Cove was a last minute one night stay. The resort was ok, no issues with apartment, service etc but disappointed with additional resort charge for cleaning of $80 which was in the small print as this made the cost very expensive for one night.

We stayed here @ the resort from April 6- April 14th and we didn't want to leave. There was six of us, two adults and four kids and it was very spacious with the same amenities as home. The condo was clean other than the carpets which I would say could use a good steam cleaning. Asfar as the comfort of the beds, I wouldn't say they were nearly as bad […] as everyone says. Quiet honestly, after spending twelve hours in the Disney park we were just glad to have a bed. Fees, well I think the cleaning fee is pretty standard anywhere u stay and honestly didn't mind Boone doing daily cleaning. The $200 deposit we had to pay was released the day we left, very quickly.. No problem. The $5.95 daily fee charged for amenities such as pool, Internet, am gym usage, sauna and DVD rentals was crazzy. We never used any of these other than renting two DVDs yet still had to pay the average $45. Planning another trip to Fl there next year:-) Lisateave

I loved Caribe Cove and yes I plan to come back next year it was really nice. It was hard to find at first but once we found it, the rest worked itself out.

The rooms were nice and roomy but beware of hidden cleaning fees that are high.

The area and upkeep of property was nice. The beds and pillows weren't the most comfortable. Hidden fees were also unpleasant, such as a $65 cleaning fee.

Great neighborhood. Nice pool. Not too far from anywhere. You have to understand that in FL, it's about a 20 drive everywhere anyways. Walmart and Target both very close by. Loved the spaciousness. Perfect for our party of 8. Love the screen balconies accessible by three different rooms! Great price! As soon as we settled in, two nice young gentlemen […] came by to welcome us and to check in on our needs. Great place to stay. Beds were not so creaky as in other reviews. Rooms had seemingly nice furnishings, then the owner bought some garage sale mattresses that had zero support. Worst bed(s) in all my 45 years of traveling.

We stayed (4 adults and 4 children) at the resort in March 2012 for 6 nights and had the 3 bedroom apartment booked First of all, I would like to say that the hotel itself was very clean and well presented, and the front desk staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel is very nice and clean and the location very convenient to all Disney Parks, Restaurants and Outlets. I will highly recommend it to all my friends and family.

We went for a family vacation staying as 9 adults and 2 infants. Plenty of room and comfort. Highly recommended.

Dirty hotel, Paper Thin Walls, horrifically uncomfortable beds, & hidden fees made for a Terrible Stay at Caribe Cove. I would not recommend this hotel unless you like to sleep on a bed as hard as a board and hear your neighbors inside and outside of your unit at all hours of the day & night.

Not the newest complex in the area, but clean looking. Good kitchen area and nice living space. Mattresses are very soft and not comfortable. No condiments in the rooms, including salt and pepper. They also charge roughly $80 for cleaning the unit, and don't do it daily, so wouldn't do short stays. About 20 mins to the parks. They close the pool/hot […] tub at 7pm, so not great for couples without kids. Lisateave

We enjoyed our stay. The only drawback was that we would have liked to use the hot tub in the evening after a busy day at Orlando venues. The pool area including the hot tub closed at 7:00 p.m. This seemed a little ridiculous and it is unfortunate as after 7:00 p.m. is when the hot tub would get its most use. Clean rooms, felt like at home. Does not smell like a hotel room. Would stay there and recommend it to others.

Very good for a long stay in the Disney area. The hotel is nice and clean. It is about 10 minutes drive (in light traffic) to Disney entrance. It has a very "homey" feel and nice large rooms. There are restaurants near by as well as a large grocery store however a car is necessary for all the above. BUT...READ ALL THE FINE PRINT!!! Upon check in there […] was a line of people at the front desk complaining.They were saying that the room cost for one night was less then the (outrageous) cleaning fee plus resort fee for that evening! This has obviously been an "issue" for the front desk staff who were defensive and curt about the charges. I wouldn't go so far as to say rude but definitely bordering on it :) My husband and I stayed only 1 night and were out by 9AM and still there was, in my opinion, an exorbitant cleaning fee. Then there is a resort fee for use of a club house with a very small exercise room, DVD rental and the pool and hot tub. However the pool area is only open from dawn to dusk..... Mostly during the time you will busy playing elsewhere and so upon return from a day "out and about" use of the pool is unavailable. As I said, it is a nice, clean place to stay. Especially if you are going stay for 3+ days and eat some of your meals in to save money. Just make sure you read all the fine print. Lisateave

This is the second time I've stayed here. The rooms are large, with plenty of space for a large family. The rooms are clean and grounds are well maintained. The only complaint we had was the twins beds were uncomfortable to sleep on however, the king size bed was fine.

You can rent condos/villas here that are well kept, close to Disney World, and stunning! BEWARE of 1. internet issues-most condos don't have wifi, but have an ethernet port 2. the pricey "cleaning fee" that is tacked on to the bill, and you only hear about it at check in! Still, it's worth it for families wanting to stay together in style and have […] a home cooked meal to return to at night.......the granite counters in the kitchen make it easy to clean the kitchen, and the DVD rental kiosk (free) in the lobby makes staying in at night fun, since the TV has a DVD! Plenty of space

The hotel is very good. I've stayed 5 nights with my family and parents(6person). I booked 2bed rooms, but recption lady gave me 3 bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms(2bathtubs), laundryroom, full builted kichen, living room and balcony with table. But you need dish washer detegent, travel size laundry detergent and shampoo. They don't give extras. Also […] you need to laundry towels. And you have to pay $65 resort fee and $5.95 per night for something. Even though I paid more, it was great hotel ever!! Lisateave

Even thought I only stay for one night, I had a good time.

We stayed here between Christmas and New Year's Day. I wasn't sure what to expect since there were some unfavorable reviews. We were not disappointed at all. The desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. The grounds were very clean and well kept. Our room was on the 4th floor at the front of building 1 and had a nice view of the grounds. There wasn't […] a whole lot to see but what was there was nice. The room had 3 balconies on the back looking at a lot of trees and not much else. I was hoping to see some critters, but no luck. It was one of the nicest rooms I have stayed in and seemed to be well worth the price. We have four children ranging from 14 to 21 and they all enjoyed the room. The location was quiet and felt secluded, but was a short drive from anywhere you would like to go. It only took about 15 minutes to get to Disney which was easy to get to. We didn't get to use the pool since we were too busy with Disney and worn out when we got back. The exercise room is small and needs updated equipment, but the sauna is nice. Thanks to other reviews, we were prepared to clean our own room while we stayed and didn't have any problems with that. Bring your own supplies. We went to Super Target and picked up food and supplies. There is also a Wal-Mart not too far away. This turned out to be a great stay. When we go back, this will be my choice of hotel. Lisateave

Place was fine except beds were terrible. Urgently need to update the beds in the condo we rented. Do not know in the other ones.

WE stayed here for our first disney trip! We liked the resort overall. there are a few changes I would make though. The beds were pretty hard and not that comfortable and the resort didnt have much to do there. Yes, there is a pool but, in the winter, you are pretty much suck with whereever you are going for your entertainment!

After three other hotels in Florida on this trip, this was by far the best. Easy access to all the parks and surrounded by a great choice of eateries and a Target 5 mins up the road. Staff are fantastic and very helpful. Great value too. Rooms are huge.

This is a great option to consider when visiting Disney World and other Orlando attractions. The resort has five buildings with either two or three bedroom villas all having two baths. Ideal for large families needing extra living space. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook your own meals and make sandwiches to take with you. This place is […] best for a stay of at least three days or more as there is a cleaning charge and facilities use charge billed to your credit card. For a stay of several days the total charge per day is a lot less than you would pay for much smaller rooms at the usual hotel chains. Although it is located a little further away from Disney and downtown Orlando, it is worth considering if you are tired of the usual cramped and crowded typical accommodations. Lisateave

I really liked the hotel and for the price it was a deal. We rented a 2 bedroom but upgraded us for no reason to a 3 bedroom. When we called down stairs because our internet was not working they sent someone right up. The only complaints I have is that the mattresses needed to be replaced it saged and they were not good. I'm not sure in the other bedrooms […] because we did not sleep in there. The only other thing is that I wish they had wireless internet in the room instead of a cord that reaches to about 1 chair so you can't move anywhere. Everything else was great. Outstanding. The place is like a very nice apartment with all the amenities. Complete kitchen with everything in excellent condition except for the water dispensor on the fridge. It felt verfy much like home for our two week stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful - always. Highly recommend this place.

Peaceful, spacious, and very clean condos converted to extended stay facilities. The beds are very, very noisy which kept us up at night, but no one else heard because the two bedroom unit was about 1,800 square feet! Don't stay for less than several days or the rate is actually not very good. They charge $65.00 for cleaning - no matter how long you […] stay! We accidentally stayed only one night so the cleaning fee (which was stated on the property Description and I did not see it) ended up doubling the cost of the one night. If you stay longer you should know that there is no housekeeping. If you throw your bathroom towels on the floor in the morning they will still be there when you return in the evening. Bring laundry detergent, Lysol, and dish soap. You will be cleaning up after yourself all week long. Lisateave

This place is not a resort it's a condo community that apparently was unable to sell the condos so they put a sauna in the clubhouse and are trying to pass it off as a resort. Great stay at Caribe Cove. Super comfortable, clean and convenient. Completely new and a must for families with little ones. Great space, awesome kitchen, with all the comforts of home.
