The lady at the front desk wasn't so welcoming. She looked at me rudely the whole time with her nose in the air, making my girlfriend and me very uncomfortable. But the hotel was clean and in an awesome location. The suite was amazing and the view of atlanta was breath taking. I will definitely return if that same woman isn't working.

A great downtown hotel! The rooms are massive and the service was exceptional. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great hotel in a great location downtown. The mattresses are a bit uncomfortable but it is the best downtown hotel we have stayed at by far. It is close to the interstate and you hear a lot of traffic noise if that bothers you. It is walking distance to a lot of restaurants and attractions.

I booked this hotel for a weekend getaway for my birthday. It's easy to find, clean, upscale and friendly. The guest service agents are helpful and always have smiles on their faces. The parking is valet, which is nice, but the area is a little tight, seeing as it's in a garage. The Ghost Portal in-room wasn't updating to the correct guest information […] but we could order room service without a problem. Without a doubt I would stay here again! Lisateave

I must say that this hotel met and exceeded every expectation that I had for the price point that my husband and I paid for my birthday...until we sat on the bed. It was very springy, suck in, and not comfortable at all! Had a bad bad nights rest and this killed the experience since the whole point of coming to a hotel is the heavenly beds! Only other […] complaint was the loud doors slamming all night from neighboring guest rooms. Beautiful modern rooms with great views. Floor to ceiling windows and modern everything. There was even a computer in the room. Room service was good. Would stay there again. The only thing I wanted to have was to be within walking distance of the aquarium but we decided to drive. Overall great hotel.

This is a highrise hotel where part of the building is condominiums. The rooms seem to be designed so that they could be converted someday into condos - thus they are very big, full kitchen, separate sitting room, separate bedroom, and big closet. Which is certainly nice for the hotel guests. Everything was spotless, and very nice. If I had one small […] complaint, very small, I was there during a cold spell and they had the heat turned down when I first arrived so it was cold. And it seemed to take a long time to warm up (several hours). But this is Atlanta, so I think this would be a rare occurrence. Overall excellent. Lisateave

Our stay Twelve Centennial was outstanding. The staff was very accomodating and we received a free room upgrade without asking. The hotel is gorgeous, clean, amenities were great, and the location is perfect as it is close to the local attractions. Will definely visit Atlanta GA again, and plan to stay here.

I recently stayed at the Twelve for te Honda Battle of the Band with 4 of my sorority sisters and we were VERY impressed with the hotel! The hotel was great, the king bed suite was amazing - it was bigger than my apartment in NYC! The in room dining is good and easy to order. Nice to have free wi-fi and be right next door to the MARTA station at Civic Center. Easy to walk to the Gift Building on Spring St as well.

We received the VIP upgrade, and the suite was pretty great. The personal touches such as the personalized note and complimentary wine and chocolate were nice as well. Excellent view of the city, unexpected balcony, and wonderful bed. The only issue was the valet service: despite calling down prior to check-out, it was still a pretty long wait to receive […] my vehicle...easily 15+ minutes, and I had to request it a second time. If calling isn't a viable option for expediency, why have it available anyway? Randomly, I thought it odd that the bathtub didn't feature a TV--not because I needed one per se--but because comparable hotels in Atlanta such as The Loews offers this amenity. Lisateave

This is our second stay here both for LSU games at the GA Dome. Really like the size and layouts of the suites, as it is more like a 1 BR apt rather than a hotel room.

Soaking bathtub was very small. Water turned cold before tub filled up. No robes in 2nd room, had to ask to be transferred to a room with a tub. Nothing special.

The room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and we would stay again. The only issue was the lack of insulation on the sliding glass door, cold air leaked in and made the room quite chilly. The need for heat shouldn't have been so severe but it was. Otherwise it was a great stay. Parking cost is a bit excessive as well.

I don't really have anything negative to say about the hotel or it's staff. The room I stayed in was Awesome and I never stay in shabby hotels. The staff was very plesant. The food was pretty good. My bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was huge.... The only thing I have to say that I did not like was the price of the parking. It was $12 […] for just an hour and $26 per day. Then there was NO option for self- parking unless you parked off-site. I figure if you have people paying that much to stay here and eat (buy) the food and other snacks, WHY are you charging that much for parking???... But other than that it was nice. I have to say I have already booked again for the New Year. Lisateave

I prefer to stay at the 12 because the rooms make me feel like I'm staying in an apartment studio rather than a hotel room. They are very clean, come with a full kitchen and even have refrigerators with water dispensers, ++++ a huge bonus so I dont have to keep buying bottles of expensive hotel water.

I took my wife & son and stayed there and had a great time in atlanta! a few blocks to walk to the georgia aquarium and a few blocks walk into downtown.Area was safe and clean,they have one of the best beds that I have ever slept on, i did not want to get out of bed! overall the experiene was great! Parking is valeted […] at 26.00 a nite but you have in & out priveledges and you really did not have to use your car. Taxis anywhere in the city is a flat rate of 10.00,but i choose to walk since the weather was great! I would recommend to anyone to stay here. keep up the good work 12th! Lisateave

I wanted a place that was spacious, with a full kitchen, affordable, nicely laid out, where I could order room service if I wanted. This is a nice boutique hotel with spacious rooms. The only thing I would suggest is that they outfit the kitchens with utensils, pots and pans. You have to request these. The major appliances are upper end, stainless steel […] and the countertops are granite. A little less than a mile from the GWCC which was a great walk for me each morning. Had I wanted to, I could have caught shuttles from surrounding convention hotels in the area. I would definitely return. On the weekend there seemed to be a lot of partying, but other than noticing folks on the elevators, there was no excessive noise in the halls or in my room. Good value. Lisateave

I loved the room, they do need to put a dvd player in the bedroom but other than that it was perfect. if you smoke this is not the place to be they put outside on the street even if your room has a balcony.

My unit had a kitchen which would be very helpful to people who were staying for more than a couple of nights or for families that wanted to save money by cooking. The shower and balcony were my favorite aspects of the room. It was large and comfortable and was in walking distance to restaurants and the Aquarium.
