Perfect overnight stop, clean, small room, friendly multi-lingual staff, satisfactory breakfast. A little tricky to find but that might have been more a failure of sat nav / self !! Decent restaurant at adjoining premises.

Pleasant efficient staff. Bed could do with replacing as we rolled into the middle. Ok for fun but a pain when you want to sleep. Breakfast absolutely average for a continental. Previous occupant was a smoker despite it being a none smoking room.

when i arived at the hotel i found it to be cheap tacky very dislikable i went as a stop off over night to get tunnle back to england the heating was broke which realy ruiened the stay but some how the way it was said i felt it had been broke for some time there was no evening meal the hotel is located in a bit of a industal area in general i do think […] you can find a better hotel Lisateave

Clean and reasonably comfortable bed so adequate for overnight. Hotel itself showing signs of its age.

very noisy - cleaning staff just walked into the room twice - the door would not deadlock from the inside

Good stop over . Staff friendly and helpful. not enough choice for eating out.. Would use again though.

We were looking for an easy place to stay after a late night arrival at the Eurotunnel. The hotel had all we needed - comfortable clean beds, a shower and breakfast (as a plus - kids under 10 eat free). The hotel was a bit tricky to find, but going after Armouts Cappel rather then Dunkerque helped in the end. It was easy to get the room keys even though […] we arrived after midnight. Lisateave

Covenient, cheap and clean

A clean basic motel just off the motorway. The receptionist was very helpful and able to tell us English where to find local restaurants and hypermarket. We are a family of six so often use this chain of hotels as they fit three in a room. This time we even had a connecting door between the rooms. This rooms are always small with tiny ensuite shower […] rooms more like a cabin on a ship but are always clean, good value and conveniently located for motorway overnight stops. Lisateave

This is just a basic stopover hotel whilst en route somewhere. It was clean, functional and a very small room but good value for the money. The receptionist spoke good English and was helpful. The adjacent restaurant was reasonable quality and there is even a small lake accross the road for an evening stroll around. Recommnded for a stopover.

Je recommande vivement. Pas cher et personnel super sympa. Trous de cigarettes sur les couvertures de lit, mais ça, c'est à cause des gens sans aucune éducation.

rapport qualité prix interressant, proche de malo, a 20 minutes de la Panne idéale pour passer un week en bord de mer pas trop cher :)

We zijn er één nacht geweest, en dat was méér dan genoeg. De mensen die er werken doen hun best om al het koude, harde en afstotelijke van het hotel te compenseren. Ik ben nog nooit eerder in zo'n mistroostige plek verbleven. Geen aanrader!

Jammer dat niet aangegeven staat dat de toegang via de A25 is. Via de E16 is het een gigantisch gezoek

trés trés trés bruyant !! 2 nuits blanches salle de bain minuscule, besoin de relooking dans les chambres.

I have stayed in one hotel worse than this, but that was decades ago in Asia: As the instructions to find the "Premiere Classe" (even "Troisiême Classe" would have been unfounded) hotel were incorrect and outdated (still showing road and exit numbers from the old French system) it took us two hours to find this place, which is in an industrial area […] far outside Dunkerque. When we finally arrived, we found our room on the third floor (no lift!); even smaller than the cabins offered by Formule1 and similar chains, +28 centigrade inside and with positively no air. After having tampered with the airconditioning for some 20 minutes, trying to get it to work, I found that it had been disconnected: Wire cut and sealed. By then the reception was closed (prematurely, probably due to the hotel being full), so we had to spend the night in ca. 30 degrees in an airless room, with only some 600 m/m from the top bunk to the ceiling. I put the A/C outside, to get some more room and found that under it were months of accumulated filth, dead bugs, etc. The rest of the floor was only marginally cleaner, bed linen was torn, etc., etc. As we had to leave early to catch our ferry, we didn't meet the reception staff, what possibly saved them a few front teeth. Keep as far away from "Premiere Classe" hotels as you possibly can!!! In most countries lodgimngs like these wouldn't even be approved as refugee camps. -Travelling Swede- Lisateave
