I have stayed here before and the price is reasonable and being just a few minutes from the Gare Du Midi Eurostar platforms is ideally located for visitors from England, who then have quick and easy access to the excellent public transport system in Brussels. Location near Midi Train Station is excellent for the specific reason for being close to Intrastate and Euro Star terminal. The breakfast was also very good but the floor boards in our room creaked extensively as did the ones above. Suspect a risky place to be around late at night as Railway Station attracted a lot of activety.
