Majutuskohas The Twelve Hotel on täisteenindusega tervisespaa. Avalikes ruumides on tasuta saadaval kiire Interneti-ühendus (traadita). See ärireisiks sobiv hotell pakub järgmisi võimalusi õhtustamiseks: restoran. Majutusasutuses hotell on 3 restorani ja lisaks veel kohvik ning baar/salong. Personal võib korraldada järgmiste teenuste pakkumise: pulmateenused, toitlustamine üritustel ja äriteenused. Lisateenuste hulka kuuluvad: vastuvõtulett, raamatukogu ja mitmekeelne personal. Külastajatele on parkimine tasuta.

Majutusasutuse The Twelve Hotel 47 kliimaseadmega toas on ka iPodi dokid ja CD-mängijad. Saadaval on tasuta traadita kiire Interneti-ühendus. Tubades on LCD-telerid koos satelliit-kanalitega, DVD-mängijad ja tasulised filmid. Iga majutus sisaldab järgmist: lauad, seifid ja otsevalimistelefonid. Igas vannitoas on duši ja vanni kombinatsioonid, hommikumantlid, disainitud tualett-tarbed ja jumestamis-/raseerimispeeglid.
Kõikides külalistetubades on minibaarid, kohvi-/teekeetja ja tasuta pudelivesi. Lisateenuste hulka kuuluvad toasussid ja föönid. Lisaks saab tellida järgmisi teenuseid: massaaž toas, allergikute voodipesu ja lisakäterätikud/-voodipesu. Iga õhtu pakutakse voodi korrastamise teenust ja saadaval on majapidamisteenus (iga päev).
Hotell võib lisakülalise eest kohaldada lisatasusid.

"Very relaxing place to stay !"
The Twelve Hotel has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It is in a lovely area right on the beach - a great area for walking. The hotel staff were very friendly, efficient and responsive to whatever your needs are. The room was quiet, comfortable and clean, well stocked with a welcome treat upon check in, tea/coffee supplies, wine glasses, […] etc. Both casual and fine dining options, live entertainment in the evening. We would definitely go back or recommend this hotel to friends. The only drawback for some people might be that it is about 10 minutes drive from Galway. Lisateave

Friendly staff, good restaurants, clean room, and nice location all add up to an enjoyable stay. We were there was just the one night, but I would recommend it to anyone.

"12 Hotel - Would Love to Stay Again!!"
The 12 Hotel is just a few minutes outside Galway City in a lovely area, we found it to be really relaxing and away from City Life, lovely restaurants at hotel, nice coastal walks and a fab pier side restaurant just a few minutes walk away. Very easy to get to City Centre by car also. Would love to stay again! Staff, restaurant and food all fab!

A beautiful hotel in a good location. The food in the Bistro restaurant was gorgeous and reasonably priced. On the 2nd nite we ate in The West restaurant upstairs. We went for the early bird option and once we did, we felt that the quality of our service dropped. We had very long waits between courses and even getting the bill proved to be a struggle. Nice hotel staff all friendly and helpful, if you have breakfast there you are set up for the day.Great location for touring the coast and more if the weather is bad only a short trip and you are in Galway city center.

We had been traveling around the UK for 3 weeks and the Twelve hotel was the best hotel experience we have ever had. The staff was amazing - extremely friendly and accommodating. The Family room was very spacious, clean and comfortable (we were traveling with a 4 year old). The food was absolutely amazing! The staff all love their jobs, are extremely good at it, and it shows. We received a welcome drink and cookie upon arrival and it made us feel very special. The Twelve (ask them about the name)is a lovely hotel on the western outskirts of Galway city, in the old seaside village of Barna. This is an up-market residential area and some of the best of Galway's restaurants are in Barna, not least the hotel's own. While it was quiet on the Monday night we stayed the bar had some customers and the barman was […] friendly and professional. The rooms are large and fitted to a high standard. Rooms do not front directly on to the corridors which makes for greater quietness and sense of security. This is an ideal hotel for anyone on a driving holiday as you are on the coast road to Connemara yet only 10 or 15 mins from the city centre. This hotel is great! It was even better than we expected. The room was clean, comfortable and modern. We had a huge balcony outside of our room. The restaurant is amazing! The bar is fun. "A Very Pleasant Stay"
This hotel is located ideally for those who want to visit the beautiful Connemara area but still avail themselves of the city (nearby Galway). The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the Pins Bistro and Bar (located on the premises) are recommended.

A surprisingly wonderful boutique hotel in a nice village on the north shore of Galway Bay and part of a residential community. Different from any other hotel that we have stayed at in Europe and North America. Large and comfortable rooms with interesting amenities. Lively pub in the evening that local residents favor. Excellent hotel. Lovely location just outside Galway in Barna village. Perfect gateway to Conemara. Staff very helpful & friendly. "Lovely, Comfortable and Convenient"
Very nice and comfortable hotel. The onsite restaurants are excellent. The Casual Pins Cafe/pub was very good. The seafood chowder was the best I've ever had. Morning breakfast (included) was also top-notch. Definitely recommended. Convenient for sight-seeing up into Conemarra, IE.

Really lovely hotel. When you get to your room they have a little plate with 2 chocolate covered strawberries, 2 truffles, and a slice of cake, and also, a card welcoming you to the hotel. Ate in the West restaurant on the Friday night, got the 3 tastes and a cocktail menu for €25 pp - it was yummy. Ate in the bar on the Saturday night. Again, the food […] was delicious. This is a lovely hotel and very well located. Rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated and very welcoming. Parking is available on site. We stayed on a Sunday night and the restaurant was closed which was a pity as it sounded fantastic and has been well reviewed. You can eat in the large bar area and the food there is also very good but this is […] obviously well known by locals as the place was absolutely packed from lunchtime right through till about 9pm at night! "A gem of a hotel!"
Words CANNOT describe how amazing this hotel is! The experience there is wonderful, the staff goes above and beyond to help you with anything and everything... There is a bakery onsite, GO IN AND EAT YOUR HEART OUT! The rooms were so chic and the bathroom lights were the perfect touch to a already hip and stylish hotel. My only complaint is the fire […] doors and the door your "hall mate"... the doors can be annoying if you are a light sleeper. Some type of insulation would solve this in a jiffy! "Best hotel experienced"
Great welcome with chocolate covered strawberries and cookies. Great room facilities including filter coffee machine and ground coffee!. Huge breakfast-especially the omelettes. Live music in bar some evenings. All staff very obliging. Have already recommended to friends.

Went for the weekend and was pleasently surprised at the quality of the hotel. From the outside view I was apprehensieve but once inside it was a different story. "隠れ家的なホテル"
ゴールウェイ市街から車で10分ぐらいの小さな町にあります。海の近くで、近所に地元で取れた新鮮なシーフードを出す食堂も何軒かあります。ホテルのレストランも非常に美味しく、ワインの品揃えも抜群です。部屋はリゾート風。バスルームが充実しており、部屋で海藻バスに浸かることも出来ます。スタッフはとても親切で、と着時には部屋のバーカウンターに手書きのメッセージカードと小さなケーキが用意されていて感動しました。大変お勧めのホテルです。

Hotellet skuffede da vi havde forventet en mere nær relation til kysten, som nævnt i beskrivelsen "a stone throw from the water". Der var tale om en lille fiskerby som var ganske hyggelig men ingen steder på hotellet kunne man se vandet og dermed kunne man ligeså godt bo i selve Galway. Der er kun hotellets restaurant med en kedelig menu. Usmageligt […] farvet lys på gangene og i badeværelset samt pop musik overalt.
