Courtyard by Marriott Zurich North - Zürich

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel... The room was very comfortable and spacious by european standards (some of the other rooms I had during my travels were like closets) this one was a very good size. The Internet was very expensive so I didn't buy it.. There is a grocery store right across the street so I bought all my drinks and snacks there. […] It's about 5 min walk to train station Oerlikon station... This station is 2 stops from Zurich main HB. The service in this hotel was great... I needed directions to a nearby bus station because I had booked a excursion and the lady at the front desk gave me a map and highlighted the route I needed to take to get there and also gave me a travel time. She was exactly right about where the bus station was and the time it took to get there. When I returned the next day (I only met her once and I wasn't wearing a name tag) she called me by name and asked what she could do for me! I was like wow.. She remembered my name! Nice hotel. Close to teh Oerlikon train station. Short ride to the main station, airport, or City center on Lake Zurich. Only strange think is the beds were "murphy" beds that could be folded into the wall. I still slept good and the bed was comfortable. Just suprised me when I saw shock absorbers on the side of the bed.

not as fantsy as normaly but still very nice, parking very expensive. but close to the train station oerlikon what is 7 min fom downtown by train

When making the reservation I asked for a hotel near the city rail central station and landed with this Marriot... It turned out is very far away from the center of the city, in the middle of nowhere..., no breacfast or internet are offered, as in other hotels... The bathroom was dirty..., they said they could not clean it.... There are so many nice..., […] friendly..., clean hotels in Europe..., with free breackfast and internet... I do not recommend this hotel if you want to enjoy Zurich, wich is a lovely city... Lisateave

Has refrigerator & king sized bed. Great shower and sound insulation. Picture windows with external venetian blinds. Lots of desk & horizontal surfaces and lighting fixtures. Coop supermarket across the way.

The hotel was only 1 block from the rail station. Very comfortable beds and an unexpected fabulous breakfast. The other nice suprise, at least for Americans, was an ice machine!

The room was very clean, staff was very friendly and location was close to a train station. We had to ask more questions from staff to get info about the city, but they were responsive. During checkout, the staff charged us for the stay, for what was a prepaid booking through hotels.com; I had to call them later to reverse the charge. Easily accessible to the main part of Zurich as well as the Airport. The hotel is located in commercial zone with many shops and commuter lines, ie: trains and trams. The American Style Breakfast was sumptious, be sure to include that with your booking. The hotel is new, clean and secure. It has many amenities not seen in other hotels.

Nice accommodations. The room is spacious quiet and clean. The AC is a little weak late at night. It can be hard to find but it is very convenient as it is within walking distance to the trains and trams. Internet access is pricey. You can pay by minute or days. I paid 50 swiss francs for two days of access.

The hotel itself is very good. Nevertheless,upon our arrival we realized that although the hotel is out of town,still it does not own a parking place. there is a nearby parking,but the cost is 50 Euro/day,and there is no discount for the hotels guests.this is a major drawback for this hotel. To write a more optimistic review,we stayed also at the Hotel […] Alpiina in Davos (starting july 19). However, although we have rented it through your company ,I have not received a request for a review. We have enjoyed this hotel very much. It is a clean and comfortable hotel, in the middle of the city,but in a quite place. The owners were very friendly and helpful.The breakfast was very rich. There is free parking for the guests of this hotels. Thus ,we can say only good words about this charming place. Lisateave

my new wife casually mentioned that we were on our honeymoon while asking a question during check in. thought nothing of it, until later that evening when the woman who checked us in at the front desk surprised us with a plate of freshly cut fruit and water--all complimentary because we were honeymooning. Don't jump at this hotel just because of the Marriott name! They had rented out our room, we had to accept what they had. (In fairness, this could have been a hotel dot com problem for not actually booking the room that they had collected payment for.) The internet access is "available," but not like most mid-range hotels where it is free. Extra charges. The […] people behind the desk were not very friendly, but that could have been more of a limited-English ability than a personality problem. The breakfast was fantastic. If you: 1) Do not care what kind of bed you have; 2) Do care about having Internet service or do not paying extra for it; Everything else you will probably love about the Hotel. Lisateave

The Courtyard Marriott was very comfy , quiet and located close to train and airport. It was a perfect location to see the city as well.

Great American hotel. Room very nice and comfortable with a mini refrigerator. AC which was nice because it was warm. Train station 3 min. walk. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Nice hotel....a bit far from the central of the city.

Nous n'avons eu aucun probleme. La localisation de l'hotel est parfaite et les transport fonctionnent très bien. ce fut une bonne experience. Nous avons mangé qu'à l'extérieur à l'exception du jour de départ. Zurich est une ville chere faut donc se préparer en conséquence.

Hottellet är fin. det skulle bli ännu bättre om ni ordnar parkeringsplatser för gästerna.

Hotellet skulle fått toppbetyg om AC:n fungerat, 27,8 grader celsius i rummet är inte ok! Fick sova med öppet fönster med trafikoljud som följd. Personalen var dock mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma! Mvh Stellan

Pas en centre ville mais transports nombreux à proximité. Chambre très correcte mais service inexistant et restaurant hors de prix.

Clean, modern and generally comfortable but the isolation against noise coming from the street traffic could be better for a hotel of this standard.

Ótimo hotel. Localizado a 5 minutos da estação de metro... mais 5 minutos de metro até o centro. Limpo, bom atendimento, mas serviços caros. Internet saiu uma fortuna.

Forholdsvis nytt hotell med 4 stjerner, litt moderne stil. Anbefales da prisen var reimelig og kun 5 min fra Oerlikon jernbanestasjon.

insgesamt ein sehr gutes Hotel, gut ausgestattet mit freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Entfernung zum Zentrum von Zürich (etwa 5 Kilometer) ist kein Nachteil, da die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut ist. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist mehr als stimmig!

Hotellet ligger lidt uden for centrum, men ca. hvert kvarter går der tog ind til centrum, så der er intet problem. Det ligger lige overfor et lille center, hvor der er et supermarked. Hotellet er fint og pænt, personalet er behjælpelige og morgenmaden er vildt lækker. Ksn virkelig anbefale morgenmaden. Internet gratis hvis man bruger under 30 min.

Hotel liegt im Stadtteil der Messe, Umgebung sehr sauber, aber etwas steril, in wenigen Gehminuten günstige Bahnverbindung in die City und zum belebteren Stadtteil mit kleinen Kneipen aber ärmlichen Umgebung

helt ok för 1 natt, parkeringen ganska dyr, inget roligt runt omkring, tillgång till internet är endast 30 per rum sedan ksotar det, dyr restaurang, men på "bakgården" finns en mkt mysig liten spansk restaurant med glad musik och supergoa smårätter // foccacia.

Großes, sauberes und ruhiges Hotel im Stadtteil Oerlikon, es gibt viele Geschäftsleute aber auch Touristen. Unser Zimmer war schön eingerichtet, mit riesigen und bequemen Betten ( und vielen Kissen), das Bad war groß und sauber. Das Frühstüch war sehr lecker und der Service ausgezeichnet. Das Hotel liegt etwas entfernt von der Stadtmitte, aber mit dem/der […] Zug/S-Bahn ist man in 6' in der Innenstadt - bis zum Bahnhof Oerlikon sind es nur 5' zu Fuß (Ausstieg Oerlikon -Nord), alle 5-6' fahren Züge Richtung Zürich Hbf.
