arrived 5pm hotel was overbooked. sent us across parking lot to Regancy Best Western. all we had to due was sign and get our keys. awesome stay!

The hotel had 3 floors with an ice machine on each floor. However, the machine on my floor was out of order(3d). So I had to go down to the 1st floor for ice during my stay. Otherwise, the accommodations were very nice. Danielle was very courteous at the front desk in assisting me with check-in problem.

room is clean and comfortable. good a/c controls. had a bit of trouble w tv, but it was hotel-wide and cable tech fixed it w/in a day. breakfast is simple but diverse and tasty.

Hotel was adequate, not the best of neighborhoods. Staff were pleasant but not knowledgeable about location of events. The ballooon festival is a huge event for Longview and the staff was completely unaware of it's existence or directions. They were unable to refer us to anyone who could help either. The hotel information states it is a non smoking […] facility but they do have smoking rooms which means the whole place is a smoking facility as they cannot police each room every night to monitor for smoking. Our room was sickening with the smell of smoke and of course they were completely booked except for smoking rooms!! Lisateave

The room is large. The hotel was conveniently located to the event. Each night I arrived at the hotel after midnight. 1st night - we had a stinky pillow. We threw it on the floor and went to sleep. 2nd night - There was the biggest and grosses stain on the bottom sheet you would care to imagine. When I called the front desk, I was told; of course, housekeeping […] was gone - duh .And she had access to some new linen. I could come down and pick up. Advised her I was way too tired to change a bed. Another room was not an option. So, we slept on their rough towels that night. Would not go back to this hotel. Lisateave

From the moment I walked into the hotel I was impressed with how clean the hotel was. I even asked if they had just remodeled, to my surprise they said 5 years ago. The staff was super nice and went above and beyond. I will stay here again.

I THINK IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A HELLLLL OF A LOT BETTER FOR ME AND MY FAMILY IF THE STAFF WASN'T SO RUDE. WAITED AN HOUR AT LOBBY JUST TO GET TOWELS AFTER GETTING IN POOL. GUY AT DESK JUST KEPT HELPING PEOPLE COMING IN. THERE WOULD BE TIME INBETWEEN TO JUST WAS TOLD TO HOLD ON. A -HOLE. THEY HAVE TO BORROW ALOT OF STUFF FROM THE BEST WESTERN TOO.... Everything was great....for future reference to our stay anywhere else....we will ask for a bottom floor....grandchildren can be a bit rambuncious for floors below us. We weren't settled in for long before the floor below us complained about thumping noises from above. Our granddaughter had surgery in Longview so we took the boys to a motel for the night! Went to movies and then came back and they laid up in bed and watched a movie. Breakfast was good, the boys got to meet some baseball players from New York who were staying there!

The hotel was very nice, staff was friendly, and wi-fi was free. No complaints about the hotel itself. The location was out of the way of anything you needed or wanted to do. It is right on the interstate - so if you just need a place to sleep while passing through - it is a very nice, clean place. This hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. It is showing a few minor signs of wear in places, but the rates were half that of other chains in same area of Longview. Free Internet and Breakfast. My only suggestion is that the bed could have been a bit nicer.

I booked a non-smoking room, but the first room they sent me to had clearly had chain smokers in it. The front desk clerk acknowledged that they had had a problem with smokers, and she had complained about it, but management had done nothing. She gave me a second room that smelled better. However, there was a big, stinky pair of someone else's jeans […] in a pile by the sofa sleeper in that room, which I brought out to the housekeeper. The advertised "hot breakfast" was horrible--next to no food, the coffee sucked, and they said it would be served until 10:00, but was shut down at 9:00. My sister's room had an iron that did not work. From here on out, I'll stay at Holiday Inn Express--at least they are a known quantity to me. This place was awful. Lisateave

Very nice property. Recently remodeled from being a Choice hotel, it is the first of a new chain that promises to offer a quality product at a very reasonable price. We used a AAA discount.

Everything was great, from the time we checked in till we left. The staff was very nice and frindly always called us by our names when we returned from a outing and ask if they could be of service to us in any way.

After a long day of travel, it was so nice to have such a nice place for the night. The rooms were very clean and it was so comfortable. We would not hesitate to stop at this hotel if we are in the Longview area again.

I had to be at the hospital early the next morning after my stay. The hotel was only 4 miles away. There were several places to eat just down the street, very convenient.
