Best Western Stella D'Italia - Marsala

If you are in Marsala, you should stay here. We toured Sicily and stayed at 5 hotels, and this was out favorite. The hotel was a bit hard to drive to because it is in a pedestrian zone. So we had to park outside the area, and the walk-in. Then, the very friendly front desk people told us they had a parking lot and gave us (difficult) directions to their […] private lot. The hotel is in the center of town across from the cathedral. Nice room, nice breakfast...but the adjoining building was doing construction. and they started work ontime at 7am. (ugh). Cant fault the hotel for that. Also....We left some clothes in the hotel and instead of sending them to us, they insisted on driving them to our next destination which was in Palermo (about 2.5 hours away)....So they won my heart with their wonderful customer service!!! You will not be disappointed in this hotel. Lisateave

We stayed only for one night, but it was the best hotel of our whole trip around sicily. The hotel is located in the center of Marsala with all its restaurants, bars and shops, but you dont hear anything when you close the windows. The staff was very friendly, helpful and also willing to help. I can definitely recommend the hotel and will stay there […] if I ever come again to Marsala. Lisateave

Room was clean but beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Staff was pretty friendly and spoke decent English. This hotel has the best location in Marsala.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The view our room had from our balcony was beautiful. Very clean and comfortable. Hotel parking was available too! The only disappointment was trying to use the hotel computer and check on one of our other hotel.com reservations - the printer did not work so we were never able to print our confirmation […] . This hotel was a really great find. The location was perfect, just up from a lovely lively square. We had a great balcony, the staff were very helpful.

Some of the rooms have big terraces from here one can see historic buildings illuminated at night. Very good breakfast.

Todella hankala mennä autolla. Etsimme navigaattorin kanssa hotellia ainakin tunnnin. Periaatteessa kai hotellille ei voi edes ajaa autolla, mutta tästä ei ollut mitään tietoa missään. Kun lopulta ajoimme kävelytietä pitkin hotellille niin saimme tietää että paikoitus on useiden satojen metrien päässä. Palvelu ei mitenkään erityisen ystävällistä, hotelli […] lähestulkoon pimeänä myös sisältä. Saimme varmaan hotellin huonoimman huoneen. Huoneessa ei ollut edes ikkunaa.Aaamianen ok. Ligger perfekt i den gamle bydel, lige til gågade og hyggelig plads med kirken og rådhuset. Vi ankom med taxi. Måske sværere at finde hvis man ankommer i egen bil. Ren og pæn værelse. Vi havde bestilt superior-rum hvor der står dobbeltseng og sofa, sidst nævnte var der ikke på værelset. Der var heller ikke the/kaffe mulighed på værelset som nævnt under […] faciliteter, men da vi adspurgte til dette i receptionen frembragte de straks en bakke med elkedel, kopper og the/kaffe. Morgenmaden er enkel og god. Alt i alt et dejlig ophold med perfekt beliggenhed Lisateave

El hotel está en el centro peatonal lo que hace dificil llegar a èl con el coche como no te lo indiquen. No parece un hotel de 4 estrellas. Las habitaciones donde nos alojamos nosotros eran pequeñas y un poco claustrofóbicas ya que la ventana daba a un patio diminuto y la otra a un pasadizo sobre la calle que no daba nada de luz. Das Hotel lag mitten im Zentrum, das war super. Man war gleich in der Einkaufsmeile und zur Siesta konnte man sich schnell in`s Hotel zurückziehen. Das einzige was uns sehr störte, war das Frühstück. Das Geld hätten wir uns sparen können. Der Kaffee war eine Katastrophe. Im Frühstücksraum ist auch alles sehr ungemütlich.

Nella complessiva valutazione di "ottimo", in tutti i sensi, va sottolineata la elevata cortesia e professionalità del personale. Si può migliorare la silenziosità .

Dejligt hotel, god beliggenhed, meget venligt , imødekommende og hjælpsomt personale. Kan kun anbefales.

Bra läge, rent och fräscht. Mycket bra frukostutbud. Bra service då man tog hand om vår bil och körde ned den i hotellets garage. (Gratis)

A l'arrivée, vous êtes reçus par une petite équipe toute prête à vous rendre service. Notre chambre, suite junior, surclassée, était vaste et plutôt bien pensée avec une entrée et ses placards, un coin chambre puis une jolie salle d'eau et enfin une grande chambre avec une très bonne literie. Petit déjeuner buffet en sucré et salé, basique mais correct. […] Un plus : pas de problème de parking dans cette ville faite de dédales de ruelles et hôtel très bien balisé lors de notre arrivée. Nel nostro breve tour della Sicilia abbiamo cercato dei posti di qualità e l'abbiamo trovato. Ottimo dal punto di vista della posizione: piu' centrale non si può. Ottimo dal punto di vista del servizio : tutti i dipendenti sono giovanissimi, con grande entusiasmo e competenza. Ottimo per la cura e la manutenzione della struttura (dall'aria condizionata […] agli ascensori) Ottimissimo per la bellezza dei luoghi dalle isole alle spiagge per le famiglie.
