Overall the hotel was great and what I was looking for on this trip. I wanted a reasonably priced, clean hotel. I would have given it all 5s but for the fact that it got missed for a daily cleaning so it was a little disappointing to see my bed not made and no fresh towels. I mentioned it to the the staff and no credit or coupon was given to make up […] for this oversight. That was disappointing. The complimentary breakfast was fine but could not enjoy much of it as there were very few gluten free items. Lisateave

We enjoyed most aspects of the hotel, with the exception that the water pressure wasn't very strong, and it took a while to figure out the hot water in the shower, which wasn't very hot. Other then that, it was quiet, clean, comfortable and our room had a fridge, microwave, free movie channels and free wi-fi with no password set up! Kitchen /toaster area on the small side, quite cramped. We found it a bit noisy. Need to oil some door hinges!! Otherwise good overall. Staff was very helpful.

Hotel has nice and clean rooms, friendly staff. We had quick check-in and check-out. Nice continental breakfast. Room has its own air conditioning and heating unit.

Good value for the money. Worth the short trip off the 401. Our only quibble - a noisy ice machine in the hall just outside our room. Above average breakfast for a motel. Nice lawn at back going down to the Bay of Quinte.

Overall, I was very impressed during my stay at this hotel. Because I was looking for something as inexpensive as possible, I opted for this two-star hotel. I think the star rating should be changed, however. I think it could pass for higher. The staff was friendly, my room was much larger than I expected, and breakfast was great. I was glad to see […] that my room had a really nice television, a decent sized fridge, a microwave, coffee maker, and lots of space. Not to mention, it was extremely clean and well taken care of. The view was very pleasant with a view of the Bay of Quinte. We were only minutes to downtown and restaurants. Room was very nice and made the stay enjoyable.

Excellent stay!! Your employee on the front desk "Vicki" on the evening of our arrival was wonderfully courteous and helpful. She had a sunny disposition and was always available for some of our questions. She did her job with a smile and pleasant disposition.

Room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast spread was better than i expected - waffle maker! The hotel grounds extend all the way to the river and we enjoyed watching the little rabitts playing, but there are no real facilities to enjoy the surroundings.

The sink should be inside of the bathroom. The room was very well kept and clean.

We only stayed one night as we were travelling, but we had a perfectly enjoyable time there. The town is a delight,with regard to restaurants, activities, exploration.

This hotel is very convenient if you have business at CFB Trenton. It is perfectly fine but has been used over the past couple of years by work crews working at the Base and it is getting quite worn, especially in the public spaces. The owners need to stay on top of this or it will become much less desirable for others and will affect business once […] the work at the Base is done and the crews leave. Lisateave

Though the room it self was very clean, when I went to get a coffee cup out of the cupboard, one of the cups was chiped and the other cup was dirty(it had been washed, but not fully) The over all appearance of this hotel was that it is ran down. The hotel clerks count has a long crack in it. The back entrance where we entered, was dull and drab. There […] was a flower arrangement, but it looked like it was very old or not kept up. Qveralll the rooms were quite comfortable. The staff were very helpful with all the little problems that we encountered. (eg. dead batteries for remote) The cleaning staff were very professional and they listened to the guests requests and did their best to accommadate them.

Huge garbage bin at the rear entrance of the hotel emits a terrible stench all over the parking spaces and into the windows. The hotel needs more management attention, the personnel is lacking friendliness and attention to customers

I stayed 2 nights, the staff were very pleasant, the view of the lake was nice, the rooms were clean & pleasant. I had no hesitation when I referred another couple to the hotel.

I had asked for a crib or cot. I arrived with 2 adults and 3 children to find only two double beds. We made the best of it, however it wasn't very comfortable
