Satifisfied with stay, good value for money. Family suite was clean and comfortable - Loved it! The grounds were nice, staff were very friendly & helpful .Buffet (We got half board) was above average for the price we paid. We pleasantly suprised to discover that they had music or entertainment every night after dinner. Was fun! Bus stop really close […] by. Beach is not bad, but they need to work on making it cleaner and removing rubbish from the water near the shore. Convience store expensive. Free snorkling trip did not seem to provide snorkling gear & instruction, or a decent life jacket. But overall, excellent value for money and service by hotel staff. "Awful rooms, slightly better than a hostel"
We were negatively preoccupied for this hotel from the start since we wanted to amend our booking by a day and we couldnt speak to anyone who could assist us either because reservations department (not sure why they needed this since they are a small hotel) were closed or they were misreading our mails. the reception hall was nicely decorated although […] it stincked. rooms were of very porr condition, beds too small for two people, but fortunately someone from reception addressed this point and we were transfeered to a room with two small double beds instead. breakfast was nothing special, corn flakes and milk tasted like if they have gone off. overall not a great experience and price is a bit overpriced for what they (don't) offer LisateaveKontrollitud Hotels.com kliendiarvustus

"Great Dissapointment"
Careful! Despite several reviews, I reserved here for the single basic room and ended up above the reception, a dingy, dark, horrible place! No matter how much I complained, the staff was unhelpful and unwilling to accommodate. Full families vacationing on the cheap. 2 stars at the most (not 3). Very pretty hotel with a great access to sea on grand bay. Private beach and friendly service. We got upgraded to better room due to over book situation (and as we only stayed few nights before continuing our travel) but all the rooms seemed clean and with all needed equipments. The hotel is comfortable enough and fairly good value. It is located on a fantastic beach, and has great views from here. The rooms are big, but the decor is starting to look dated. The food is plentiful, but average tasting, and flies are a major problem as serving time. The front office staff are willing, but the team is let down by dire basic service […] in the restaurant. I also made use of the airport transfer service, but this was not great either, turning up 45 mins late for the return trip. Hotel room was huge for the price and was in decent condition. Windows did not close tight so it was pretty humid in the room. Location is not bad - a bit out of Grand Baie - but close enough to walk. We did receive an awkward email after checking out asking if we stole the starfish soap dish. Respan työntekijä otti meidät oikein iloisesti vastaan, mutta ynseys alkoi heti huoneen vastaanoton jälkeen.Huoneet olivat huonossa kunnossa, mutta siistijä teki ehdottomasti huoneiden kuntoon nähden kaikkensa. Cet hotel ne mérite pas 2 mais bien 2 étoiles beaucoup de choses à améliorer . on se croyait dans une auberge familiale. Dans le hall il y a une petite boutique. Le personnel peu amicale, le petit déjeuner lait trop froid, les jus de fruits même pas frais ., des fourmis près des boissons. Le jardin mal entretenu, pas d'animation. Afgelopen periode 2x in hotel geweest omdat 1e keer prima was bevallen, nogmaals geboekt op laatste dagen van onze reis. 1e keer mooie kamer met ruim terras en mooi terras meubilair.2e keer kamer op 2e verdieing, deze was duidelijk van minder comfort, donkere smalle trap om bij de kamer te komen, klein balkon en meubilair minder lux. Desalniettemin […] goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding qua kamers.Maaltijden en drankjes in hotel prijzig. Tip, boek kamers met zwembad view, deze zijn in de nieuwe vleugel van het hotel, duurder maar ruim en van meer luxe voorzien. j'ai passer un agréable sejour, service de établisement de qualité.Nous on été en demi pension prix raisonable le petit dejeuner été tres copieux il y avais une dame qui fait des crepes,des oeufs,..............cété vraiment bon! le repas du soir été toujours a themes domage que les entree ete souvent les meme! hotel proposer des activiter sur la plage […] nous avons put faire seulement la banane a cause du temps qui été pas au rdv!hotel ete pour nous trés bien situer le bus passe tout les 5 minutes, a pieds par la plage pour aller au centre ville de grand baie 10minutes max! Personnel très accueillant. Chambres au-dessus de la réception pour 2 personnes. Possibilité de venir en famille, bungallows avec plusieurs chambres et possibilité de cuisine. Petit déjeuner correct, mais diner pas top, il y a quelques restaurants sympas à moins de 4 kms, pour pas cher. A éviter donc la demi'pension ou pension complète. Plage de l'hôtel […] très ventée, plages très belles à l'abri du vent à quelques kilomètres. Activités nautiques gratuites 3 fois dans la semaine (ski nautique, bouée, canoë). Отдыхали с мужем в отеле с 22 дек. по 02 янв. 2012. Отель в целом понравился. Претензий к питанию нет. Персонал очень услужливый. Все стараются, выслушать и помочь. Единственный негативный момент - это номер. Когда бронировали, на картинке был указан совершенно другой номер. По приезду очень удивились. Номер оказался очень мал, окна выходили на дорогу […] (указано был - вид на сад), что мешало реально спать. Поменять номер не получилось, т.к. в это время отель был заселен полностью. Sijainti on hyvä ja skootterilla, bussilla pääsee mukavasti joka puolelle pohjoista saarta. Urheilua harrastavalle hotellin sijainti on loistava, sillä hyvin varusteltu kuntosali on aivan kulman takana. Kuntosalilta löytyy naisväelle jumppaa joka lähtöön ja vapaat painot isäntäväelle. Hotelli on sopivan pieni ja viihtyisä. Oma ranta on todella tuulinen, […] joten rasvaa nahkaan.. jokapäiväinen palaminen on muutoin enemmän kuin todennäköistä. Meillä oli comtemporary garden room, missä oli puolentoista neliön parveke puistikkonäkymällä ja pienehkö makuuhuone sekä lentopallokentän kokoinen pesuhuone-wc yhdistelmä. Outo huone, mutta ihan toimiva. Jos ei halua asua ihan viiden tähden mestassa, niin tässä on rahalle vastinetta. Henkilökunta oli mukavaa ja rentoa porukkaa.
