enjoyed my stay. everything was within walking distance. only problem was internet was too slow.

Hotel pretty much in the centre of Siem Reap. Can walk to shops, night market, pub street etc in 5 minutes. Easy to get to the temples for sightseeing. Hotel itself is lovely with a beautiful pool which we spent a few days around. Our room was pretty big with a nice view of the pool. Very very hard bed, even by Asian standards! The Prince is a good choice for SR. Convenient location, can walk anywhere or bike to the temples. It is an attractive place, with good quality rooms and furnishings. The only difference between superior and deluxe is a better […] tv and a small veranda for the deluxe. The veranda is pool view, but not really private. So, might not be worth the price difference. The staff are ok, some good, some could use better training - but no big problems. Laundry costs are ridiculous - so go out the door, turn left, and find two places that do laundry for $2/kg including ironing. Breakfast was not so good. THe coffee is awful, and other stuff just passable. It's ok to get you started though. They have greatly improved their internet speed, and made it more convenient. If you search a bit, you can get a good deal on this place. I have stayed in three types of rooms, all quite good. The superior is roomy and well appointed. Somewhat hard beds, but a very good shower. Attractive with hard wood and nicely done bathrooms - though didn't really appreciate the blue toilet. The lobby looks good, is rather inviting to listen to some traditional music, and they have an attractive pool area. It's really difficult to believe Prince earned best business hotel in Cambodia. I stayed a week, January 2012, and liked many things here, but found it quite frustrating. There is no real internet access in the rooms, can take 30 minutes to read/send an email. I lost significant work trying to send a complicated email to a colleague. I was in 4 different […] rooms, stayed in 3. Was in their upscale building due to overbooking, but found it full of mosquitoes and quite dark. Then was in deluxe, but other than facing the pool area - I would say the superior rooms are better value for money. In my first deluxe room the power went out in the middle of the night, and I had to move - which took about 40 minutes even though there were room available just down the hall. Had some other issues too, but the manager refused to speak with me. Why? I was very polite and just wanted to clarify the situation. As for the rooms, they are nicely done, not large but quite adequate with decent beds and chairs and tasteful decor. The breakfast was just ok, nothing special, a typical buffet with bland food, made to order eggs, and really bad coffee. The location is quite convenient, two supermarkets across the road, and about a 10 minute walk to the old market/pub street area. Not a pleasant neighborhood, better to be along the river or closer to the temples, but you can't get much more convenient than here. Overall, I like the hotel and think it has good potential, but they really need better management and better trained staff. Had too many issues that consumed my time (like having to ask for an internet password everyday!). Most of us want a nice hassle-free stay, and sadly this was not the case. We had a great time in this hotel, the staff was very helpful right from welcoming us till saying goodbye, the room was not so but well maintained and comfortable. Worst point = breakfast. Western choices limited. Quality needs to improve.

It's quite a nice looking place and has some really good points but it does have its flaws. I only used the restaurant once for lunch and was not impressed. The Italian antipasto starter was a ripoff. I got THREE thin slices of meat, salami-size diameter. The waiting staff managed to make a mess of the burger I ordered, they brought me completely […] the wrong one. I had to get someone over, get him to bring a menu and point out the difference between what I'd asked for and what I'd received. They took it away and said they'd sort it. I asked that the fries on the plate be changed for fresh ones while they were doing it. So, I get the same burger back with additions and the same, now cold, fries on the plate. Frankly that's just all-round bad restaurant doings. It's also far too expensive for what it delivers. However, the included international breakfast was good. There was plenty on offer for all tastes and there was lots of pleasant, willing staff around to assist. Good marks for all of that. The so-called suite rooms in the old building are nice in one way. From the size/comfort perspective they are good but the doors to the balcony are now in poor repair. Warped, creaking, difficult to close properly. They need attention. The grounds and pool are good, very pretty with lots of trees and plants. I'd like to rate this place higher but the restaurant and parts of the rooms in the old building pull the rating down. One of the older grand hotels, located near downtown and across from two good supermarkets. Walking distance to pub street etc. The hotel looks good, the rooms are fairly high quality - though vary considerably. Most staff are friendly and try to be helpful, though very poorly trained. I stayed a week, in three different rooms - not my choice. The […] standard rooms are fine, and the best value for money. The deluxe rooms are identical, but offer a small, not at all private, terrace. The next level, forgot what they call it, has larger rooms, four-poster bed and bigger terraces - but have lots of mosquitoes. If going back, and I might soon, I would book a superior online. Problems: very poor management, some rooms are really going downhill and not being repaired. Some rooms, of the same class, have lower quality beds, linen, towels, etc. I lost a night's sleep when the equipment in my room went out - no electricity, and had to change rooms. The staff then phoned me, and woke me up, early in the morning to try to find out when exactly I would be moving all of my things. When I complained, very politely, to the front desk, I was told the manager would not speak with me. Later, they sent me a very small plate of fruit. That was to make for losing a night's sleep? No apology. When I ordered food at the poolside, it took about 30 minutes to get some ice cream - two very small scoops, one over half melted. I could have walked across the road and gotten some very good gelato at Lucky Mall for less than half the price, and it would have taken 5-10 minutes. When we were leaving the pool, over 30 minutes later, staff suddenly wanted my signature, but weren't even prepared with a bill to sign. They brought it to me over 20 minutes later. Overall: a nice place, can be somewhat good value if you shop around online. Quality furnishings, but don't expect too much - lots of little problems with linen, showers that don't drain well, very loud air con, etc. And, they really need n Lisateave

Big hotel with biiiiig pool and big rooms, Nice traditional furniture in rooms and very clean. Friendly service but at times missing that personal touch. Need to walk about 800m to the main eating streets of town & its markets. Like most beds in asia, the beds are quite hard but you sort of get used it after a while

The Internet network is very consistent and need improvement.

The Prince D' Angkor was a good choice for our stay in Siem Reap. The location was fairly good (nothing is right next to the Angkor temples, after all, so most big hotels are around the same distance away). The hotel lobby/restaurant area were very nice. Our room was fairly nice as well, and pretty clean. During check-in the staff gave us a hard time […] about having our kids with us (we booked the room as two adults, but didn't list the kids--we almost always do it this way, since most websites will make you book two rooms if you say you have two kids with you, regardless of how little they are). They had us pay for an extra bed, I think it was an extra $30 per night. Not a big deal, since that was their policy, but most hotels don't care or charge us extra for having our little kids with us. That was the only problem we had while staying. The breakfast buffet was nice, the pool was nice as well. Just outside of the hotel across the street is a modern little mall area with an ATM and a Lotte Burger (for when you just need to grab something). Just a few buildings down from the hotel is a really neat show restaurant (I forget the name--starts with a K) that is well worth going to. They have a large buffet with food to please Western and Eastern palates, and a stage show with dancing and music that starts at about 7:30. The hotel called ahead and made us reservations for the restaurant, as well as booked our travel on the Mekong Express to go back down to Phnom Penh. I would recommend the Prince D' Angkor and would stay there again if I ever go back to Siem Reap. Lisateave

We found this Hotel to be of extreme value and placed in a great location. My children stayed at the Hotel De La Paix, which is supposed to be a better hotel, but I can honestly say the Prince D'Angkor was much nicer. A true Cambodian treasure!

No bus towel anytime,totally different room from picture&No elevator,Not main hotel bilding for the customer who paid a bit cheap price,ever though explaination was truly same. Liar!! And many annoying korian tour people who never be quiet at all,NEVER AGAIN!!!

Great location since it is near to airport, all temples, close to pub street and there are shops around the hotel. Generally service staff had been polite and helpful. Staff at the restaurant had been especially friendly and nice - a waitress came by to fill up my tea at least 10times while I was having my lunch there. However I can't say the same […] for the hotel manager and the front office staff. They seemed unhappy and unwilling to help at most times. Hotel manager had wanted me to pay for transport which I didn't use. Generally it is still a good hotel. I would still recommend this to anyone who is going siem reap. The deluxe room (pool facing) - Room 424 - allocated to us looked nice and comfortable when we checked in. The view overlooking the pool is beautiful and quiet. However, after the 1st night, bathroom mat was missing, only 1 small hand towel was provided instead of 2 when checked in. After the 2nd night, we were bitten with very itchy rashes on our […] limbs and body when we got out of bed. I complained to reception to ask for change in duvet blanket given and perhaps "fumigate" the beddings. It improved on the 3rd night but still we were bitten but not as bad as 2nd night... The shower room has very dark coloured tiles and this is NOT cleansed properly at all by housekeeping. I nearly slipped when I showered especially when shower cream is applied!! Apart from above, otherwise all others are well organized and all the staff in particular are friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool which is a salt water pool... Lisateave

We were travelling through SE Asia and checked into this hotel as a treat, booked as a mid-week bargain. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast had lots of choice but was average quality - think fresh toast, an omlette station but stale cereal and processed sausages. Good location, only 10min walk to Night Market, 15 min walk to Central Market & Pub street. The supermarket is located at the new shopping mall just opposite the hotel.

comfortable interior design shows local wooden decoration's style and culture. hotel staffs are polite and helpful. they all willing to serve guests and work positive. guestroom price is very reasonable and worth to try their 3-meal restaurant as dishes are nice(better than some restaurants in downtown). porridge with fish from the breadfast is always […] recommended. We had an excellent 3-night stay at the Prince D Angkor. After a day in the heat of Angkor, it was nice to come home to a comfortable hotel. The positive points were: - Great food. We tried the restaurants most recommended by Lonely Planet, and in the end got better food at the hotel. - Location in the middle of town, but with some separation from the […] main road so it did not feel noisy. - Very friendly staff and efficient service. They also arranged airport pickup and our tours (Angkor and Tonle Sap). - Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms. - Nice lobby a pleasant place for a drink after a hot day. - Reasonable price through hotels.com. We only had two minor concerns: - There were some mosquitoes in the lobby, though that seemed to be the case everywhere in Cambodia, indoors and out. The hotel is kept beautifully clean and well decorated as are the rooms. Whilst we chose not to have a balcony room overlooking the pool there was ample space and featured both a shower and seperate bathtub which was very useful. The large saltwater pool was very clean and well run with no lounge hogging by patrons so there was always a place to rest. The […] complimentary breakfast offered several different styles of fare from local Khmer to Wetsern and was of exceptional standard. Free internet usage meant not having to lug a laptop around the country with me and was just another service to make your stay enjoyable. I particularly like this hotel. The location is quiet yet it is within walking distance to the center of town. the buffett breakfast contains something for everyone.

I had three days at Prince D'Angkor Hotel and it was a pleasant experience. Lobby was spacious comfortable and friendly. All staff were happy to help and always did their best to meet your needs. Close to attractions-Pub street for eating, and most markets etc. They arranged my trip to Angkor Wat at a reasonable price and without fuss. Pool was salt […] and set in a tropical surounds. All in all a GREAT hotel. Upon arrival the greeting and check in were first quality, beautiful lobby, piano bar with singer, pool, spa, etc. We changed rooms as they gave us one bed when it was two people- not a couple. That was easy. Once in the room tho, we found that the wall outlets were not working so called the desk. They came right up to fix […] it, and after 15 minutes just ended up attaching an extention cord with outlets. It was a fine fix, for the night and they left it our entire stay which was fine for us... but I do wonder if they ever really fixed the problem. Other than that, and the AC "banging" one time for a few minutes- a great and beautiful property. The pool was amazing- salt water and big. People were swimming laps so bring goggles if you are a swimmer. Location was good.... an easy walk to Pub Street . A hotel with a dinner buffet and Aspara dancers was about a block away. The main street had a lot of the "massage" places, 24 hour internet store and a big mall across the street. Down the street was also the night market. Easy to get tuktuk drivers to take you to Angkor Wat or a car to Tonel Sap lake. There were two computers in the lobby to connect to free internet. The breakfast was really good, and when we went for sunrise to Angkor Wat they gave us a boxed breakfast. Really a beautiful hotel- a few maintenece issues, but I thought that we had an excellent price which made us feel we treated ourselves even more. Lisateave

This is a largish hotel which caters very well for tour groups - but even though we were independent travelers who booked through Hotels.com - we still rated the Prince D'Angkor highly due to its value for money; friendly service; super breakfast; great pool; and convenient location - an easy walk or $1 tuk tuk ride to Pub Street.

I highly recommend this hotel, truly a value for money. Room was clean & nice, wood floor was perfect. Staff was all friendly. My only complain is the food...not so good and expensive.

clean, good service,decent buffet breakfast included and great location. great salt water pool. the gym needs improvement as the equipment is old and outdated. overall good choice for a 4* hotel.

ホテル前にスーパーがあり便利。 納豆まで売っており何でもそろう。 プールサイド側の部屋だったが静かで良い。 朝食は毎日同じ物で3日目にはあきる。 ここなら何も持っていかなくても現地調達でき 生活できる。 観光も近くで予約可。18＄で1日ガイド＋ﾂｸﾂｸ付 レンタル自転車1＄ 今回で3回目だが便利なので次回も使う予定。

算是最便宜的四星级市中心酒店，闹市中心附近，离旧市场、中心市场步行7-8分钟，酒店出口就有大型超市。酒店里面很安静，不过wifi非常差！

去2个市场都非常方便，有免费的无线，早餐丰盛，服务人员很热情，性价比高。

총평으로는 양호한 편입니다. (시설 무난.조식 평범.수영장 우수.펍스트리트 등 번화가와 거리 탁월) 다만 예약시부터 late check-out 이 가능한지 확인했음에도 퇴실 사흘전 확인시 '전날되야 알 수 있다', 전날 확인시 '당신 묵는 방은 불가하다', 퇴실 당일 확인시 '1시간만 가능하다' 는 등 어정쩡한 답변을 들을 수 있었습니다. 특히 여자분의 귀찮다는 식의 냉랭한 표정은 정나미가 뚝 떨어지더군요. 5박7일 일정중 가장 불친절을 느낀 곳이 아이러니하게도 호텔 프론트였습니다. 다음번엔 다른 호텔 찾을 생각입니다.

Hotel propre correct .Personnel un peu moins aimable s'il y a un probleme.Internet est payant et il vaut mieux aller en ville.Il est place en centre ville et on peut y arriver facilement.

３泊した感想です。 場所は良い。 ホテル前にスーパーもあり、１５分ぐらい大通りを歩けばナイトマーケットとか繁華街にも行ける。遺跡にも近いので観光もしやすい。 朝食は微妙。 ３度食べたので一通りのメニューは試すことができました。 結論としては、決して不味くは無いが、美味いと思えるものは殆ど出ていなかった。外の屋台の方が美味いかも。 サービスは最低レベル。 バスタオルが置かれていなかったので持って来て欲しいと電話をしてすぐ来ると返答したのに、結局、二時間も待たされた。当然、待ってる間も催促の電話をしたが、今すぐ行くと言うだけで、全然来なかった。バスローブの置き忘れもあり。しかも遅れて持ってきたのに、チップをくれといわれた。 また、背負っていたリュックを無理やり剥がされて部屋まで運んだからと […] チップを求められたこともあった。サービスのつもりかもしれないが、たかられたような気分になって残念だった。 設備もイマイチ。 夜は利用者が多いからかすぐにシャワーのお湯が出るが、朝とか昼間は１５分以上待たないとお湯が出ない始末。不安になるぐらい待たされる。 日本語対応は大丈夫。 常にロビーに日本語が話せる人がいるので、英語が不安ならば安心できるかと思われる。ただし、その人は一人しかいなく他の客の対応中であることが多く、結局英語で現地スタッフに話した方が色々スムーズだったような気もした。 客は日本人と韓国人だらけ。 海外の雰囲気はイマイチ感じることができないかもしれない。そこら中で地球の歩き方を見かけることになる。 日本語対応と各種アクセスの良さ以外はいいところがないホテル。 あくまで寝る所だと割り切れるならそれでもいいと思うが、のんびりリラックスしたいとか美味しいモノも食べたいとか思う人が泊まるホテルではない。 私は二度と泊まらない。 Lisateave

バックパックで基本的に安い宿にしか泊らない僕ですが、比較的安い値段で泊れるという事もあり、宿泊しました。清潔で部屋も広く、リゾート気分の味わえる素敵なホテルでした。朝食のビュッフェスタイルはメニューが豊富でおいしかった！！ 日本人スタッフもいるので、英語が苦手な方でも安心です。宿泊客に日本人がかなり多かったので、海外の雰囲気に欠けるという難点もあります。
