The Clerk was one of the best we have seen!!! The Hotel was neat, clean and very close to town! Simply the Best!!! We will stay here again when in Joplin!

After an extremely long and trying day I showed up here very early Saturday morning to ask what time my room would be ready. The people at the front desk, Julie and Leighton (?) were so kind and understanding. they found me a vacant room and got me settled in right away. We came down for breakfast and I was amazed at how friendly and caring all the […] staff were. Food was gladly prepared to order, the buffet was clean and well stocked and my coffee cup stayed full. The room was spotless, and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone considering visiting this area. Outstanding job! I have asthma & must be in a pet free hotel. I didn't have a car so the on site restaurant was essential. The breakfast was expansive with made to order omlettes & eggs as you like them--both perfectly prepared. The pool & workout room were terrific & not busy even though it was spring break. Spacious room. Clean and quiet. Except for the air conditioner. Sounded like a humming freight train. I had to look out the window to see if we were near a train track.

I arrived on Wed, Feb.20, expecting that the following day would be a normal workday...it wasn't. As all of you will remember, Thurs. Feb 21 saw an ice storm blanket the area. Work was out. The entire hotel staff not only made it in to work themselves under terrible conditions, but did everything they possibly could to make the guests feel comfortable […] & very welcome, especially Rhoda in the restaurant. The ONLY problem I had was a group of people up stairs continued to stomp and slam doors from 8:30pm until a little after 12 midnight. It was ridiculous! The hotel was excellet. Great rooms, seervice was freindly. Only negative was location. Odd location (behind another hotel) and a mile off rangline (main road through Joplin). Overall great.

Our toilet had not been cleaned when we checked in. Other than that, everything and everyone was great.

We stayed here for the Four States Truck Show and it was a hop and a skip from where we needed to be. ALL of the hotel staff were courteous and willing to help if necessary. The room was nice and accommodating and having a whirl pool tub in the room was a plus!! The best part was definitely the bed!! Each side had a dial to adjust the softness and firmness […] settings and it was undoubtedly the best sleep I've gotten away from home...will definitely be returning here!! Very happy with our stay, hotel facility was excellent. We were there overnight for the MS150 bicycle ride, and the hotel staff took the initiative to call the manager to see if they could have breakfast at 5:30 for us instead of the normal 7:00 AM so we could eat before we started the second day of our ride at 7:00 that morning. Staff was great. They had cookies in the lobby for check in. Our room was nice and comfortable, very clean. Enjoyed the indoor pool and work out room. The breakfast buffet was great! We've stayed at this hotel in another city and will always choose this chain if available.

The staff was nice, however, after being in the room for a few hours, I went into the bathroom to find long black hair on the floor and sink. The shower had a used bar of soap in it as well as the shampoo bottle half empty. I was offered a free breakfast for the trouble. I emailed Hilton on this but with know reply. I don't think Paris cares!

I've stayed at several Hilton Garden Inns when travelling, and like the consistency in comfort and cleanliness. The room is large, the hvac worked great, and we enjoyed the large 2 person jacuzzi tub as we had upgraded for a minimal price increase. The snack station in the lobby was well stocked and surprisingly affordable. The only detail I liked less […] than other Hilton Garden Inns was the lack of free continental breakfast. While travelling, it's nice to get a quick, hassle-free bite on the way out to the next destination. This particular hotel charges around $10 per person for their breakfast, which was barely better than continental. (Looked like they had eggs and maybe potatoes) But that's a personal preference, and wouldn't stop me from staying again. Lisateave

4 women from the office stayed at the hotel they were there for habitat for humanity and work for the week with local people. They had all good thin s to say about it. Very comfortable loved the breakfast . Your staff was so nice and friendly !!!!!!!Thank you for a great stay!

Stayed for 3 nights. Had breakfast at the American Grill every morning-chef was excellent!! Used swimming pool twice which was very clean and not too chlorine-smelling.

Great location (can walk to many restaurants). The room was very comfortable, modern, and clean. Loved the adjustable settings on mattress. Having a fridge and microwave are essential. Staff were attentive. Definitely would stay again.

Very impressed with every aspect of the the hotel and the stay. Unfortunate that there is another Hotel being built right in front of them, so it is a little hard to see from the road. Would definetily stay there again if I find my self in Joplin

My 10 year old grandaughter had never stayed in a Hotel and I wanted to take her some placle nice that was not real expensive. I picked just the right place. She was in awe and had a wonderful time swimming in November. The resturant was excellent and the staff was great. They made over her and made her first hotel stay one to remember.

Poor parking, second day someone hit back corner of my new truck, in middle of the day & didn't leave message. When I finally got the desk clerk, they said, gee i guess I could call police have them fill out report, we dont have any outside securty or camers. It was correctley parked by the frount door of Hotel! I had other friends staying in Joplin […] also, Radison and the Dury is nicer facility and better locations. Our stay at joplin hilton garden inn was pleasant from the moment we walked in. Manager on duty was an old classmate and she made our stay extra comfortable If our plans take us back to Joplin, We would stay there again no doubt about it!

THANK YOU so much for my stay! I was in town from CA for the Mother Road Marathon on 10/10/10. The front desk staff, manager and kitchen staff were AWESOME!! Couple highlights: the manager offered to arrange a private shuttle to the 5:00 AM start at Schifferdecker Park, the kitchen staff opened early at 4:30 AM on Sunday to feed us marathoners (incredible!!!), […] the room was clean/nicely appointed, the cleaning lady was wonderful, the price was right and the jacuzzi tub was much appreciated after the marathon! This is the friendliest staff that I've ever experienced in hundreds of hotels. Room and hotel were very clean. Beds comfortable. But from the minute you walk in to when you check out, the staff is welcoming and helpful and superb. Would definately stay here again.
