Covered all the basics really well, with really good service making that little extra. Only small complaint was it was difficult to manage the temp of the water from the shower. But that is a very small minor issue.

Unfortunately the weather let us down on Easter weekend, but the hotel is in a great location very close to the seafront and pier. Room was small but clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. All in all a good getaway or overnight stay accomodation.

This hotel has great staff outside the hotels looks awful! reception area and bar not so bad but soon as you leave that floor the hotel is tired dated, my room the bed is soon worn its lumpy the window leaks a draft i was freezing in the night and in my bathroom was the last persons hair around the sink not pleasant!

The hotel is in a good location and paid a good price, hotel was clean but run down and room was very small and had a slight old smell about it. Parking was close and free

ROOM WAS COLD WHEN WE FRIST ARRIVED, WAS TOLD BY STAFF HEATING WAS ONLY ON BETWEEN 5 PM AND 10 AM, MOST OF THE PEOPLE STAYING THERE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM . APART FROM THAT NICE HOTEL AND ATTENTIVE STAFF

Staff were friendly; good location for Gt Yarmouth sea front; rooms clean and tidy; restaurant/food good; only complaint is that there is no lift and the stairs can be a killer if you are on the third floor.

I wasnt expecting much from this hotel, so can't be too dissapointed. Me and my girlfriend spent the night as we were visiting family in the area. On arrival we had to park 1/2 a mile away as there was only a very small carpark, plus it was a bank holiday weekend so very busy. small reception with a small bar opposite. the room was fine, a bit dirty […] and the bed sheet was torn but can't complain as still a good deal. we didnt eat in the hotel, dinner or breakfast so can't comment on the restaurant, but we did have a light meal in the bar, which was very good. overall a good place for the price, could have a bigger car park though. Hotellet er slidt men velfungerende. Receptionspersonalet er meget hjælpsom Der var fri adgang til internet i receptionsområdet men ikke på værelserne. Efter en lang dag på arbejde ville det have været et ønske og kan være grunden til et fravalg af hotellet næste gang. Der manglede fleksibilitet mht. morgenmad. Der kan først fås morgenmad fra kl. 07. […] og det er for sent når man skal på arbejde. Lisateave
