Everthing was excellent except for the tv ... Which was awful. Channels came in grainy. We order a movie which also came in grainy. The hotel was kind enough to remove the charge for the movie. Even if the tv was good its still outrageous to charge $18 for an in room movie. The tv reception and overpriced in room movies kept me from being able to give […] a 5 star rating. Lisateave

The toilet seat was dirty. Other than that, the room and hotel were fine.

Room was clean but cramped. No refrigerator, microwave or premium cable channels. King size bed was very comfortable but there were only 3 normal size pillows in the room, the other pillows on the bed were odd sizes and decorative...uncomfortable to sleep with. Breakfast buffet was expensive, and parking was an additional $$ charge. Not really worth […] what we paid per night. Lisateave

This hotel was clean , the staff was helpful and it had every eminity! The restaurant was nice and the hotle room views were great.

the free bus service to the XL Center leaving from your hotel was a real bonus

Easy walking distance from most everything in downtown Hartford. Great restaurants and bars in the area. Friendly staff and clean hotel. Will be back for both business and pleasure!

This is a good Hotel very good located, has an important parking (paid). There is a bar called "Crush" whose service was not good. Restaurant was OK. Good Breakfast

I have stayed here 4 times when I was in charge of an event at the convention center...and the staff and the room were both excellent....my only recommendation is more help with valet service...the evening I went to pick up my car there were 2 major events at the hotel...a bat mitzah and a wedding one coming and one going....there were not enough valets […] to recover cars or to park them....I waited over 1/2 hour for my car....this has never happened before but it was the confluence of events....certainly knowing ahead more staff could have been made available..... Had to insist I get the room w/ 2 beds as there were 4 in the party. They said I should only book through their reservation line to get the room I needed however others that booked w/ them had the same problem. No housekeeping services provided to our room all weekend Room service was excellent and the staff were friendly

Overnight work trip planned at the last minute. Nice hotel, nice location, great service. Nice restaurant too.

The front desk lady was extremely nice and helpful. I did not expect to be put on a floor with convention attendees, whom were very loud. The room, and beds were very comfortable, but the room was small for a 4 star hotel. I called room service for more towels and washcloths, which they brought, but then took away without them being used, and never […] replaced them, therefore, I had to call and get some more. They didn't change the sheets on the bed which had pizza sauce from room service accidently spilled on them. Staff was great, would stay there again, just a few minor problems. Lisateave
