Ramada Da Vinci's Hotel - Londonderry

Very impressed at the quality of the hotel. Very polite, friendly staff, Having been a frequent viistor to Derry. This was the first time I did not stay with family and brought my girlfriend. The staff were very accomodating from reringing a taxi that was delayed to very good after hours service. The bar food is excellent a large group of us ate and […] throughout the variety of dishes the food was excellent and the portions were huge. The rooms are very comfortable and the shower in the en-suite was very powerful and refreshing. the only complaint i could make is the rooms got very warm the first night but i was able to turn off the radiator in the room without calling reception. Overall a throughly enjoyable experience and both myself and my girlfriend will be staying again and are looking forward to our next visit. Lisateave

My wife and I recently spent 2 nights in Derry. We were fortunate that we had been booked into this Hotel. Easy to find, and plenty of parking. Our room was clean, comfortable and well equipped.The staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. Old fashioned bar with good value food. Overall a **** hotel. We would certainly revisit if in Belfast

the only fault I would say is the noise of the disco on the saturday night, it was so loud, I thought it was in the room with me apart from that the stay was pleasant

excellent service from friendly helpful staff.would be great for just one night or as a base to explore the north-west.

First room we were offered had broken furniture and worn furniture. Second room was not much better - except that the drawers had handles on them. Bathroom was not the cleanest I have seen with the pink staining on grout at tiles. Also why put shower curtains at the baths - the floor always ends up soaking. Reception staff and duty manager were […] not very helpful and offered a better room the next time we stayed. I'll not be taking up the offer. They offer free coffee at reception but if you want milk you have to go looking for it yourself. On a plus side beds good Lisateave

Hotel was nice and clean and staff very friendly. A little hard to find off main street as it sits behind a plaza and the sign is small. The only complaint would be that they put a hold on our credit card for incidentals and forgot to take it off so it was on for over a week.

Stayed here for a family wedding although the wedding reception was not here. We absolutely loved it as we found it to be very friendly and personal. It is a nice casual easygoing hotel with a great atmosphere and the other paying family guests said likewise. Great value for money

Would advise every1 to double check when booing with hotel.com to make sure they let the hotel know u have booked a double room or ring hotel before hand, as very disappointing goin to smoking double room if u have booked non-smoking double room as 2nd choice because hotel didnt accommodate.

Modern up-to-date hotel, newly refurbished. Room was clean and comfortable although a bit warm at night for us. We ate breakfast there--better than expected for cafeteria-style food. The food in the bar was quite inexpensive and very good. The hotel is a bit out of the city but a taxi ride into town was only 3-4 pounds--well worth it not to drive and […] have to figure out parking! Lisateave
