They put us in an uncleaned room, we agreed that they could come clean it instead of moving us, 5 hours later nothing had happened after a couple calls. So then we called a little aggravated because they had done nothing and then they moved us. After that all was well.

This is a MUST DO AGAIN!!!!! Wonderful resort, close to all the parks. The room was so very clean, the front desk staff awesome, the pirate ship pool was great. Nice little store with all the items you may need. Can't wait to go back!

Had a great time!!! Love this hotel very clean !!! I can't think of anything but good things about this hotel. Would stay here again. Pizza Hut on site was very good too. Loved the location too.

The bed sheets had not been changed and it was to late when we realized this. The next morning we asked that they be changed. At 6PM we came back, but nothing was done. We stop at the reception again before going out, to tell them about it. When we came back at 11PM, we had the bed sheets on the table. So on top of having to sleep the first night in […] dirty bed sheets, the next day I had to do it myself. POOR SERVICE. The room also needs maintenance. Our second stay here has lived up to the hype after an impressive first stay last year. It is fun and convenient. Large rooms with full kitchen and jetted tub in master bedroom make this an excellent value. Both times we have stayed here, we have enjoyed a day at the parks as well as a day at the water park that is the pool here.

we had a wonderful stay in a two bedroom antigua suite overlooking the pool it was very comfortable and had everything you needed and more in a self contained apartment - our 2 children aged 11 and 7 enjoyed the pool area with its pirate waterslide and fountains. its close to disney parks ( easy self drive or shuttle) ............would definately recommend […] this hotel Lisateave

We rented a four bedroom condo for three couples, two children. The rooms were very large and the living room/ kitchen/ dinning area were roomy. It met our needs wonderfully. Loved having four bathrooms and a tv with cable in each room and the living room. The washer and dryer came in handy as well. The pool for the kids was great, they loved it! The […] quiet pool would have been nice if we didn't have the kids with us. The hotel was close to the parks, although it is very difficult to find your way back from the parks. The exit is well hidden. The front desk staff are courteous and helped us with our stroller and scooter pick up and return. I would recommend this hotel to families and would stay here again. We have stayed numerous times in the last 5 years. The hotel is starting to show its age, but the beachfront location with a beach front bar and restaurant are hard to pass up. The service is always excellent. This time we brought a four year old with us and she proceeded to run headlong into the closed sliding glass door in the room. There was not […] a decal to indicate the door was closed, the hotel response was we figured people would know when the door was closed. Will I go back? First I am going to check out the cost of the next door condos! Oh and kudos to Joel, he always gave us excellent service. The staff out at the pool helped us take pictures and inside the hotel everyone was helpful and made us feel very welcomed. The room was huge and had all that we needed. The small grocery store on site was helpful too!

This resort was wonderful!!! It has a Pizza Hut, resteraunt, spa, and store on site. There are several pools and hot tubs, one of which has a huge Pirate Ship and slide for the kids. Pool side food and drinks are available, as well as arts and crafts for the kids! Pool side hammocks with music playing in the background while sipping a nice beverage […] is a definite YES!! Rooms were spacious and had everything you could need! The only downsides where that some of the furniture was worn and the TV was super outdated. Great hotel! Our room was modern and clean. Had all the essentials. Had a store on sight with everything u could possibly need. Only two complaints. First was the pools were not sufficiently heated so it was cold to swim. Second, we stayed in a room with a view if the main pool and the spot lights used to light the pool at night were very bright. The so called firework view was in realty a view directly on a big motorway and a construction site. Altough we offered to pay an upgrade the staff of the hotel was completely unwilling to change the room and was unbelieveable rude and unfriendly and so we changed the hotel after one night.

We enjoyed our stay expect our view was of the back side of the outlet mall next door. They were renovating two of the stores and work crews started hammering and filling dumpsters between 9 & 10 each morning.

Overall, the stay was good. Our room could have been cleaned better i.e. found boxers in the washing machine and bobby pins on the carpet, but otherwise, the room and pools were great.

First of all, front desk staff was impatient and rushed me through check-in. I booked a fireworks room view, paid more for it, but did not get it. Instead I was upgraded to a 3 bedroom unit which didn't matter because it was only my husbad, myself and our 7 year old traveling. When I asked to repeat the directions to our unit they looked at me like […] I had three heads. The Rooms are spacious and close to Disney That is the only positive. The cable only works 50 percent of the time. The mattresses , pillows and linens are in need of being replaced. I would never stay here again. Lisateave

Hotel was overall ok. We did not like that the building we were in only had one entrance and the room had a weird smell when we arrived and the smell seemed to linger on every evening when we returned from the parks.

Light bulbs and ceiling fan not working in room. Constant dishwasher alarm went off throughout evening. No coffee or continental breakfast downstairs.

the hotel was close to all the major sites that we wanted to see. The outside appearance of the hotel was well kept up. The room itself was well setup but dated. The sofa was uncomtable to sit on and the furiture was chipped and broken. The dryer had a mind on it's own. After many tries you just learned that you could dry for only a few minutes. We were only there for one night and they did not have a room ready for us when we arrived at 3:50PM, just 10 minutes before check-in time. We wouldn't have minded so much if the desk clerk had been friendly and direct when we asked how long the wait would be. Although we were only in town for one night they had the kitchen set up with everything you would need for an extended stay. The hotel has great rooms with 2 and 3 bedrooms. The furnishings need some updating, but overall its all good. Staff is very helpful. Location is great and quiet and next to a shopping outlet.

I would definitely go back with my family. I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen and it was perfect for me, my wife, and my son. It was clean, conveniently located, and exactly what I would recommend for anyone not wanting to stay in the "Disney System".

This is a great property. Great sized rooms with huge soaking tub in master bedroom. The only downside is that the only dining options are the pool bar (limited menu) and an Irish Pub, which is good for heavy bar food, but not the healthiest menu. This hotel is located 3 blocks right next to a Walmart! It also has 2 swimming pools with 4 small SPA pools. However, they charge you for room service which means you have to make you bed and wash your tower for yourself. Although it has a laundry and dryer machine in your room.
