This was the worst hotel experience my family and I have had to suffer through in years. We booked through hotels.com. The hotel and rooms looked clean and very lovely on the internet. My daughter suffers with asthma and cleanliness is of the utmost importance to us. We reserved an non-smoking room and days prior to checking in my husband called to […] confirm. They promised a non-smoking room and guess what, we got smoking room that was absolutely dirty. The front desk clerk actually offered me a can of spray to freshen up the room. Anyone who knows anything about asthma know you don't spray aerosol cans around asthmatics. They gave us a room with cigarette burns in the carpet. A non smoking room, yeah right..... We were going to try to find a different hotel, but by the forth room they showed us we decided to stay. We were on a time schedule and not familiar with the area. This hotel is is a poor representation of Best Westeren and I hope they go inspect this hotel. I am sure they will be disappointed. My recommendation to others. Don't stay here.
