Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel as I had booked quite late to travelling, room was spacious and clean. Overall we had a really good stay at the hotel. When we booked the holiday online we had the option of a twin or double room, we wanted a double room but a twin had been booked. When we arrived at the hotel, we asked if we could change the room to a double from a twin. This was not a problem at all, it was changed effortlessly and we had a seaview. […] Our package included a buffet breakfast which was more than satisfactory. A good variety of hot buffet, continental, customised omlettes and fruit, it was quite a feast. The hotel staff were more than helpful and their english good. The rooms were comfortable with ethernet cables in the rooms for internet and wifi in the reception, pool and restaurant areas. The location was fantastic, very central and walking distance to the old town, about 10-15 minute walk. We found the staff very hospitable and most helpful especially when I left a bag in the room and had already returned to London. We also had a massage which was very good. Lisateave

This hotel is good location. There is a silence part of city and a good private beach. Beatifull sea view from the window of room. The hotel needs a renovation, I think, for more attractive to guests. And prices inside the hotel is little bit high. For example, 1 bottle of water cost 5 tl inside the hotel and 0.5 tl in the shop. The only things that were good about the hotel is the view and the pool. It does not have internet tv and the internet service was horrific. I tried to contact my family several times on skype just to get kicked off as soon as I connected. The only chanels that were in English were MTV and VH1. I decided to stay at the Divan Antalya during a recent military port visit based off reviews and photos this hotel seemed very nice. Well, never again! First off, this hotel needs updating. Stains all over my carpet, hall ways smelled like body oder along with being as hot as outside. A/c in the room barely worked and when I complained and asked for […] a fan I was refused and they told me no other rooms where open. Advertised wifi internet, well, in the lobby. LAN internet was very slow and intermitant. Also advertised internet TV, non-exsistent, TV was a small "tube tv" with all Turkish Channels with the exception of 2 english channels. Beds were not very comfortable. Best thing about the hotel was the view and the pool. Private beach is not a beach, it's cut into the sea wall with a small landing. Lastly, when asked for ice for my room, 2 hours later it was brought. Complimentary breakfast was good otherwise I will never stay at this place again. Lisateave

The location was good and so was the service but the hotel needs some maintenance. For example, the tubs for the shower were way too high. The swimming pool was the worst off all. The pool was surrounded by about a 2in sharp marble that was so dangerous because it caused my daughter to breake her foot. On top of that there was no lifeguard to watch […] my children. This is an excellent hotel just south of the city. Breakfast was included in the price and there was plenty to eat. A free internet service is provided by the hotel although one or two of the computers were rather slow. Room cleaning was efficient. The hotel has dedicated taxis waiting outside and they offer trips both within Antalya and rather afield. […] We used the service to go to Duden waterfalls as well as Myra and Mt Olympos. An all day taxi seems to work out at around 300 - 350 TLR. Heading into Antlya it is an easy walk or a short journey on the tram. Hotel facilities include a swimming pool and a beach area accessed by a lift (there is no sandy beach but there are ladders to get to the sea). Both the pool and the beach have plenty of sunloungers, shades and a snack/bar service. Bar prices are very high but there are many local restaurants offering much lower prices. There is also a wine/beer shop opposite the hotel if you do not want to pay minibar prices. Rooms are spacious in the hotel with balconies facing the moutains and the Mediterranean sea. The tv has plenty of channels and many languages are covered. I have stayed in other hotels in Antalya and this is certainly the best one I have been to. Lisateave

The room has an amazing view of Antalya. Hotel Sevice was great and really good breakfast. Kindof far from downtown, and the main beach area. If you have the courage to drive here, it is recomended to rent a car and get and see some of the other sites in the area

The view from this hotel is really the best! Service is fine, you feel that they try to make your stay a good experience. Also, you can start your day with a great breakfast at the hotel and then go for a walk in the Old City. I would recommend for adults, friends or couples.

A well established hotel on the eastern fringe of Antalya and only 20 minutes from the airport. We had a chalet directly above the Mediteranean swimming and diving area. I had a great stay at this Hotel. the location is great and use of the tramway was helpful to access most of the town sites. the room was very clean, breakfast great! very friendly staff at the restaurant, private beach and spa were amazing( very good masseuse knows her job) and warm beautiful hamam. The hotel location is not good at all. Yes, it is close to Kaleci (the old city), but the surrounding area is not attractive. The beach is not sandy -you just jumb in a very debt water from the concrete pier. The food except the breakfast is not good at all - only meat no vegeterian. Old hotel. Hotellet lever inte upp till kategoriseringen (5 stjärnor). Fin frukostbuffe. Receptionspersonal var inte alls seerviceminded, man fick vänta några sekunder vid disken för att få hjälp. Receptionister lyfte inte blicken från datorskärm förrän man sa något i stil med "ursäkta, får jag ställa en fråga?" Gratis 15-minuters behandling på inhouse SPA var […] OK, men SPA-upplevelsen inspirerade inte oss att boka upp någon annan treatment. Vi tenkte WOW når vi kom til hotellet. Her ble vi møtte av en super serviceinstillt resepsjonist som tok i mot oss med et varmt hjerte! Her fikk vi 15 min gratis massasjekort (personlig, kunne ikke overskrives til noen andre) som kunne brukes i spa avdelingen. Når vi kommer opp på hotellrommer ble vi møtt av en ganske liten balkong som viste en helt […] fantastisk utsikt utover havet! Rommet var renselig og hadde masse håndkler, og noen som var store. Det var også såper som vi kunne bruke. Det sto gratis vann klart til oss som vi bare kunne drikke av. Hotellet haren egen privat klippe nede ved havet som de hadde gjort fint til med stige ned til det krystallklare vannet. Det lå også en resturant her nede som tilhørte hotellet. De hadde også et basseng med det var helt oppe ved hotellet, mens klippen lå en litten trappetur ned. området rundt var det ingen turister, så det var litt vanskelig å finne noen typsik resturant hvor man fikk kjøpt ordentlig middag. Men utrolige shopping muligheter! Lisateave

We hadden een ruime, keurige kamer met koffie en thee service en een badgarnituur! Bij elk bezoek aan het zwembad of een duik in zee beneden, kreeg je een ruime schone handdoek.Het ontbijt was zeer royaal en we genoten van het uitzicht vanaf het terras. Op 10 min loopafstand waren we vanuit het hotel in het oude centrum. OOk hebben we 2x gebruik gemaakt […] van het spa centrum waaronder Turkse scrubbehandeling en een heerlijke massage. Meine Kinder (13+15) und ich waren absolut zufrieden. Alles war bestens. Für Familien mit Kleinkindern würde ich dieses Hotel eher nicht empfehlen, da keinerlei Spielangebote und kein All-Inclusive.
