Hotel De La Paix - Siem Reap

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and shops but an oasis once you enter it. Service was excellent and very friendly. Rooms are spacious and tasteful but starting to look a little bit tired.

Hotel de la Paix is a quality hotel in an exciting area but an area with modest overall hotel accommodation. Professional and handy to the sights. Recommended for a quality stay though at a higher price. The only negative is that the swimming pool is somewhat small and can be difficult to secure a lounge.

This is an awesome hotel, one of the best I have stayed , the staff is just incredible, they think of every little things.

We had a great stay even if it was only for one night. As the other reveiws said, the whole buidling had a special atmosphere and the pool was so beautiful. All the staff was friendly. The only drawback was the bed was too high. And the coffee maker and cups could be located a bit higher, not on the bottom shelf under TV.

Outstanding service - very personal, concierge and several staff knew our names/preferences by the 2nd day. Breakfast was great too. The hotel ambience - esp., the dining area, the pool area & of course our rooms (Garden) were excellent. Nice restaurants in the vicinity. Weather was also great! All in all, we had a great time!

This is a really nice hotel, seemingly one of the best in Siem Reap. I went to see the temple ruins in and around Angkor Wat and stayed here because I wanted a comfortable place with a good concierge to help me find the right place to go. The nicest thing is that they have a cadre of trusted Tuk-tuk drivers that are the only drivers allowed to wait outside the hotel. So when you leave and catch of of these Tuk-tuks you can be sure that they are reliable and trustworthy. The hotel is really well made. In particular the bar and central courtyard are beautiful, and the pool is just amazing. It's on the expensive side for Siem Reap, but if you want a worry-free place to stay, this would be an excellent choice. Lisateave

We can't say enough about this amazing hotel. The service is impecable, the design, brilliant and the food and pool, exceptional......don't stay anywhere else in Siem Reap!

Fantastic hotel. Great service, friendly staff. We got an upgrade for our honeymoon which was not asked for and when the bill was presented with extra money on and I questioned it they simply said "no problem" and took the extra charge off. Hotel De La Paix is a first class hotel in central Siem Ream, very easy to walk around the area to restaurants and shopping, and about 10-15 minutes from the Angkor temples. So this was a very impressive hotel. Service excellent. Ambience lovely and calming. There was the smell of fresh jasmine everywhere you went including inside the elevators. The […] only thing I didn't love was the pool. The pool is very interesting and creatively done - beautiful to look at. Half is in the shade (indoor) and half is not (outdoor). Great you can get shade but it makes the water pretty chilly throughout the pool. I am sure there are people who love that but not me - the water was chilly even on a hot day. De la Paix has it all, style, comfort, and the best of all, it's walking distance from where activity happens downtown. We loved our 6 nights there. Had a beautiful room, and loved their installations. When they realized it was our honeymoon, gave us a Spa session for free that we enjoyed a lot. It was probably the best deal we had in our month long […] vacation (thanks to hotels.com promotion). It's on the modern side, but you know that it's oriental. Do not expect a good view, as it's surrounded by other houses, but you will hardly find a hotel with a good view in Siem Reap. Lisateave

Very nice minimalist art deco hotel, attentive staff, excellent breakfast, overall a wonderful 5star experience at very affordable prices.

welcome juice 超级美味阿，酒店的茉莉花和荷花的装饰也美到极致！游泳池不大，但人也非常少。环境非常美~早餐的主食不是自助，每人可以点一份，其他各种面包甜点水果牛奶等等是自助形式，味道极好！

お部屋、レストランは申し分ないです。自慢のスパは予約ミスがあったり、３回も途中で部屋を変えられたりして落ち着かず…残念。

일단 위치는 시내 한 가운데 있어서 펍스트릿 올드마켓 나이트마켓 등 모두 걸어서 다닐 수 있는 위치에 있어요. 게다가 호텔이 아주 아기자기하고 예뻐서 아주 대 만족이었습니다. 맛있는 조식에 오전관광후 호텔 수영장에서 수영하고 낮잠자면 아주 천국이었죠.

Best service.

素晴らしいホテルでした。室内が清潔で快適なのはもちろんのこと、スタッフもとてもフレンドリーでした。特に日本人スタッフの方にはいつも気にかけていただき、彼女のおかげで素晴らしい滞在となりました。また、入り口での冷たいタオルのサービスや夜には部屋に小さなお菓子を届けてくれたりと、いろいろな気配りがあるホテルでした。このホテルに泊まるためにまたシェムリアップを訪れたいぐらいです。

5つ星ホテルと言う事で、かなり期待をしていました。勝手にハードルをあげてしまっていたのですが、その期待すら裏切らない、とっても素敵なホテルでした。施設が清潔でおしゃれ、立地がとてもいい事も最高でしたが、何よりもスタッフのサービスが最高でした。きっと素晴らしい教育をされているのだと思います。常に笑顔で対応してくれます。施設内にあるスパも技術力が高く、料金も日本の半額以下でうけられるので、お得感があります。とてもリラックスでき、まさに、「幸せ～～～！」という気持ちでした。

En plein centre de Siem Reap, à la différence de la plupart des autres hotels de cette catégorie. Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 6 nuits, qui a été upgradée en une superbe suite, un vrai loft.
