There were a few changes at this hotel since our last stay there. Certain chanels(adult) were no longer available in room. Also, i do wish they would keep the pool water a bit warmer...BRRRR!!!

It was a last minute purchase and had no problem getting a suitable room. Next to airport and many restaurants (halal available). Loved the breakfast and not to mention the small indoor swimming pool and the gym room. However, the washroom door was broken and would not lock and also the TV in the room was pretty dated.

No coffee machine in room, lousy wireless. But room was clean, quiet. Hotel wants to be a boutique type hotel but should rethink and just concentrate on being a hotel for business travelers. No coffee machine in room??? Huh?

Very nice. Friendly Staff, clean rooms. Nice selection of restaurants and shopping in the area and of course close to the airport.

For the price of this hotel you get a very clean, comfortable room in an excellent location. What more can you ask for when booking a hotel! I will definitely stay here again!

Im picky and clean, this is definitely better than ok. Great price too. Only thing to say about is if there is meat for breakfast, it will be far better, even water boiled sausage will be better than nothing.

After being cooped up in a small room on a cruise ship this hotel was a breath of fresh air. Room was clean, bathroom extremely roomy and just shined! Desk clerk, Lorianne, (i think) went out of her way to help us with tour arrangements. Tour picked us up and dropped us off at no extra charge. Wake up call was prompt. i stayed there with my husband for our anniversary weekend.it was rather expensive for a small room, but it looked very nice, bed was comfortable, but the pillows flattened really quickly. apart from 2-3 hairs in the shower, the room was very clean.

Booked this hotel to visit Old Quebec. Location is excellent almost right off the highway and 15 mins to Old Quebec. Breakfast included. Price quite reasonable. Rooms/hotel very clean in general and staff were nothing but helpful. This was a better experience than my first one (where I had found a few details of lack of attention to the room cleanup from the last guests before us.) The TV, including all of its English stations, was working properly and fully. We got a nice room with a generous space beyond the one queen bed. The one complaint we would have this time is that for […] a bed for two, it was really only set up for one. There was no bed table on the other side of the bed, and the space to walk to it was too thin... maybe jjust a little bit more than a foot. However, the room was spacious and comfortale and not a problem at all. And we continue to like this hotel, its staff, its service, its lobby breakfast, and its location in Sainte Foy. I would add the rate seemed a little bit high. The hotel did not seem or fill filled to the brom. However, we stayed the night of a Madonna concert in Quebec City, and it was the Saturday of the Labour Day weekend. Happily we were applying points from hotels.ca, to reduce the price of the stay. Great access to airport .... and good access from main routes ! Staff are excellent ... professional customer service ! very reasonable breakfast included . rates somewhat high .... had 4 adults in room & charged + $30 . Would stay again when we need convenient access to airport !

The hotel room was well kept and was generally modern in decoration. The staff at the reception were quite helpful and provided quality service. The room comes with a breakfast served in the front lounge area. The area is quite comfortable particularly to sit back and relax. This hotel is located about 7 minutes from the airport. If this hotel is a […] stop over before boarding a flight from Quebec City, this is a good choice. My only complaint is that the shuttle is not complimentary. Normally, if a hotel is advertised as an "Airport hotel" or a hotel close to the airport one would expect the shuttle to be included as a service free of charge. Clean, modern hotel at a good price made an ideal base for a short family break in Quebec City. Easy access to the city sights and a few places to eat nearby. Would use again if back in Quebec.

Clean, modern and spacious. Decor was nice and has modern flair. Staff was friendly and accommodating, breakfast was kaotic with mad rush by hotel guest milling about the buffet area ( not sure how you fix this and to be expected with free continental breakfast). Pool was small, smaller than my living room, but okay for my 7 year old.

Staff was very polite and nice. Breakfast was very nice especially the selection of fresh fruits. Rooms should have refrigirator . Bathrooms exhaust was not working .

Hotel was clean, but my room and hallways had bare unpainted concrete walls. staff were nice. 10 minutes to the airport and a 6AM flight, so location was good for that. Wonderful view of Canadian Tire and surrounding parking lot!

I enjoyed this stay but would comment that the Grand Times Hotel Quebec City airport is not quite as modern as it markets itself. Lobby yes, rooms, close. My pet peeve was the TV is locked firmly on the dresser... it could not be turned to see what jacks could plug into it. Also, attention to detail may have been lacking by whoever cleaned our room […] before our stay... I found two things that should have been vacuumed or picked up properly. No big deal. Cleaning service on the Saturday we were there (we stayed over Friday and Saturday) was fine. I am entirely satisfied with its location: convenient drive to major suburban shopping and dining, and was a good spot for two friends and family visits we were making. It also was not hard to drive downtown to the Vieux Port de Quebec from this location on a sunny spring Saturday. It took only about 15 to 20 minutes. Lastly, my other positive comment is that the hotel has some discout relationships with some decent local restaurants and attractions. Your hotel room card doubles as a "VIP club card" at a handful of restaurants and destinations noted in the hotel's guide book in each room. Front desk staff were nice (en Francais) and I telephoned the desk once. My request was easily and quickly taken care of. Bon job. Merci. Lisateave

When we arrived at the hotel, my husband discovered that his credit cards had fallen out of his wallet when he paid the taxi driver who had just dropped us off at the hotel. One of the young women on staff, immediately contacted the taxi compmany and had their dispatcher send out notice to all drivers. Within 10m minutes they located the dirver and […] he delivered our credit cards:) Quick thiniking and concern for their holtel guests made our stay very pleasant and relaxing. Also enoyed the Itallian Restaurant recomended to us. Excellent food and service! Staff were great (friendly and helpful), room somewhat OK, it could be better for the price, Internet did not get to the room in fast speed had to go down to first floor. Room had a little smell but once the A/C came up it went away,

Well, they have a 4 star sign on their front door but I give a 2.5 star to them! The rooms are not as clean as they are shown in the pictures! The rooms are not as beautiful and the windows are sealed! We went to the front desk and ask them to open the windows for us and let a little bit of fresh air to come in and they said it's impossible!!!
