Days Inn location was excellent - right off the interstate, and very close to the airport; perfect. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice. I'd stay there again - no problems.

Amazing cutomer service. We really tested their free shuttle service to/from the airport, as there was 10 of us in our party and their shuttle was a mini-van. They had to make two trips each time (before/after our stay and when we decided to go downtown to catch the bus at the airport) Even though they were very close to the airport it was such a pain […] to load all of our luggage and people. They accomadated us with a smile, even when we had a 6 am flight and asked for a 3:30am shuttle! The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were clean and the pool was acceptable. The only negative if I had to find one is that the hotel propery is very small. The lobby does not have much room to eat breakfast if you have a large party, but that being said, the customer service along with value, I would stay here again if flying into Hobby airport. If you are looking to see more of downtown Houston, you might want to consider another hotel. It was about an hour bus ride downtown, or 1/2hr cab ride. Lisateave

I found the room to be very clean and the staff catered to my needs. I felt very comfortable while staying at this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to take a business trip.

Overall, it was a pleasant enough stay. The hot breakfast was good and replenished before running out of anything. Staff was cordial for the most part. The young lady at the desk in the evenings was extra accomodating. They spray freshener in the rooms which smells like cheap perfume and is annoying to someone like me who is sensitive to fragrances. […] Luckily, the windows open (a big plus) as does the door to the outside so it can be mostly cleared out fairly quickly. I requested at the desk that they not spray my room, but they continued to do so anyway. The other annoyance I found that the television lineup is limited. It included the nauseating Fox News but not MSNBC. The outside area is pretty and well maintained. Having a fridge and micro was a benefit also. Lisateave

Management excellent! We definately will come back. Excellent pick up and delivery to airport. Clean rooms, wonderful beds, outstanding free breakfast. Safe walking distance to Dennys. Wonderful Stay!!!!!!!!!!!

Though small and in a not-so-nice neighborhood, this is one of the best Days Inns that I've stayed in. The room was spacious and clean and had nice amenities. The only complaint that I have, and it's not really that big of a deal, is that they need newer remotes for the tv, and a sleep mode would be good.

It was a very nice and easy stay...the breakfast area is a little crowded and could use a few more options but clean and stocked. We thought we were going to need to stay and extra day and they were very accomodating but when our plans changed again they were also friendly and understanding!!

Located midway between Houston downtown and Kemah boardwalk, there is nothing fancy about this hotel. Chose this hotel because of the value for the price. No problems with the room and was clean.

We chose the hotel for it's location close to Hobby Airport. It certainly served it's purpose. The lights in the jacuzzi pool area were missing and our late check in prevented much time to enjoy that area. The room was standard and okay. The literature in the room was outdated and handled a lot so dirty and crumpled. Breakfast was over very early. I […] tried to take a left over roll to our room to share with my husband but was told it was not allowed. Staff seemed very regimented and uncaring. This hotel has serious issues with costumer attention.when I did my reservation they did not have double beds, but i rented a suite to acomodate my 2 small children on the sofa.i arrived after a very long drive.upon arrival ,the front desk person was very rude almost agressive, he stated that my card had been declined,he pretended to call expedia for […] several minutes ,and insisting on my card issue( i had a expedia confirmation number),i called expedia and now he stated that he would do extra charges for the children as they are counted as adults.as i was taking to expedia,he just handled the keys and murmured some non sense( 45 minutes affair),the room was ok,renewed,gym no ac only 2 machines, breakfast average but the family that runs the front desk are just not onto custumer service,seem like the look mostly for how to get extra money for their bussines Lisateave

Great location, comfortable room. The first time I stayed here they had a very good breakfast. Since then it has deteriorated. For hot food they have some kind of scrambled egg mess. No hardboiled eggs, no meat. Great staff, friendly and helpful. I may look somewhere else. I like a good breakfast

The outside of this hotel does not do the interior justice. We were very pleased with the cleanliness, colors and extras like the stereo and microwave. For the price, I think it was worth it and more.

Stayed for two nights, Did not spend a lot of time in the hotel duing our stay except to sleep. The fridge and stove would have been very useful if we had needed them. The beds were extremely comfortable. The one thing that was disgusting was the German cockroach that was in our room. Also, directly across the street there was a "cabaret".

The Days Inn had been updated quite nicely. The rooms were nice, clean, the beds very comfortable, the staff very polite and attentive and all this for a really great price! We will definitely stay there again on our next business trip to the Hobby Airport area!!

This hotel is great for an overnight stay if you fly into town. If you're driving please be aware that the parking lot is very tiny! It's one way in, one way out making it very difficult to get in and out of the parking lot. Also the parking slots are made for economy size cars or smaller. The staff is down to only one person at night. If you arrive […] late you may take the chance of missing the front desk clerk because he/she could be on an airport run. This in-turn means you will be locked out and made to wait outside until they return! Not the best neighborhood to be waiting outside at night! The room was nice but some of the furniture was heavily stained and i found lots of hair on the bed underneath/on the comforter and between the sheets. Lisateave
