It was the first nice night of spring & I left my window wide open all night to enjoy the spring warmth. Upon waking in the morning I noticed something very unusual....quietness! the desk clerk was no help when i asked about the rewards benefits. she just blew me off and told me to go online. the hot tub heater was broke. the towels were small and very stiff, like sandpaper.

I ended up at this hotel after a horrible experience at the hotel I was orginally supposed to stay at resulting in my arrival at the hotel being quite late. The person at the front desk was very accomodating. They were having computer problems which slowed down the check in process so she upgraded my room because I had to wait. Very nice facility, and great breakfast. However, the walls were very thin and we could hear the people in the next room laughing and visiting. Fortunately, we were out very late and it wasn't too disturbing.

Room was clean, bed was a little soft on the side next to the radio and lamp... Breakfast was good, well stocked. Great location. Woman at the front desk was very helpful and polite.

Great Staff, clean room, nice mattress. Outstanding restaurant (Alibi's try the pork medallions) within walking distance.

Being 1 of 2 hotels in a small town I would recommend this one over the other but request to be put on the highest floor possible. You can here right through the walls and floors.

The weekend we stayed at this hotel just happened to be when a soccer/lacrosse team was visiting a local college. They were booked on the same floor we were and were noisy late into the evening, but settled down around 11pm. The other night we were there, we were looking forward to enjoying a somewhat peaceful time in the pool room during the adults-only […] hours. The large family of adults was anything but peaceful and we didn't stay too long. These two issues really aren't the fault of the hotel. And other than these two issues, we were happy with the hotel.
