This is one of the best hotels we've stayed at while in Europe. Location was amazing in reference to the U-bahn and the Prater was just a couple blocks walk. Staff was friendly, and rooms were sizeable and clean with free wi-fi. The only downside is the parking garage is 18 Euro a night.

Not a 3 star - very institutional design, like a motel 6; no amenities, no room service, no dining room and few, poor restaurants in area. far from vienna but closrê to convention center - but vienna has such good transport, next time I will find a good hotel in a nice area and forget this one. The hotel was very clean and tidy. The room was a good basic standard but there was little information in room regarding check out times etc. Also no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Conference Centre nearby so good for business. Hotel was very well plced for Stadium, only a couple of stops on the underground.

We were there for a school event taking place in Prater Park which is the distance of a football field away from the hotel. Pros: Place was decent, rooms were clean and mine was a good size, great breakfast. Good hotel. Big room for Europe. In the US/Canada rooms are much bigger. We had a triple room and it was reasonable. Very clean. Breakfast is not included and is ureasonably expansive if you want to buy. Staff at the front desk was not very helpful.

I was attending a conference at the conference centre immediately next door so this hotel was ideal for me. It is ideally located for the famous amusement park and although outside the town centre, it is only 2 minutes to the underground station and the network in Vienna is great. The room was comfortable, clean and well appointed, with plenty of space […] to work in as well as lounge around. There is also a little bar next to reception. Given that it is out of the town centre it was nice and peaceful at night so there were no disruptions at all. This is a great hotel if you are visiting Vienna. It is in a nice neigborhood and there is a metro station nearby. Nice hotel staff, very clean rooms, good breakfast, good price!

I booked this stay in conjunction with a plane ticket as the booking agent online sort of forced a hotel on us with the purchase of the plane ticket. To be honest if I had not paid in advance, I would have cancelled my reservation and gone somewhere else. This hotel is located on the outskirts of town in an area that is pretty much solely for the expo […] center. The hotel itself is OK,but nothing I would have deliberately booked. I've stayed in much nicer places for alot less in the past. The hotel is not far off the metro line but the metro line it does use requires you to transfer if you want to reach the center of Vienna. So its not a direct trip by any means. In the lobby are repeated warnings about the possibility of having your things stolen, and to use the safe,etc. Breakfast was a steep 15 euro per person,so we did not take the breakfast. Internet was supposed to be included in the room and when I asked about it, I was told there were no cables available. The next morning when I asked again the staff actually CHECKED for a cable and I was able to get one. The room was very cheaply decorated,toiletries also of a cheap nature. There was at least a separately controlled heating system and we were able to keep the room warm comfortably. The toilet had only half a roll of toilet paper when we checked in and nearly ran out as it was single ply,rough sand paper type....Overall the stay here did nothing to enhance my visit to Vienna and I found it sterile, uninviting and really just..MEH. It was not terrible...it was not filthy or anything like that just...OK. All the warning signs about having your stuff stolen and its location made you feel like it was in a dodgy part of town and the fact that they could not be bothered to give you an internet cable with your room just felt CHEAP. I really would only stay here if I was coming to VIenna for a business conference at the Messe/Expo center...in that sense, its right next door. Nice and clean no frills hotel, in a very convenient location about 5 mins walk from the U2 metro (Prater) line. Rooms are clean and comfortable, very practical. Good value for the cheap price of the rooms.

Hotel ist mit gut zu bewerten, Sauberkeit ist sehr gut, besonders hervorzuheben ist die zentrale Lage am Prater und der Messe mit sehr guter U-Bahn Anbindung.

Rent, bra service och nära till tunnelbana. Ca 15 minuter till VIC eller 30-40 min promenad. Det enda jag kan klaga på är frukost, 15€ per dag kändes väl mycket. Det finns däremot trevliga bagerier i hela Wien som har öppet tidigt och erbjuder väldigt goda alternativ.

Personal bemötte oss illa när vi hade frågor kring betalningen och gick till någon form av attack istället för att informera på ett trevligt sätt. Prostitution precis utanför hotellets dörrar. Neues modernes und sauberes Business-Hotel. U-Bahn Station direkt gegen über. Kein Lärm-Problem während den 2 Tagen Aufenthalt obwohl unser Zimmer auf die Baustelle blickte. Free Wifi funktionierte einwandfrei. Werden wieder buchen.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, rooms are quite good, staff is friendly and professional, overall quality is good at reasonable prices. The location is very near (500 m) to the underground station (U2 line) 5-10 minutes from the center. A weak point: the area is quiet but not very nice.

仕事で滞在しましたが、とても快適でした。 中心部からは少し離れていますが、地下鉄の駅もすぐ近く、１５分ほどで旧市街に出ることができます。 アニメティーがほとんど何も用意されていない点が不満でしたが、それを除けば、室内はとてもきれいですし、掃除も毎日気持ち良いほどにきれいにされているし、インターネットは有線ですが、部屋でフリーで使えますし、大変満足でした。

Wer nicht unbedingt aus beruflichen Gründen(Messe) in dem Hotel wohnen muß, rate ich ab. An einer Seite des Hotels ein großer Neubau, der noch lange bestehen bleiben wird. (Neubau der Wirtschaftsuni), auf der anderen Seite der Prater(Vergnügungspark). Nachts Gejohle und Hupen, da an der Straße die Prostituierten ihr Gebiet haben. Die Einrichtung des […] Zimmers ist funktionell, das Zimmer selbst sehr klein. Die Kopfkissen flach und klumpig. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, wurde aber auf Anfrage repariert.(Bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen ist aus o.g.Gründen nicht möglich.) Im Bad roch es muffig nach schmutzigem Abfluß. Die Beanstandung wurde ignoriert. fußläufig eine U-Bahn, gute Anbindungen zur Innenstadt. Für Lage, Ausstattung und Service zu teuer. Lisateave

schon bei alten Hotels ist Schimmel in Dusche abstoßend, doch dass hier bei einem gerade erst erbauten Hotel die Fliesen- und Silkonfugen in den Duschen bereits Schimmel aufweisen ist nicht akzeptabel. Hier trifft aber sicher nicht das Zimmermädchen die Schuld. Das Hotel Management sollte hier schleunigst was unternehmen, wie sieht dieses Hotel sonst […] in ein paar Jahren aus. Sauberkeit und Hygiena ist doch das Mindeste was ich bei einem Hotelzimmer erwarten kann. Und noch was: Die Organisation im Frühstücksraum ist ebenfalls eine Katastrophe, ich war dann auch wo anders Frühstücken. Die Anordnung des Buffets ist sehr kompliziert, für´s heiße Teewasser muss das Hotelpersonal mit kochend heißem Wasser zwischen den Leuten durch, um dann beim Teespender nachfüllen zu können. Nicht auszumalen was los ist, wenn die bei so einer Aktion mal stolpert und sich das heiße Wasser evtl. über einen Gast ergießt. Lisateave

Zuerst haben wir ein Zimmer zur benachbarten Riesenbaustelle (auch nachts mit Mega-Baustrahlern) hin bekommen - wurde aber anstandslos auf Reklamation hin in Zimmer mit Aussicht auf den Prater gewechselt. Dort aber funktionierte die Badlüftung ab dem 2. Tag nicht mehr - sie blies in gleichbleibender Lautstärke (sehr laut) 24 Stunden lang. Da die Tür […] zum Bad nicht vollständig zu schließen war (Schiebetür, großer Spalt unten, nicht abdichtbar), war an Schlaf nur mit Ohropax zu denken. Reklamationen wurden mit "Da haben sich schon mehr Leute drüber beschwert, aber wir haben da keinen Einfluss drauf, das wird alles automatisch geregelt" abgetan. Die Anlage blies bis zu unserer Abreise durch... Die Zimmermädchen sind sehr bemüht. Die Nähe zur U2 ist auch gut für einen Städteurlaub. Wem Ohropax und unmotivieres Personal an der Rezeption nichts ausmachen, der kann das Hotel buchen. PS: Lieber ohne überteuertes Frühstück buchen und in ein schönes Kaffeehaus oder in die Bäckerei Ströck gehen (Kette, überall, auch an U-Bahnhöfen). Dort gibt es ein günstiges Wiener Frühstück für 1/3 des Preises im Hotel und man wird dicke satt! Lisateave
