Location about four minutes walk from train station and easily accessible to everything. Didnt eat at the hotel as lots of restaurants to choose from nearby, Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay in this hotel again.

The location was excellent, close to the station and the heart of the city. Staff were attentive and very helpful, always acknowledging us as we arrived or departed. The quality of service extended to the activities of the cleaners, who did an excellent job.

I lived in Hanover for a number of years, and always wanted to stay at the Kastens Luisenhof, since it is considered top notch in town. After actually having spent a night on a recent business trip, i dont think i will come back. there are other, more modern hotels in town that offer more bang for your buck. Pro: super friendly staff, extremely attentive […] service, just brilliant. Perfect location, right in downtown, close to everything. Cons: old hotel and it shows (very clean though!). tiny rooms with single beds. mostly elderly audience, so if you are by yourself and dont want to leave the place, its fairly boring. tons to do around, so not that big of an issue. Upgraded to superior room and didn't think the bedroom was "superior" standard - old fashioned and boring decor - the bathroom was very modern and excellent though. Lovely reception when we got there with staff who spoke good English as unfortunately we can't speak German. The location is brilliant, nice surrounding area and 5 minute walk from the train station. The double glazing prevented any noise from outside being a problem (although it was only on the friday night when people were out later outside the hotel). […] The room was nice and clean with a bathroom that had his and hers sinks. The only downside was that breakfast isn't included and you are given a breakfast menu in your room without a price. We decided to go elsewhere. In addition, on one night the room was ridiculously hot and we were unable to change this on the air-conditioning control (which didn't seem to switch on at all). My only complaint is that the armchairs and the couch in my room were rather uncomfortable. Otherwise, a great hotel - huge rooms, convenient location.

We stayed in this hotel for 7 nights - excellent location right in the middle of the town - very close to the main Train Station. The rooms were very clean, pretty large size for European standards. The breakfast was well laid out - though i would recommend the hotel to include free breakfast for people like us booking for 7 nights.

Great location, walking distance to everything, even the train station. The hotel staff was friendly, all spoke English and the rooms were clean and spacious. Had a great 10 day experience! Only problem was they tried to charge me breakfast for every day when I only ate there once, so check your bill closely. They did remove it immediately on check […] out. Excellent position close to train station and Xmas markets. 20 minuteswalk to AWD arena. Inner courtyard rooms are very quiet. Rooms looking out to the main road may be a little noist but generally not a noisy area. Bed a little too soft but everything else perfect.

5 Sterne steht drauf, Service ist allerdings Maximum 2 Sterne. Kein einziger Wunsch konnte von Hotel erfüllt werden. Stattdessen wollte man mir eine Suite andrehen. Die Dame am Empfang hat mit mir diskutiert. das hat echt genervt. Hinzu kommt das die Zimmer sehr alt sind, es gibt auch welche die renoviert sind. Allerdings verstehe ich denn Sinn nicht […] wieso man die renovierten Zimmer zum Teil mit den alten Möbeln vermischt hat. Das ist nun der dritte Aufenthalt nacheinander an dem ich unzufrieden bin. Noch einmal werde ich wohl nicht soviel Geld bezahlen um zweitklassig behandelt zu werden und zu übernachten. Lisateave

guter Service - saubere, ordentliche Zimmer - leckeres Frühstücksbuffet die meisten Zimmer sind schon renovierte - einige noch nicht. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und wirkt freundlich und hell. Ideal für Stadturlaub oder Geschäftsbesuche.

Dette er en flott og staselig hotel i sentrum av Hannover. To min gange fra sentralstasjon. Jeg likte spesielt størrelsen på rommet, beliggenheten og spaavdelingen. Rommet var stort, men litt mørkt og begynner kanskje nå nærme seg tiden hvor ting bør skiftes ut.

朝食なしで2泊しました。 部屋、バスルームが広くとても満足しました。 タオルが何枚も用意してあり、常に清潔なタオルを使えました。 備え付けのシャンプー、石鹸は、知らないブランドでしたが、ハーブのいい香りで気に入りました。 ただ、マットレスと枕がとても柔らかく、私も彼も普段布団で寝ているせいか、寝づらかったです。 ハノーファーの駅前はたくさんのショップが並び、人も多く賑やかなでした。 ホテルが駅から近いと聞いていたので、うるさそうだなと不安に思っていたのですが、駅から近い割に目の前の通りは静かで、窓を開けると目の前にオペラ座が見えるのが気持ちよかったです。 総合的にはまた泊まりたいと思えるホテルでした。

Var i Hannover for å se fotball i Hannover og Bremen. 3 min gange til sentralbanestasjonen og kort vei til restauranter og uteliv. Veldig hyggelige og behjelpelige ansatte på hotellet. Rommet var romslig og rent. Anbefaler absolutt dette hotellet.
