The Quality Inn sawgrass Conference center is at a prime location. Thumbs up to location. I felt very comfortable, with the exception of breakfast, which in my opinion, can be better.

CARPET WAS DIRTY ROOM HAD ODOR WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN OVERRATED!!!

The room and the hotel is old and needs some updating. The TV didn't work and they replaced it with another old TV. I only got about 10 channels and was unable to use the remote to turn it on or off. All and all , the room was adaquate for the $$, but unless they modernize it, I will not be back

The only problems I had were that the vending machines were empty, when it came time to check in i was told that the room wasnt ready & when it was time to check out it took forever. After waiting in line to check out for almost 40 minutes I finally just left my room keys on the counter and walked out. I was the third person in line there was only one […] person behind the counter, she seemed lost and was just taking her time. Maybe they should hire some more people . Lisateave

My allergies/sinuses are horrible to begin with living here in SWFL, as it is, and DANG- our room was moldy as they come! Honestly, this hotel should be condemned and re-built using Eco friendly materials! The location is perfect for our paticular stay, however, it could be more professional when it comes to the employees/staff. This place is reeking […] with not only mold/mildew but also, unprofessionalism. There's a reason why this place came up the cheapest on-line. The room was very warm.The air outside was cooler. I changed the thermostat to 60 but the temp stayed at 80. The ceiling above the bed was peeling ,there was a 6" piece of popcorn about the fall off. The lock on the door was not very secure. The latch was also broken.

The rooms smelled of mildew and there was mold present on the currents. The room felt wet all the time, would not stay here again.

The room really needs updating. The bathroom has old tile and ceiling was in bad shape. It was do- able for 12 hours sleeping but not a place you would want to spend much time. Very old and dingy.

Hotel was OK, but the bathtub was dirty. I was too tired to complain. No other problems.

Excellent budget level motel, with super friendly staff. If your looking for the Ritz keep looking.. However if you are in need of an acceptable room at a savings, you would be hard pressed to find a better place in the Broward County area. I would suggest you request first floor room, with a fridg. and mw and confirm that with the front desk before […] check in. The hotel no longer offers a free shuttle to the Bank Atlantic Center despite the claims on their website. Also the Indian restaurant appeared to be closed. (did not open on a Saturday) It was to say the least sub par. I would not recommend it unless the rate was phenomenal.

We enjoyed the room but didn't have enough time to enjoy it. Definitely next we will.

This hotel was the WORST place I have ever stayed. The room had this strong mold/mildew smell. We thought maybe it was because the a/c was off and the room needed to air out. After leaving the room for 6 hrs and letting the a/c run - it still had a strong odor of mildew. After driving 6 1/2 hours and being dead tired, we told the clerk at the front […] desk (who could have cared less at the time) of the problem, she said she could change out the room. But to tired to worry about that - we said never mind and just wanted to go to sleep. After going back to the room and trying to sleep - notice a HUGE cockroach running across the floor. Chased the thing to under the bed. We had to take the mattress off the frame to kill it and notice the frame was rotten with mold. Looks like the floor got soaked with water any the hotel never bothered to change the frame and everything else that got wet. We got VERY little sleep that night - between the roaches, mildew smell, and constant itching (dont know if it was bed bugs or just cheap detergent used on the sheets). As soon as 6am came around, we checked out as quickly as possible. We told the front desk of our displeasure with the rooms - all we got was "sorry". No offer of something back on the charge of the rooms or anything. After all this mess, there was a Holiday Inn Express next door, we SHOULD have stayed there. I will NEVER stay at another Quality Inn. I expect these problems from a hole in the wall motel.. Not from a national chain hotel. Almost forgot, there was NO wifi in the rooms. In order to use wifi, you had to go to the lobby. This place was a COMPLETE rip off. Lisateave

The hotel conference center was adequate but overpriced for what we received.

More than dissappointed. Rooms were dirty with Hair and mold in shower and bathroom. Everything oldand outdated. Dirty Breezeways, Breakfast was in area tha seemed lik an old closed down restaraunt, Entire lobby and eating area smelled of curry. No internet in rooms. Don't stay there. Pay a little more and stay elsewhere. Old, inadequate front help, poor breakfast (included). Not worth the savings.

Very funny, the front desk looks great, but once you get to the room.....oh my gosh! The bathroom was a wreck and no fridge or microwave. Very old style place and if anyone walks past your room....you hear everything. Won't stay there again.

You definitely get what you pay for...as I entered the room, I was greeted by a terrible musty smell and had to run out to buy some odor eliminator to make the room smell fresh and clean. The restaurant had a terrible odor and made me lose my appetite; we ended up having breakfast at local diners despite the hotel breakfast being included. The floor […] seemed to have never been swept and was full of food left overs, rolled up napkins, etc. The hotel overall seemed very run down and let go; paint was chipping off the walls, old dingy carpets, rusty doors... To top it all off, I was expecting a package to be delivered at the hotel. Every day I asked the person at the front desk if my package had arrived, and everyday I was told no. Turns out the package was delivered on time and was never given to me...first and last time we stay at this hotel. Lisateave

The room smelled very moldy. The hotel is very old. Would prefer to pay a little more and stay where it doesn't feel dirty and old and a questionable neighborhood.

Ótimo hotel para quem não procura luxo e pretende pagar barato. O problema maior é que a parede de entrada do quarto é de vidro e quando a luz do quarto está acesa qualquer um consegue ver o que está acontecendo no quarto, falta privacidade. Quanto aos funcionários, todos sem excessão são super prestativos.

Estive por 3 dias no Hotel Quality Inn Saw Grass e minha experiencia foi muito ruim. Logo na chegada fiquei 1h e 30min aguardando a liberaçao de um quarto para fazer o check. Isso porque cheguei 1h antes do check in(14h) e já informei a recepçao que me orientou a aguardar pois o check-in só podia ser feito a partir das 15h, até aí entendi pois já estava […] ciente das regras de horarios de check-in e check-out. Mas ficar mais 1h e meia com duas crinaças pequenas cansadas no saguão do hotel não foi nada agradável. O atendimento muito ruim do funcionário da recepçao do hotel e por fim não fizeram a arrumaçao do meu quarto( com cheiro de mofo por sinal) durante minhas duas diarias. Isso porque eu pedi 3 vezes na recepçao. Péssimo0 hotel! Não recomendo. Lisateave

Muy contentos el hotel esta bien ubicado , el personal esta bien educado emtrenado para atender el cliente nos ayudo muhco empleada a darnos una habitacion antes de las horas del check in ,gracias !!!!nunca vamos olvidar ese detalle , y nos gusto mucho el desayuno muy completo y variado. nOS GUSTO MUCHO y nos quedariamos de nuevo

Experiência HORRÍVEL. Hotel horrível com baratas no quarto. Chuveiro não funciona, conservação não existe. Não tem frigobar disponível nem pagando adicional, diferente do que o site informa. Tem um clube noturno dentro do hotel, madrugada de 21 de novembro teve uma festa e às 2 da manhã teve tiroteio no próprio hotel. Mais de 40 disparos foram ouvidos, […] depois veio a polícia, gerou um corre corre e acabou o tumulto. Pagamos para nos aborrecer e passar momentos de horror. Vizinhança horrível. Não se aventurem a ficar nesse hotel, pois me informaram que é frequente essa situação na boite. Lisateave

En la noche encontre 5 cucarachas vivas en la habitacion

es una lastima que no haya por lo menos una persona, en todo el hotel, que hable español, quise contratar por telefono el traslado desde el aeropuerto y no pude entenderme con nadie. Trabajan con el turismo y deberian tener personal bilingue.

A 10 km de Sawgrass, ótima opição. Da para ir e voltar numa boa !!! Domingo Sawgraas abre à 11:00, então da para descansar no hotel e depois ir tranquilamente fazer as "comprinhas "!!!!!

Acho que tem mais caracteristica de Motel nos EUA do que Hotel. Lugar para uma estada somente para dormir. Barulhento demais por ser em cima de um bar, e estava em obras de onde os trabalhadores iniciavam os trabalhos as 0730hs todos os dias.

Auf Empfehlung eines guten Freundes habe ich dieses Hotel gebucht. Kurz darauf fand ich im Internet wenig erfreuliches über das Hotel zu lesen. Da war von Küchenschaben, Gestank, finsteren Gestalten vor dem Hotel und Schimmel an allen Ecken und Enden die Rede...nun ja, ich habe mich nicht abschrecken lassen und wurde angenehm überrascht! Es ist definitiv […] nicht das Hilton oder das Eden Roc, das "Frühstück" ist spartanisch, das Hotel ist nicht das neueste, usw.. das ist nicht zu bestreiten. Aber: Es ist super verkehrsgünstig gelegen! Die Umgebung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist freundlich. Finstere Gestalten konnte ich nirgends entdecken. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war gut, Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Das Bad war sehr geräumig und sauber! Der Zimmerservice war gut. Und das beste: Ich habe noch nie zuvor in einem Hotel mit einem derartig gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gewohnt! Es ist ein Hotel zum Schlafen, morgends ein paar Runden in den Pool und dann raus und die Stadt erkunden! In 15 Minuten íst man mit dem Auto am perfekt sauberen Fort Lauderdale Beach! Shopping-Malls sind keine fünf Minuten entfernt. Zum Flughafen sind es zehn Minuten. Ein Dannys Restaurant ist direkt nebenan! Ich werde wieder dieses Hotel buchen bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in der Gegend! Lisateave

EN realidad el lobby esta bien presentado y cuando uno entra cree que las habitaciones son igual, pero en realidad no es un hotel en donde me quedaria una proxima vez ya que me parecio un poco descuidado y el estado de las habitaciones no muy agradable olor a viejo y camas no muy confortables.
