The staff were incompetent. The room was not very clean. Took 30 minutes, a walk to the office and finally a call from my cell phone to have an opportunity to RENT an iron (that was completely burnt on the bottom) and board. Seriously?? The hotel is lousy place because the smell and awful in the room. I was unhappy and uncomfortable because the room is awful smell like smoking and other.... I would not go there it is not good health. Also the tv have no closed capition and the tv remote is not working I went to front desk two times.

I've stayed at plenty of low-budget motels through the years, all over the country. This motel was a last-minute reservation on Memorial Day weekend, so the price couldn't really be beat. Let's just say, I would have rather slept in my car -- or not at all. I don't want to be too critical, because the price was right, but there are some problems. 1) […] The comforter was stained in multiple places and doesn't look like it's been cleaned, ever. 2) The pillows were about as thick as a small-town phonebook, and as comfortable as sleeping on wet cardboard. I decided to use a t-shirt as an extra pillowcase. I was disgusted. 3) I was awoken several times throughout the night (and I am not a light sleeper), most notably at about 4AM, to a domestic dispute outside. A girl was yelling at the top of her lungs at her boyfriend. Granted, this isn't necessarily the motel's fault, but obviously they have something to do with the kind of guests they attract. The next night, I paid the same price to stay at a Motel 6 in Reno, NV. It was night and day difference. Avoid this motel if you can help it. Lisateave

Staff was unavailable. Calls to front desk went unanswered. Random drunk knocked on our door at 2 AM wanting to come in. Neighborhood had a lot of people just "hanging out", making it unsafe to go outside the room.

No TV remote (requested one but didn't get one), scratchy towels and bedding, small room. Hard to find workers in the office when room key quit working and I was locked out of my room. Had to stay somewhere half-way between GP, OR and RB, CA. My room was very clean smelling, and my bed wasnt quiet made but they were quick to finish the bed making. They had a really neat coffee pot that I wanted to keep but refrained from keeping. The room had some interesting placement for outlets. But it was a good place to stay overnight.

Most horible experience i ever had in a hotel room. The room had no remote for the TV. When called the front desk they said maintenance was gone and couldn't get one. The hotel advertises iron and iron board the room doesn't have one. The towels in bathroom are old and look dirty.

There were stains all over the toilet seat, the sink was clogged, the lock on the bathroom door was missing, and there was no trash can in the room. Check in time was around 1 or 2PM, I got there at 4PM and I still had to wait for my room to be cleaned. This is my third time staying here. We've stayed at this hotel before when it was Quality Inn. Now that it is under new Mgmt we will not stay here again. It's not worth saving $20. The hotel is run down. The fridge was missing in the 1st room we got. We moved to another room with a fridge but the AC was an old swamp cooler so the room was musty. The glass that covers the peep hole was […] missing only covered with a tissue stuffed in the hole. Police were on seen, shady patrons, pool was dirty. Never again will we stay here which is unfortunate because the location was convenient for us when we play disc golf tournaments. Next time we will stay on March Lane at the Comfort Inn. Lisateave

The outside appearance was not very welcoming. But when I entered the room it wasn't too bad although it had that old stale hotel smell. I thought things would be okay until I looked closely at the sheets and pillow cases. They appeared to be dirty/stained. Also my daughter had towels with yello stains. YUCK! I travel alot for the past 20 years. I would not recommend this hotel to any one-even if its for free. Most dirty hotel ever. Motel 6 is like a 5 star rating compare to this place. It should be shutdown! Expedia...rate this hotel a 2 stars? Your trip adviser is need to get a new glasses

We accidently booked this hotel thinking it was a Best Western...silly mistake. The motel is one of those open corridor hotels where you have a direct door to the outside. This creates the problem of people hanging around outside and making noise for all to hear. I'm pretty sure there was some drug deals going on or the people just like to make deliveries […] to passing cars. I was a bit concerned for my equipment in my car so I took it into the room with me. There were signs outside saying the motel is not responsible for stolen or damaged equipment so that was a clear sign I might not want anything valuable in my car. As for the room itself, the first room we were given was absolutely horrible. I used the restroom to find several pubic hairs stuck to the wall and floor. Gross! How could the housekeeping not see them? Then we openned the bed and saw several dirt marks that looked kind of like the sole of a shoe. There was also yellow stains on the mattress cover and pillow. I called and asked for the bed to be changed and was told I could grab some clean sheets myself and change the bed. I explained the whole bed needed to be changed and we were given a new room. The second room was cleaner in the bathroom and the bed was better but there were still a few yellow stains on the sheets...we figured we wouldn't get any better. This room however had a nice sheet vinyl flooring patch placed over both sides of the bathroom door as if someone punched through it. Doesn't make one feel very safe. The windows and door to the unit are also not very well insulated and you could hear car and people outside as well. Doesn't help when there is a late night Taco Bell located no more than a few hundred feet away. I didn't sleep all night due to all the sounds and the feel of un-safeness. These kids threw a boulder into the drivers side window, stole my stereo then went on to smash the front window and interior. The hotel has cameras but would not let me or the police view it. DONT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

The quality of the room matches up with the price. If you are expecting super high quality, look somewhere else. If you just need a decent place to stay for the night, this place should be fine.

Quite a decent place for the price. Do not expect too much. No elevator and so you have to haul your luggage up and down through the stairs. If the noise on the freeway is going to be a problem, then this place is not the best. That did not bother me

Didn't know the area and rolled the dice when I selected this place. They put me on the backside because they said it was quieter. I was put on the 3rd floor. This hotel is next to the freeway...needless to say, I had to sleep with ear plugs because the road noise was so loud. Like other reviews said, the bedspread had a big hole in it. There was no […] coffee maker in my room, but there were packets of coffee. They never put one in after I told the front desk it was missing. The room was decent for the price that was paid. The refrigerator and microwave both worked. Everything else about the room was okay. There was easy access to the highway and a variety of nearby restaurants to chose from.

It was hard to understand the people at the front desk because of their heavy accents. They also need to work on their communication skills, their tone of voice was very rude regardless of the situation. The refrigerator in my room didn't work and the toilet seat had a lot of stains (from who knows what) on it. On the good side, the bed was comfortable, […] there was easy access to the freeway, and there were a wide variety of restaurants nearby. Last but not least, make sure you leave before 10AM. Even though their check out time is 11AM, after 10AM they'll lock you out of your room. I had to search for someone to let me back in my room to get what was left of my belongings. For the price I could look past the questionable location and creepy people lulling around. An when we walked in to the hotel room its was clean and just fine for the overnight stay we needed. I took a shower and went to the bed to relax, I looked down at my feet......they were black from the carpet. It was so gross I couldn't even let my 1 year old […] crawl around which she needed very much after a long car ride. In addition the hotel was advertised as having free WiFi however you needed a user name and password to use it and it was not given to me. I called the desk to get it and was given the wrong information. At that point I was so irritated I just sat back and watched the poor reception on the TV until I fell asleep. Lisateave
