It was excellent and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Prague. Very reliable staff and very helpful. Decor needs a bit of sprucing up.

Great, easily walkable location in Malá Strana, an easy walk to most of the main sights, including the Charles Bridge, Prague Castle, Jewish Quarter, Old Town Square. Staff were very friendly, took our bags on arrival and we were greeted very warmly. Location is fabulous, just about 5 minutes walk from the old town. Rooms very clean and well maintained. Lovely breakfast too!

Great location. Just a few minutes walk from Charles bridge. Lots of pubs and restaurants anywhere around. Restaurant has very good food. Winter time was very quiet here. Maybe summer will be busier?

The hotel was lovely. We were greeted by a friendly staff and they went out of their way to make sure we liked our rooms. Their breakfast is FABULOUS and included in the price of the hotel. The location was close to the city center. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel, centrally located very close to Charles Bridge and the Old Town Square. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room well appointed, excellent tea & coffee making facilities and a large fridge too. Bed very comfy and the wardrobe had a safe. There is wifi in the room which was free (excellent!) but the signal can be a bit sketchy, but in the […] reception/lobby area there is a strong wifi signal. Bathroom roomy and that included the shower cubicle! We had room 101, which also had its own balcony area which overlooked the courtyard, but a bit cold in December to fully use it. The only downside was the courtyard lights were kept on all night and the curtains didn't fully block out the light. The room lacked a hook to hang coats etc up on, so had to resort to hanging them on the back of the chairs in the kitchenette area, which was a bit of a pain when they were damp from snow etc. Breakfast was wonderful, if was a buffet with loads to choose from both on the hot/cold front. Also staff would cook eggs to order should you desire. Reception staff helpful with maps, advice on things to see and do which was extremely useful for a novice to Prague. Lisateave

Great location interesting room space! It will defy what you will expect of a hotel room but I assure you it'd be a great conversation starter. The staff is incredibly helpful and the use of the Business Center is free. The breakfast fare is conventional, but very tasty. This hotel is great for a Tourist but AWESOME if you're a Traveler.

The Leonardo hotel in Prague is amazing. It has perfect location, few minutes walk from Charles bridge and tons of excellent restaurants and pubs, and 10-20 minutes walk from any monument worth seeing in the city. I had a loft suite, so the only complaint would be the stairs. If you have mobility challenges the loft suites would not be the best choice because the stairs are difficult to navigate. This hotel was perfect. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I have ever seen - so much choice, everything was fresh and delicious: coffee, variety of pastries, fresh baked breads and croissants, cereal, warm items like eggs and bacon. It was clean, friendly, quiet and very conveniently located for walks in the Prague old town of the Charles Bridge, and for public transportation (it is a bad place if you come with a car and need to park it). Very nice hotel. We were given a double room with sperate sleeping areas, a kitchenette and a large bathroom although without a bath tub. We were very close to the famous Charles bridge.

Spent three November nights at the Leonardo. First night arrived late, shown to our room to be very disappointed to be shown a twin room, rather than double we were expecting. Room 205, faces the street and windows don't close properly so had dreadful night sleep with the cobbles outside amplifying all noises. Also, as other people have commented, the […] bed pillows (only one each) are terrible. Had to roll up the bed spread and put it underneath the pillow to give some extra support. Next morning, we asked for a room move and it was arranged no problem. The buffet breakfast is excellent - everything you'd expect on the continent plus eggs, bacon and Czech sausages. Only problem we had with breakfast was on the last morning, for some reason the grumpy Maitre'd insisted on placing "reserved" signs on tables when clearly they weren't - meaning at the busiest time, you couldn't find a seat. And also, he allowed a pet dog into the dining room too!! But the family obviously had money so that's OK.......Hotel Leonardo is 5 minute walk to Charles Bridge and 10 minutes to old town square. There are a few local bars and restaurants around and the ones we tried were OK. Overall, I'd stay there again and happily recommend the hotel to anyone but may be worth emailing ahead and ensuring the room choice you booked....and extra pillows! Lisateave

Prague is a beautiful, must see, city. Hotel Leonardo is well situated, giving easy access to all attractions. The staff are helpful and friendly, and any problems are quickly dealt with, would recommend this hotel as the perfect base for sightseeing.
