The accommodations were great. I truly enjoyed the staff. They were friendly and willing to help. If plans take me back to the Freeport area I will book reservations there. The city of Freeport was fun. There are many shops and eateries in town. Everyone was very friendly.

This hotel worked for what we needed, a place to sleep. More kid friendly options for breakfast would have been better (yogurt, kids cereal, bananas). I would stay here again.

our stay was just what we needed for the night. the room was fine and comfortable, the night was quiet, and the hotel was nice enough to start breakfast early for those running the 50 mile race. breakfast was very good and we enjoyed the waffle machine. i hope to run this race in the future and would definately stay there again.

Staff were very courteous. Room was very clean and the bed quite comfortable. Only complaint was that the refrigerator made loud noises all night that prevented full nights sleep.We have stayed at other Extended Stay Hotels for less and without the noise from the appliances. We wanted to have a nice seafood dinner in Boston but the staff had no suggestions […] for any local restaurants that served seafood specifically. Lisateave

We only stay for one night; however, personnel were very friendly, breakfast was great, and room was very clean. They were also pet friendly which it was a plus.

May be least expensive hotel in area. Fairly convenient to downtown Freeport. Room somewhat cold in spring. Some fresh fruit included in complimentary breakfast choices; no whole grain bread or low sugar cereals.

It served the purpose very well. Close to town, restaurants, LL Bean. Easy access back to the highway.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The rate was excellent for this area. There was nothing fancy about the motel, but it was well kept and well worth the money we paid.

I chose this hotel because of the it's location (which is very close to the Freeport shopping outlets). My stay here was nice. My room was clean and the room set up was comfortable. They do offer breakfast from 6-9 a.m. so if you are NOT an early bird (like me) to eat you may want to consider a hotel that has a later continental breakfast time. The hotel was clean, a little old and frayed at the edges but the staff was very friendly. The wi fi worked, the TV was new. Ice and vending location was a bit awkward but not awful.

Maybe I should start with the explanation that I normally don't stay in Econolodge Motels and such. But traveling through Maine twice in Sept. and Oct. and shopping in the outlet stores of Freeport it seemed like a convenient choice on both occasions. And sure it enough, I wasn't disappointed. Of course it's a classic Motel with parking in front of […] the room, nothing fancy about it, but it was clean, well-kept, neither loud nor crowded. What really stands out, tough, is the friendly, helpful staff and the great breakfast which is outstanding: self-made waffles, eggs, bagels and the works. To be fair, my expectations for this class of motel aren't typically high. However the staff was very friendly, the room was surprisingly clean and comfortable, and the towels were softer than most five star hotels. Even the breakfast was good. Do-it-yourself waffles, cold cereal, hard-boiled eggs. fresh muffins and bagels were added to the traditional […] 'continental breakfast' fare. An attentive staff quickly and efficiently replaced items as needed. I'd stay here again and recommend this to people looking for a good place to stay for a bargain price. Lisateave

Hotel room was clean but dated. Not a square inch was spared in the bathroom design. Hard to close the door without standing on the toilet or in the shower. Luckily the vanity is in the room. Don't look up at the fan in the bathroom. Not pleasant. We had the king size bed and we were looking forward to it after sleeping on a pull-out sofa the night […] before. We both woke up with sore backs. hard to pin point what it was. Rooms on ground level have new TV's. Hope this helps Lisateave

We were initially worried by the exterior construction but it ended up in no way affecting our stay. We stayed for one night, with a one year old and had a wonderful experience. The staff was beyond accommodating and very friendly, especially the bar manager at the pool. We were able to order food poolside for dinner and it was delicious. Pluses: Convenient location, on the side of Rte 1 that does not face the interstate. Friendly staff, good continental breakfast. Room was clean. Minuses: Noisy HVAC unit in room.

It was fine. The breakfast area was too small had too stand too eat and the only milk choice was whole milk.

Staff were efficient and pleasant...hotel room smelled musty and like old cigarettes...as have othe Econolodges hotels we have stayed in...will not try out this hotel in other states in the future...sorry for the staff, who were quite good

We had a pleasant stay. We were under the impression that we were within walking distance to the LLBean store, but we weren't. We were very close driving though. Other than that things were fine. The room was exceptional. No problem with the Internet and the staff was friendly. We would definitely stay there again!

It's an older facility surrounded by what seem to be newer motels. But the room was comfortable and rate was quite good and the location was good.

Very decent for the price. If you're going to freeport to shop, why not save a bit on the hotel too. The outlets are just a short drive (some are walking distance). You can also use the park and ride, which is just across the street.

Nice no frills hotel. Reasonably close to downtown Freeport. Very clean. Real nice staff. Good breakfast including 2 waffle makers. No pool but no big deal. Nice stay!
