We thought Moose Creek Inn was very charming. Our room was very comfortable and very very clean which is important to us. It was close the the sites we wanted to visit.

Stay was good. Staff did accomodate request for a change in room for 90 year old parent from upper to lower floor. Missed having a continental breakfast that included juice.

I found the hotel all right, but rather expensive. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was clean and my room was spruced up properly for the second night. Room on the small side. Parking behind was tight, that is, spaces were narrow and there wasn't much space to turn the car to face out when leaving, so I had to back out, if the rows were filled. There […] were other places to park, but they weren't as convenient to the room. They had a continental breakfast, but it was pretty thin in comparison to others I've had at comparable places. Property looks like it has recently undergone a facelift. The motel style room was comfortable and clean. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. This is a good choice for West Yellowstone where lodging options are dicey. I would stay here again. The carpet was not pleasant to walk on barefoot, felt dusty. No complimentary breakfast, just coffee and some sweets. Room had dim lighting.

The Moose Creek Inn is a cozy and quiet motel that is located within walking distance of the shops and restaurants of West Yellowstone. The motel staff is friendly and helpful. Parking can be just a bit tight.

Slightly overpriced, but due to location did not expect anything else. Staff helpful, room clean and quaint. And free breakfast was adequate. Would recommend and if returning to Yellowstone would stay there again.

Someone obviously put a lot off effort into setting up the rooms. The decor wasup to date moose and pine. Very cute. Bed was compfy and warm. The room i had was good for one but was a little tight for two unless you are close. All the needed amenities are available. I'd stay here again. Don't however, expect a big breakfast - just coffee and a muffin […] or toast. Entrance to Yellowstone is a couple blocks away. Lisateave

The owners were very charming, They have put a lot of time, effort and money into making their hotel comfortable and welcoming. The rooms were clean and well kept. Rustic with no Phones. Loved it. Plenty of restaurants to choose from even in the early season at Yellowstone. Just a hop skip and jump to the park. Would recommend to all.

Great hotel, definitely enjoyed my stay and its decor greatly reflected the atmosphere of Yellowstone park. Already miss the hotel and I'll be coming back soon to stay at Moose Creek Inn again to start making this a tradition!

Considering what we paid to stay, the room was a little tight, but managable. Friendly owners and serviceable amenities.

The room was like a small dorm room, concrete block construction with nice interior decoration, but very small and confined. There were very few electrical outlets, but a multiplug was provided. There were no pegs in the bathroom to hang clothes on. The beds and shower were OK. The breakfast was continental but did have oatmeal and hardboiled eggs. […] Once the cable TV quit working, but the hotel staff got it fixed as soon as possible and discounted the room rate for that time.There are no elevators, so we had to lug our suitcases upstairs. Very old and dated. We were disappointed in the room size. Very little space. The bed was fine but the shower was tiny. Nowhere to sit comfortably. Parking, not assigned, and confusing. Would not recommend to a friend.

This motel is convenient to Yellowstone and near shops and dinning in West Yellowstone. The rooms are clean, well kept, and cute. However they are small, but all you need for some rest after exploring the park. . A fridge and breakfast was a nice touch.

We stayed here for two nights while visiting yellowstone. it is overpriced given the size of the rooms and he quality of the facilities. Breakfast is not even worth getting up for. staff are not friendly or helpful. Kick u out at 11 sharp.

We had a twin bed room, it was small but nice, on our last night we moved to a king bed room and it was just the best, and looked like the promo pic on line. The motel staff were great and very friendly. If you are going to stay and can get it get the king bed plenty of room for 2.

Clean basic hotel room. My room had a microwave and refrigerator. The room was well appointed and was maintained very well. The staff was very helpful and new the surrounding businesses very well. Overall I enjoyed my stay (3 nights).

Nothing to fancy but a nice place to stay. My wife and I had originally gotten booked into a room on the wrong dates with two twin beds but a quick call to Moose Creek Inn assured me that they would be able to change it to a room with a Queen (which they did) and Hotels.com straighten out the dates of the trip. The room was quaint and neat but the bathroom […] had only a small shower (no tub). It was also air conditioned which was a plus on the warm July days we stayed there. Coffee, juice, tea, muffins, small bagels, and oatmeal were provided in the lobby area in the morning. Enough for us, but I could see where others may want something a little more substantial. They did offer up some nice free samples in the lobby of various toiletries and snack foods. Good location in downtown West Yellowstone 5 minutes from the park entrance. Grocery stores and many restaurants were all with in easy walking distance. Just be prepared with the bug spray as West Yellowstone had plenty of mosquito's on patrol in the evening hours in early July. Lisateave

This place was such a bargain. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and so cute. It's conveniently located for visiting Yellowstone National Park. I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel. Absolutely fabulous.

In the small town of West Yellowstone, there are a plethora of hotels! The good thing is that they are almost all within walking distance of the park entrance, the wolf and bear experience (a must go, fyi!!). Hence small town. So why spend more if you don't have too?! Moose Inn was a great place to start our week long Yellowstone adventure. Now, the […] rooms are not big. In fact, some might call them small, or cramped. But my wife and I felt quite cozy and snug in our room, even with with our three bags. All you need to do is sleep and shower, right? The bed was nice and comfortable. The small shower did have some issues with pressure and temp, but nothing too severe. The decor is "classic" Yellowstone, and by that I mean some nice, some cheesy signs, the bed headboard was made from tree limbs, and a pine bouquet in the middle. The staff was very friendly, and helpful about where to go and what to see. We didn't eat breakfast there, but it's a basic one, with coffee, hot chocolate, muffins, and pastires. They do have some tasty free energy bars there, which really helps us out on our hikes. All in all, I'd stay here again and again, especially with the great price! Lisateave

Other than the issue if having the smallest shower I have ever been in, with the conservation shower head that made it an unpleasant experience, I liked this hotel. However, a shower is a very basic thing. I cannot recommend it.
