Great four nights! We had a lovely suite with adjoining room for our three teenage girls. The rooms were comfortable, the neighborhood felt safe, more residential than touristy, great restaurants, convenient. The hotel staff was fantastic - helpful and friendly

Good location about 100m from a metro station and good bus routes if using a Barcelona card. Excellent service. En suite room and landings were a little faded. If wanting to use WIFI in room forget it as reception poor. Very good breakfasts.

Despite taking advantage of a heavily-discounted room upgrade for what was our first trip to Barcelona; this was certainly in our top-3 best hotel stays of all time. Just a walk from Sagrada Familia & many other attractions. The hotel was superb- service excellent & most courteous at all times, breakfast & other food top standard, view from room up […] the boulevard excellent. Room temperature control just perfect. Art Nouveau style Lounge excellent, though we just missed the Thursday evening Jazz event. Street noise from 3rd floor not an issue at all, although there was an occasional unreasonably loud ambulance passing by. Have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. Lisateave

Good stay, large room with great view of Passage de Gracia. The small windiow for the room makes the room rather dark with okld fashin decor and furniture. Supposedly famous restaurant serving mostly re heated dish was quite a disappointment especially for the price.

Particularly friendly and meticulously helpful staff. We were upgraded to a large corner room and enjoyed spectacular views from the wrap around balcony. The rooms were stunningly decorated with every luxury included.

Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a mini-suite. Hotel staff extremely helpful in making our first time visit to Barcelona a memorable one. Hotel location made it easy to see alot of the city within a long weekend visit. Would certainly book again on a return trip.

Beautiful hotel in a quaint building with modern convenience. Had a bottle of French wine with us, but no cork screw. Called room service and it appeared with wine glasses in under two minutes... Walked the streets and kept bumping into amazing architectural works by Antonio Gaudi. It was an extremely beautiful hotel! The doorman was very kind and helpful when we are arrived. We had just finished a 12 day cruise so we arrived really early in the morning to the hotel but the room wasn't ready of course. The doorman suggested we go to their rooftop patio and wait for our room, and he brought us coffee and pastries. We lounged up […] there for a few hours until he came and brought us our room keys. everything was great--particularly the staff who catered to our every request which made our trip to Barcelona before a cruise perfect. we did use taxis after one full day of walking, but the location was central to tourist destinations. the hotel was upscale in all respects.

We really enjoyed this hotel. It is a top notch establishment. Service, Staff, Location, Roof Top bar and pool area.... you name they had it covered. The concierge staff and bell stand staff were excellent. We asked for directions, suggestions... you name it and they had an answer. Good location, in smart area, away from the chaos around the Rambla. Staff we're keen to help, with good knowledge of English. Thought the Casa Fuster was a beautiful hotel and enjoyed our stay. Had just spent 3 nights at Hotel Arts (ritz carlton property on the beach) which was also very nice with bigger rooms and bathrooms and yet both my husband and I agreed if we returned, we'd pick Casa Fuster over hotel Arts, because of the location as the beach area was not all that […] nice. Had 2 rooms and they put us next to each other which was great. Bathrooms were clean, plenty of space and very, very nice. Rooms were also clean, bedding was comfortable and nice turn down service. Front desk staff and concierge very friendly and helpful. Location was a little out of the touristy area but it was a close walk to tons of cafes and high end shopping and then a bit further 15-30 mins to the touristy areas. Beautiful views from the rooftop bar area (but you'll pay for it with 8 euros for just a small soda). Overall....First class 5 star hotel and service (even by American standards which are typically higher then European standards for 5*) and would stay there again without hesitation. Lisateave

My only recommendation would be to offer more tv channels in English. Otherwise the hotel lived up to and exceeded my expectation. The location is perfect, the staff perfectly accommodating and conscientious, the decor and rooms superb and the food was also a pleasant surprise. I can't wait to return!

I stayed at the Casa Fuster hotel in Barcelona, Spain, while visiting my daughter who was studying at the University of Barcelona for the semester. My daughter and I were amazed at the way the staff made our week long stay a very comfortable one - chocolates/sparkling water waiting for us upon our arrival, nightly turn down service with chocolates on […] our pillows, robes and slippers placed on our beds, free Wi-Fi in rooms.....the list goes on. The hotel is a fore-taste of the glorious architecture and style of the city. The building is beautiful and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Xavier at reception's suggestion that we book slots at the most popular museums in advance - and his help to do it - saved us hours we could have spent in queues. A superb hotel with attentive staff, clean and good quality rooms. the food is excellent and attention to detail next to none. Only small gripe from an English point of view is no coffee or tea making facilities in the room. Not the cheapest place to stay but worth the money!

Beautiful and Nice hotel, Service is awsome and food in teh hotel is good too. Close to all teh shopping area, and 15 min walking from Plaza Castilla, Ramblas. You can also take teh bus (24) and it will take you to Plaza Castilla in 3 mins. This hotel has a nice live jazz music on thursdays and Fridays.
