Quality Inn and Suites Albuquerque Uptown - Albuquerque

The hotel is in a great neighborhood. Easy to get to it from the freeway but not driving from the north. The hotel is older; the king size bed was comfortable but lumpy and a little saggy. The room we stayed in needed new carpeting. The room was very basic. The rate to stay should be around $55.00 /night.

The location was great. The front desk staff was friendly... The room was falling apart. The comfortor had someone elses blood washed into it. There were no towels, no washclothes and a half a roll of toilet paper.

There was a light near the entry door that blinked slightly every six seconds when it was truned off. Faucets were poor. The sink one had the hot and cold water turned opposite of the normal way of having them in America. The bathtub one was very hard to operate. The staff at the front desk were very nice. they apologized for the way the internet connection […] would not work in our room and said that an update was coming soon to their system, but that did not help us the night we stayed there. The breakfast was very good and the staff was good at explaining how our billing with expedia worked as we had never used the booking service before. I'd had a hard time understanding what the expedia woman was telling me about the reservation and the billing. It took 16 minutes of my time and cell phone minutes to accomplish the simple reservation. I felt that was very poor. Overall our stay was OK, Lisateave

If you are just looking for a place to crash and don't plan on sleeping passed 0700 then this is the hotel for you. We never recieved our wake up call we asked for so make sure you set the alarm in the room.

Room had strong smell. Decor was outdated and old. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was convenient.

This hotel was not a good value for the price. I would never stay there again and I am seriously thinking about never staying in a QI again!!! It was being remodeled but the work being done was spotty at best. Too many problems to mention, don't stay there unless you have too.

Was aweful! t was dirty and I am still fighting the bill with them. Paid Expedia , in advance , Came home to find out that the Quality Inn charge me for my whole hotel bill. after 3 phone calls still has not been fixed

I had stayed here before but it was not as pleasant a stay as this time. They have taken effort to fix the place up from that time and it has worked! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the free hot breakfast is good and not just a waffle like some places. There was a little issue with the microwave not working but it was fixed quickly.

My husband I couldn't wait to get out of there. The pillows were small, square and uncomfortable. We asked for more which were a little better. The desk chair was broken so we couldn't sit in it for the days we were there. The bathroom by check-in was a disaster of filth. We did not eat breakfast because of the atmosphere. communication issue with hotels.com that forced paying for the hotel twice, lack of a manager for several days (Thurs to Tues) where he was not in and would not respond, once the manager finally on the scene the problem got fixed
