Had a wonderful stay...as always. This is an annual go-to place for us when we need to reconnect and just make the world go away for a bit. It's warm, welcoming, clean, beautiful and romantic. We had a lovely time at the Crowne Pointe Inn. Although we stayed in one of the less expensive rooms on the property, it was clean and charming. Service at the inn was consistently good, but quiet and unobtrusive. The location is perfect, literally right in the middle of town. It had always been a dream of mine to visit Cape Cod and a dream vacation I had. Charming is the word that first comes to mind when I think of the Crowne Pointe. The rooms are very clean and taken care of. The robes are even great. The fact that they offer such a quality breakfast every morning pushed my stay over into the amazing column. I expected […] cold cereal and maybe a muffin if I was lucky...what I got was the choice of eggs benedict, omelets, breakfast burritos, and pancakes. The staff are fabulous and the amenities great. The afternoon coffee and the "pre-evening festivities" wine and cheese were fun too. The pool is very small, so think cool off versus swimming laps. The hotel room and staff were all good but the pool area and dining area were not as pristine and clean as I would have liked. The Pool was so small it wasn't worth while getting your costume wet. Evening happy hour was a nice touch and they were generous with the wine and nibbles.

Gorgeously appointed room with queen size posted bed and spacious bathroom. I was given a free upgrade to a room with a Jacuzzi whirlpool. Not located on the waterfront, but within easy walking distance of main hubs of activity - restaurants, shops, etc. Hint: go on the sand dunes tour during your stay.

We were very pleased with our stay. Made to order breakfast and wine and cheese happy hour are included in the rate. The wine selection is admirable. The hotel is very quaint and has a small pool with beautiful surroundings. The hotel is approximately a two minute walk from Commercial Street and the hub of Provincetown. The clientele is diverse. Staff was friendly and informative. However, the pool was not heated and the hottub was dirty with debris. I felt like the hotel was WAY overpriced for the TINY room! Three star hotel at best!

Excellent hotel. Great attention to detail. Pamper me Thrice room had a jacuizzi tub AND fireplace - we had been told we would get one or the other. To our surprise the room also had fully equipped kitchen. The staff were really friendly and always happy to give advice. Free cheese and wine from 5-6pm was a bonus too. Very nice. It was clean and pretty and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The property was well kept with the exception of the dining room rug which needs to be replaced. I would stay there again!

The Crowne Pointe was a perfect location for our trip to Ptown. The location is close to town and a quick drive or bikeride to the beach. Our room was comfortable with updated amenities. We loved the grounds, the hottub, the spa and the wine and cheese happy hour each afternoon. I would definitely stay here again.

The stay was very comfortable. We were only there for one night, and it gave us the break we needed because the staff were welcoming, and the room was great. We loved the breakfast.

Nice Inn. Room was a bit small but acceptable. The walls however are paper thin and the hallway noise was unbearable. We were awoken each night at 1AM by people coming in from the clubs. The noise went on until 3AM.

Good locale, but not on water. Nice staff. Great food- free breakfast of excellent value. Very nice spa- bit small. Rooms are very nice- sheets could be better. There is a sewage smell out back that should not exist at a luxury hotel. Dog-owners beware. It is NOT really a dog-friendly hotel. The people are indeed dog friendly. They have ONE room for […] a dog which they charge $30 extra a night for. Overall, very nice place, but just short on a number of fronts from being a true, strong high end accommodation, but I'm sure their demand is so high that improvements will not be made. Lisateave

We stayed there on a quick overnight in Provincetown. The hotel is great and the service is really good. The only down side was the size of the room, it was really small. Barely enough space to walk in next to the bed. The breakfast was great and was freshly prepared while you wait. Will go back, but will get a bigger room.

Extremely friendly staff, great view and nice ambience. Must check out the Shui spa and pamper yourself with a facial or body massage. The only downside to my stay is that the air-conditioner, when on cool mode, is unbearably loud. Guests visiting in the summer may wanna watch out for that.

Hotel was lovely. People were very helpful and friendly. Big problem(s) was that there was something going on with the heat so that there was a dripping sound which made it very hard to fall asleep. Also the shade on the door to the room was completely ineffective in keeping the light out and there was a bright light on the landing which of course was […] on all night. Person at the front desk was friendly when told about these problems in the morning, but never made any attempt to give us a free or discounted future stay. Lisateave

Excellent position, good service, great breakfast. But the lowest priced rooms are very small, the furnishings are old, the bedding shabby and smelly and most importantly, there is no soundproofing at all between the rooms.

Linens were old and worn. The 300 tc sheets were "pilly" and thin from wear. One towel had a large hole in it. We asked for, and received, a room with a whirlpool tub and fireplace. The whirlpool tub was clean, large enough for two people and well maintained. The fireplace was a gas, free standing unit. Unfortunately we couldn't use it because the room […] was very small and very warm and there were no heat controls within our room to regulate temperature. We were told only upon checkout that the "front desk" controls our room's heat. Disappointing. The wall to wall carpet, we were told, was recently cleaned but it was "baggy" and appeared matted and worn. The room above ours must have had it's bathroom directly over our bed area because every so often it sounded as if a train was roaring through, We think someone flushed the toilet. The spa facilities appear clean with many offerings. One amenity is a large heated mineral soaking tub. We had just been in the tub a minute or two when we were very nicely asked to leave due to "an issue in the furnace room". By the time we were notified the mineral tub was available for our use, we were at dinner and it was nearly closing time at the spa. Another disappointment. The spa staff is very cordial, accommodating and apologetic. Lisateave

Quiet area yet a block away from center of town. Rooms have been beautifully updated though small. A wonderful Gas fireplace kept us extra warm on a snowy weekend. Though off season you can tell the grounds must be wonderful in summer. Breakfast included and cooked to order. Staff friendly and efficient.

Every stay at The Crowne Pointe is fantastic. The service, location, and facilities (including the spa!) are great, but the cooked-to-order breakfast and the the daily wine/cheese hour make this a real gem. No hidden costs, either -- parking and wi-fi are included.

And as we arrived we were offered wine and a very tasty cheeseboard, which was great after a long drive along the Cape. The only thing to mention is that we didn't realise that dinner stopped being served at 8pm, and so […] initially at 830 we were told that we couldn't be served. The serving staff must have taken pity on our hungry, crestfallen faces though, and served us anyway - a very tasty meal. So I don't know whether this is just an off-season thing, or whether it's just the local custom, but beware if you like eating late! It may also be worth flagging to those traveling to Provincetown off-season - it's very, very quiet. Very quiet. We whispered in the street for fear of disturbing people. Maybe it's livelier at the weekend, but I was there during the week and don't think I've seen a more surreal place than this: all lit up and beautiful with hardly a soul in sight! Lisateave

Staff very professional. Hotel peaceful & nice. The only draw back was no sitting area, in the room we had. One chair no place to sit comfortably to read or use a computer. Still would stay here again.

The chocolate on the pillow is a nice touch that seems lost in this busy world, excellent ! Dinner was excellent, we missed breakfast because we had to rush to work but the hotel staff put out coffee and light fare for the early folks. The wine and cheese before dinner- very nice touch Michael

Took my husband there for his Birthday on Veteran's Day and we were able to stay for one night which fit our budget. The staff---people there very warm and friendly. We got the special dinner for two certificate and it was a wonderful meal. The spa had a mineral small pool, steam sauna and dry heat sauna for guests' use----they even lent us bathing […] suits.
