Very accomodating staff. Smokers welcome in section of rooms. Clean, near major hwy. Several restaurants nearby. I will stay here again on my next tripthough.

My family had 2 rooms for the weekend - everything was really nice...only complaint I can say is in one of our rooms we had (1) terribly soiled towel - think it was just stained but anyway it didn't need to be placed in a customers room - trash only! Second, we had obviously a VERY entergetic child in the room above us that kept late hours running and […] jumping which was directly over our bed but as a mother I can get past one. "Baymont in Lagrange Georgia"
We flew in for my daughters wedding and wanted to get in between Hoganville and Newnan. This hotel was recommended to us. The staff was friendly throughout the whole visit. And they were customer friendly. For example; We woke up one morning to late for the breakfast so we went to get coffee [which is cool cuz they have it out most of the day-I'm a […] coffee drinker]. They lady on staff went out of her way to accommodate us to get something to eat. We appreciated that and it shows us she is their for the customer. I would recommend a more secluded location for the laptop they have for guest to use. Right by the exit door eeh? My wife and I stayed for a week and it was better than I expected & Price was fair... "Very convenient - a bargain"
The king sized bed we had was extremely comfortable. The indoor pool (heated) was very nice. The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. The neighborhood was all pretty new and most of the franchise restaurants were within a mile or two. Access to the rooms was indoors which my wife and I prefer to rooms that open to the outside. "Friendly service and comfortable rooms."
Very convenient location. Hotel had clean comfortable rooms. Room had LCD television with plenty of cable channels. Internet was pretty fast. Will plan to stay here on future trips in area.
"Poor Customer Service"
Although the hotel is typical for the brand, the owners/operators are less than customer focused. I had to move my room at 10:30 at night do to a piping issues. No one brought me new keys or a cart or even apologize for my inconvenience.

"Great for pets, not for non-smokers"
I was very happy with the hotels pet policy and the very low add on cost for bringing our puppy along. The indoor pool was absolutely amazing!!! However, as a non-smoker, I was very underwhelmed by the persistent smell of smoke throughout the hotel. There were even times when I went to the front desk for help only to find the attendant outside smoking. […] Breakfast was also 100% better at the Cracker Barrel next door than it was in the hotel. "Baymont Inn-close to many places to visit"
The hotel was quite clean and neat. The staff was courteous and pleasant. Our room had a leak on the bathroom ceiling but they attended to it and moved us into another room. The breakfast too was quite nice. Our family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Overall, a very nice experience.

The hotel was decent for the price we paid. It did have a certain odor that I couldnt quite place which my 10 yr said smelled of "old people". We got a non-smoking room that reeked of cigarette smoke (and were smokers so that's pretty bad). Otherwise, the rest of the room was fairly clean and the front desk service was very friendly. "Great Stay"
The hotel had everything we needed and it was within 30 min. of the attractions we wanted to see. Their were plenty of places to eat in a mile or two of the hotel! The hotel and it's staff were great I will look for Baymont hotels in the future this is the first one we have stayed at. The price was reasanoble and it had a great indoor pool!

Nice clean room with a microfridge and free internet. Breakfast had hot waffles, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, grits, etc. Indoor pool area was very inviting. Staff was friendly and attentive. Nice location with Cracker Barrel right next to the hotel.

My girlfriend and I had a very pleasant stay. We stayed in our room almost the entire stay, however, we ventured to the pool and hot tub both evenings. The grounds and interior accommodation were clean and the staff was always pleasant. "Baymont Inn - LaGrange - close to 85"
Be aware, this hotel still allows smoking in 'some' of their rooms. We reserved a non-smoking room which was supposed to be on the non-smoking floor, but from the waft of smoke coming down the hallway, this was untrue. We also saw cigarette ash on the carpet that had not been cleaned. The A/C had not been turned on, therefore the room was really warm […] upon check-in. Once we got it running, it took forever to cool down. This hotel was close the the highway but we will not be staying there again. Lisateave

"Christmas Getaway"
Close to Callaway Gardens. Great Value for money. Very pleased with the accomodations. Clean room. Had a wonderful sleeping experience. Staff was friendly. Breakfast waffles were delecious. Indoor Heated Pool was very inviting. HIGHLY RECOMENDED!!
"Rude Staff & less than average quality room"
The first night we were there, we were in a room next to someone who had a large dog that continued to bark. The second night we were there, we were placed in a room in which the bathroom door handle was broken and we kept getting locked inside...luckily there were two of us and one of us could let the other out. There were hairs in the bedsheets and […] since the "comforter" was a duvet cover, the blanket inside kept moving out of place. Also, after calling down to the front desk around 8 am and letting the front desk know that we would like to do a late checkout, room service knocked on our door on 5 separate occasions (we declined each time) and the front desk worker called and rudely asked why we were still in our room. The purpose of doing a late checkout was so that we could get rest for our drive home but with all the knocks on the door and the phone call, it was a waste of the extra fee. Lisateave

room was clean and bed/pillows were comfortable. Not much of a continental breakfast available but cracker barrel is within walking distance/next to hotel. Convenient to interstate and only 20 min drive to Callaway Gardens.

/we had trouble with the toilet, but they worked to get the problem solved. Took a couple of days, but it was taken care of. very friendly. lovely indoor pool- wish I had taken my suit! convenient to several good restaurants; Cracker Barrel, Ryans - good food and reasonable prices

"Callaway Gardens access"
We stayed here over the Labor Day weekend and the Callaway Gardens facilities were full. It was over 15 minutes, almost a 1/2 hour to hotel. Carpet didn't seem clean, but the sheets and pillow were comfortable. The bed did slope and the mattress should have been replaced. Limited TV channels for little ones. Indoor pool was nice, breakfast was limited […] to carbs and boiled eggs. But fine for the price point. Dog did bark in the morning somewhere in the hotel. Good that you can take your dog, bad if you don't have one. Lisateave

"About what I expected."
It's not the greatest hotel, but it worked for us. The kids liked the indoor pool. It was close to the highway and a bunch restaurants.

"Great Hotel"
Even though my daughter and I only stayed one night, we were very pleased with this hotel. Even our dog liked this hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through La Grange, GA. The staff was very helpful and pleasant to talk too. The beds were comfy and the neighborhood was great. Crackle Barrel was right next door and I did not have […] to drive to it to get to it for dinner. That was an awesome thing considering I had been driving in a car for 11 hours prior to making it to the hotel. Lisateave

For the money this is a very nice hotel. We had someone in the next room with a barking dog and lots of jumping around in the room above us, but other than that we enjoyed our stay. Very clean and well maintained.

This hotel is my favorite one off of I-85. The staff is friendly, the pool and hot tub are awesome. It is conveniently located next to the Cracker Barrel, and there is a liquor store just down the street!!! Breakfast is good and has hot waffles. Mmmm!
