Arvustatud Hotels.com kliendi poolt veebr 21, 2013Väga hea asukohaga, kuna lähedal asub väga palju poode, söögikohti ja vaatamisväärsusi. Hotell on üldiselt vaikne, kuigi nädalavahetuseti võib seal olla päris palju noori, kes on tulnud pidutsema, aga alates kl 22 on enamasti vaikus. Tubade temperatuuri saab ise reguleerida vastavalt vajadustele, seega kui isegi väljas on külm, siis on hea teada, et hotellis ootab sind soe tuba. Vaade muidugi ei olnud väga miljonit väärt, aga kuna seal on nii palju pilvelõhkujaid ümber, siis see varjutabki päikest ning tundub justkui hämar oleks pidevalt. Everything was great for the most part - I only have a couple of comments. The parking rate of $50/night was entirely too high for someone staying in the hotel for several nights. I attended a conference at the Fairmont Hotel - the room rate at the Hard Rock was better, so I decided to stay with you. However, by the time I added $50/night for parking […] - it didn't make any sense. I could have stayed at the Fairmont and been in the same place as my meetings. The Fairmont parking rate was $30/night for conference attendees. The phone in my room was nonfunctional which was a bit of an inconvenience and there were no snacks in the room. Great location for a starting point. Within walking distance of many attractions and transportation. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. The price was great. This was possibly the worst hotel I've stayed in. The rooms are not individually climate controlled, so the open window functioned as the AC. The hotel is not well maintained and on the "dumpy" side. Hotel was in the ideal location for our needs: close to Union Station and Ogilvie; steps to buses for museums. Cabs are always plentiful. Countless restaurant options. 7-11 across the street. It was unfortunate that they stuck us (mom traveling with 5 yr old son) next to the elevators, where we could hear each and every movement of the three elevators […] on that bank. Immediately comped us b'fast when front desk made an error on room number at check in and our key didn't work. So that was nice. Would definitely stay there again for convenient location. "Great hotel with a few drawbacks"
I especially liked the vibe in the hotel, with a great hotel bar that is frequented by locals as well as hotel guests, great musical atmosphere all around the hotel, and you can even borrow a guitar and jam in your room for free (safety deposit required). The room itself was ok, but nothing special, king bed and large empty space with no furnishings […] or anything in it, and water pressure was a bit low in the shower. The main problem I had with this hotel is internet access. In these days many people have more than one internet-accessing devices, yet these guys charge a large amount for internet access, and the biggest issue is that this access can not be shared across several devices! So I had to pay separately for internet access in my laptop, tablet and phone. This is just unacceptable, and for this alone I might not stay in this hotel again. My wife and I spent the weekend here for our five year anniversary, and we couldn't have been happier with the staff, hotel and location. It is right in the heart of Chicago! Staff was very accommodating with everything. "good location"

"Nice Set-up, close to most things"
We stayed here 1 night for the Hockey City Classic. The room was a little smaller than I thought it would be (compared to pictures online) but it was still nice. The staff was very helpful. We were able to walk (even in the cold) to almost everything we wanted to go to. The only issue we had was that the water was not warm for our showers.Kontrollitud Hotels.com kliendiarvustus

"Seems like more of a summer place"
It was nice, clean and big. Rooms are spacious but not anything special. We had a city view but the view was not that great. Everything is very expensive. Can't even touch the fridge with out getting charged because they have motion sensors on everything. Over all, nice placeKontrollitud Hotels.com kliendiarvustus
